Value for money! Stayed in the room with pool access. Pool was shallow but it really relaxing and private. Room was big and clean, reception staff were excellent. Great location with lots of food around, a convenience shop just downstairs, and a great wine shop! Will come back again!

Excellent service but the room design is so weird a two person room has a bathroom door that has a 20cm gap from the top and the bottom that makes uncomfortable while you are in the bathroom.

Great location facing Kuta Beach. I had lunch at the 4th floor where restaurant was located by the swimming pool. The weather was very hot and lunch there felt almost like in a sauna. I guess the hotel should have an indoor restaurant in the hot weather like that. The food was average taste. Love the interior of the hotel "ships theme" everywhere.

Walking the case is the only advantage that it is close to markets and restaurants and the sea front

Hotel location, breakfast and staff are really good

The rooms are neat and well maintained by the house keeping staff. Easy access to the beach and also the terrace view to the beach is an amazing experience. It was my first stay and I stayed in lagoon room and was an extraordinary experience out there.

Nice hotel!
Its on a very strategic spot and also good service.i like the rooms theyre comfortable.
But be preapared for the noisy nights especially for the holiday seasons.i also like this hotel for the good connection wifi and also good connection on indonesian sim cards around the hotel

Stayed 7 nights with my wife for our wedding anniversary. We found the service every day/night to be of top quality and all staff were very friendly. The location was very good and we found ourselves at the Riva Bar & Restaurant (Hotel restaurant) 3 out of the 7 nights as the food there was very good. Have already recommended this hotel to friends and family as our experience was fantastic.

Very good hotel from the Accorgroep. Fantastic swimming pool with ocean view. Very spacious rooms and the staff is extremely polite. Very extensive breakfast buffet with everything you are looking for. Fresh pancakes and eggs specially baked on site. The only downside is the price of food and beverage. On the high side. However, around the hotel there are hundreds of reasonably priced restaurants and bars.

location is the best reason to stay here. staffs are so nice and kind like any other balinese.
the beach is literally cross the street. you can surf whenever you want.
you can buy drinks at the ground floor and even it has convenience store in the building.
room condition was not bad but some towels stinks so i had to change. but they responded very fast thou.
breakfast it not worthy. no taste at all. so many other food you can have around this place.

Very good service and cooperating staff. Everyone is really helpful. The property is located at a really nice place with the view of beach and just opposite to it. The place is neat and clean too. However, we had some maintainence issue in our room with our ecowash(jet) not working in bathroom, sink choked and the door of balcony not working properly. But, the service was immediately provided when called for!

The hotel sells slippers downstairs. Two pairs of bosses lie to me for HK$250, and the price behind them is 110 yuan.

We choice this place to stay our last 11 days in bali, what was the better choice ever!

Front of Kuta beach, amazing big breakfast, close of few restaurants and shopping's.

In our last day in Bali the hotel organize to we leave our baggage with the concierge/porters, so when you are in 4-5 star hotel you never ever will think about theft right?

Well but that happen, i and my fiance left everything with the concierge/porters include her handbag, what i left some US dollar (in side of my wallet and hers wallet) for some emergency, and i save 1 note of each rupiah to me collect, and what happen?
The concierge/porter rob me $50.000 rupiah and 35US dollar.

People will say, "why are you complain about this what isn't nothing", the question isn't how much was, but think, you doing a trip and some airport do not accept card (like Kuala Lumpur), you need to have cash.
And when you are going to use that cash what you save for that occasion, that just gone.

I just miss the money at Sydney after few hours after left Indonesia.
This make me very disappointed, and more disappointed is, since i back home we tried to contact the hotel and nobody response my emails or notifications.

The sad is when something is missing, people always say is the HK, but they i can tell was perfect. Never miss nothing from my room, since i always left my stuff in the drawers and always left money too.

So if you stay there never leave anything of value in your baggage with the concierge/porters, if going to leave use locker

The hotel is not up to the expectations when you call a 5 star hotel.
It's quite old and think it needs a bit of renovation. Our room temperature couldn't be controlled so had a little difficulty.
But the staff is really nice and very caring.

Lovely place in the heart of Kuta Beach.... Just cleaning toilets need attention

Just came back from Bali where we stayed in heritage kuta hotel for the second time in this year with my family. Fantastic atmosphere with all staff around the hotel, they will makes you feel very important from the day one to the end. I would like to send huge shout out and ones again thanks very much to one of the lovely receptionist Wendi who care very well of all of us to make sure we are satisfied with all the facilities. Very clean place, very delicious food and the staff was just amazing . Definitely recommend and I'll be back again.

Looking good on the pictures but the reality is different. Mouldy smell everywhere in the hotel, we stayed in room 302 and smell was even stronger.

Junior suite room is large. Room 307 has bathtub, balcony and sea view. Better than i expected. Service is great. We got a complimentary cake and fruits for our honeymoon.

Not overly impressed 1st pay top $ for plunge pool room which is only ankle deep inside is beautiful then try sleep and you have people in gym at midnight and early morning dropping weights which is directly above our room 317 so loud not great breakfast ordinary not as nice as was told always check 100%

There are better hotels around for a much cheaper rate. Only book this if you get a really good deal. This was my third hotel in Bali. It feels claustrophobic and old. Before this I had stayed at grand Balisani suites which was really good.

Good breakfast, lots of choices. Wifi is fast. The elevator uses a secure access key.

Great hotel and pool but staff have very poor English. I asked for a pair of scissors and no one could understand me.

At night quite noisy and was given a "free" upgrade to a room with rubbish view..... Not sure if i should thank them or not

We moved to this hotel after a week in a 4* resort on the beach and were disappointed. I can't understand why the hotel is keeping 5* as we were comparing with the previous one. The access is strange - you need an elevator to reach the lobby. The room was not large enough to accommodate 2 of us and a kid. The bathroom except wc and shower is the same area as the room itself. "The best available room" had a view to the other wing of the building and the lobby roof with garbage and other stuff. Breakfast was not good enough, the diversity of food was poor and very few fruits, no fish. I was not leaving hungry but we had the same every day and it is boring. Also, smoking area was not separated from non-smoking. The pool is small but has Jacuzzi feature. The kids area is small and not attractive for them, i haven't seen anyone playing there. There is a view to the ocean and you will have just-married couples coming every day for photo sessions in the pool. There is a large gym with just few equipment there. Our stay was boring - the only thing you can do is to stay at the pool, if not going outside to the public beach. Also, they charged my card for the full stay in advance even if it had to be just for the first night. WiFi was very good. Not a 5* for sure, sorry. The only it has is the long time history.
