The Kuta Beach Heritage Hotel Bali - Managed by Accor Review

i and my old mom, checked in 10:30pm.
it was noisy because of rock music near the hotel.
we thought it will be finised before 11..but it continued until midnight.
when i check out, i told manager, but she said,
"we did not know your opinion because you did not tell us."
....i dint think this is right answer to the customer.
i think everyone should know about this issue if they work this hotel. if so, they should locate customer's room far away from the noise.

i trusted accor, so i choosed this hotel.
reasonable price and good location.
but if i knew this terrible night, i would not make reservation..

i will not visit this hotel anymore,
but i really hope another customer will not get terrible experience like me.

Excellent service. Restaurants very good. Wonderful rooftop bar and pool. Sunset entertainment. Clean rooms. Excellent beds and down pillows. Central to everything. No street noise uptop or in rooms. We would come back.

Additional feedback to the hotel. The beach directly accross from the hotel was full of garbage and broken glass ( october 2017). We walked about 2/3 of the mile to get to the clean beach in front of another hotel. When we chatted with another hotel security it became evidebt that not every hotel on the strip is investing money or collaborating with the local goverment to secure efforts of cleaning the beach.

For many years we lived coming to Kuta for a couple of days at the end of the island stay, but rhis time lack of cleanliness of the beach was a big turn off. We would be happy to volunteer to pick up garbage (which we dis on our own) or organize some sort of activity rescuing this beautiful beach.

Unfortunatly, we heard people making various unfavorable statements about this situation with garbage on the beach, which turns people to looking at other more suitable and sanitary places to rest and recharge before the next long and tiresome work year....

Lovely staff, brilliant location!! Best location for a hotel if I'm honest! Music was a little loud when you wanted to sleep but that isn't the hotels fault! Didn't want to leave!

bad telephone receiver service for reservations.
at night I suddenly needed a room, and the telephone receiver was given the price of a classic room no view 2 nights IDR 2mio no breakfast.
what ??
when I made sure, I was told to come to the hotel to negotiate.
Is this a hotel or something? I asked for certainty of the price instead I was told to negotiate at their hotel.

the price of 1 night IDR 1 mio or 1 million no brekafast with the lowest room type with no view, is not reasonable!

The location is great, right in the Centre of KUTA beach, the concept is unique, staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast was great, the rooftop pool have great sunset view. We like the spacious room with private pool. It just wonderful experience

To be honest, a horror. The live band from the bar on the fourth floor, music boomed into the room until midnight. The used dishes in the room next door were in the hallway for 24 hours. At the pool bar, the employees prefer to talk to themselves than to take care of the guests.
That was it.

The best atmosphere rooftop with excellent food and beverages

Cruise ship hotel concept, complete with meeting room and ballroom facilities. Location in front of Kuta beach. 1 minute walk to hard rock cafe and beachwalk shopping center. Room size is quite large. Parking area in the basement enough for 20 vehicles

The beach view suite rooms are too good to stay. There was shower issue in my room but the hotel got the same rectified within an hour.. good staff.. nice breakfast spread and quality. Loved the experience!!

Good view ... strategic location .. good food. Good ambience ... even though in Kuta but it's not as crowded as in the Kartika Plaza ...

The swimming pool is until 9pm but the atmosphere is good
It was nice to have a small pool next to the children's pool.
However, it was a little disappointing that the glass on the sea side was too dirty in the swimming pool. And the staff are friendly, but I was a little puzzled because I started cleaning up the pool too early.
The room condition is good with warm water
The bed was comfortable
It was comfortable because there were a lot of towels

They are not respect Arab and deal with another race with different and good manner

We are pleased to stay here while over last four days of journey in bali. We can see a very nice view of kuta beach through hotel's balcony. There is a good staff with very good breakfast with beautiful view of Indian ocean and hotel's swimming pool. We have spent very good time there and this hotel is situated just opposite kuta beach and u can enjoy a wonderful sunset on kuta beach. And u have to deposit 500000 idr before check in and u can get it beck easily while check out. So it's very nice stay there and I wish u also feel very good there.

The service at the reception is very bad ... looking down on guests ... I have booked via the internet for 4 nights I do not use because the service is more expensive than the room price that has been paid

The location right in front of kuta beach. They have rooftop swimming pool and we can enjoy sunset from the pool side.

The guest room have no window, bad air circulation.

I really like the swimming pool, it's cool especially at night ... the breakfast is good. the service is friendly on the top floor there is a cool bar too

Are you sure truly the price (how local discount? ?)

The location on the beachfront of Kuta Beach is excellent. A little thing but the international powerpoints on both sides of the bed to suit our Australian mobile phone charging is great. Shower and toilets are modern and easy to operate. Hot water takes time but works well after a minute. A 24 hour convenience store is located to the right of the hotels entrance for all else you wish to buy.
Beds were firm but comfortable. Bottled water is provided on the bathroom basin for cleaning your teeth or for drinking. Usually 3 x 1 litre bottles daily. The usually necessities, shampoo, conditioners, bath gels are fine. Tooth brushes and a 1/3 of regular sized toothpaste is provided.
Breakfast bar has a wide choice of hot and cold foods. Let down a little by presentation but tastes more than okay.
Public areas in need of some TLC and looking dated, albeit still clean.
Balcony view from side room I still see fabulous views of the beach, though spoiled a little by ugly neighbouring shop roofs.
Overall the sunsets are fabulous, the service is 4 out of stars and the price is good. It was a shame here like other places as According members we were not upgraded but overall it was a pleasant experience.

Honestly, the best hotel we stayed at during our 2 week trip to Bali!
We were a group of 14 people with 5 rooms and the possibility of something going wrong was high but eveything was amazing! The breakfast was perfect for all of the palettes of our group and everything from housekeeping to my children's calls for room service were handled with such care and respect.
The only aspect that bothered me was that the shower area could use some renovations but the rest of the rooms were decent and good sizes. Regardless of this detail our stay was amazing and it deserves everyone of the 5 stars.
I want to emphasize that probably the best part about this hotel is the staff. They will make your stay so comfortable you will be sad to leave.

Behind this facade is a very nice and classy hotel, fresh modern rooms and a nice service (although they sometimes make big mistakes)

The room is quite large and achievable, only the carpet in the corridor is rather moist as well as the carpet in the room should it be removed. The air conditioner is cool

Close to the beach, friendly staff, at your disposal anytime. But, there is a lot of noise, bathroom and toilets are in the room which is not convenient. My feeling is the hotel don't deserve five stars, overrated, and too expensive.

A good hotel, with cool views of Kuta beach and rooftop

Nice room and great breakfast however our room wasn't as clean as it should be, the counter top in the bathroom had something dark and sticky on it and the curtains were mouldy.

for me, the hotel's easy access to the beach, makes it one of the most convenient.

The location is right opposite Kuta beach.
The breakfast is quite tasty and lots of choices.
The restaurant for lunch is also not bad.
Quite interesting to visit.
Fares are a bit high.
