Classic, elegant, yet home vibes all around this hotel. The hospitality, professionalism is unsurpassed hands down. My family and I have stayed here already multiple times and refuse to stay anywhere else.

Stayed at the Knick for the third time, this was the best trip yet. No problems with the service like I had on previous visits, and you just cannot beat the location, right in the heart of NYC Times Square. I love the rooftop bar where I can enjoy a cigar and a drink after a long day of goofing off.

Very nice hotel to stay in Times Square. Had a wonderful time and not one moment did I or my wife worry about our room or belongings. They cleaned and made our beds every morning if we chose to. And in the evening they did have a turned down service which was complimentary. Hotel room was clean, very roomy, nice bed, and plenty of room for 2-3 people. Would stay again if I could. Would be nice if the fridge was bigger to put some personal drinks or whatever we chose to get while out n about. Overall 4 stars.

We have been at the knickerbocker for 7 nights now and have another 2. It is by far the best hotel we have stayed at. All their services are amazing and me and my wife have loved this stay. We will only stay here whenever we visit NYC. Thanks so much to the amazing staff at this hotel for making this an incredible experience.

The Knickerbocker is an excellent hotel. I was so pleased with the location, it's right in the heart of Midtown but it's was never overly noisy in the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, I was never left waiting for service. The rooms are quite pricy but if you can afford it they are 100% worth it. All around the Knickerbocker gets a 5/5.

The roof bar is kind of bland at best, nothing special especially considering some spectacular roofs around the city, so I'd give it one to two stars. The lounge on the fourth floor is comfortable and much nicer, maybe three or four stars, so, average of three stars. The location, Times Square, is one of the worst places in the city, so a reduction of one star. I just don't know what the appeal is.

Clean rooms and an upscale experience in the middle of the busy part of the city this place is mind blowing because it looks classic on the outside but it's so modern and chill on the inside and the rooms are bigger than most rooms in New York .
I love the fact that they have valet parking but you have to ask for the car 30 min in advance which is not a problem for me because I would not want to drive in Manhattan.
The location is right smack in the middle of city and everything is within walking distance of the hotel.
I highly recommend this hotel because of how big the rooms are and how well equipped they are this is definitely my new favorite hotel in Manhattan.

David welcomed us in such a pleasant way that even before we received our room, we smiled.

Nicole has done above & beyond that we will be satisfied and happy.

People like David and Nicole, makes the difference!

Thank you so much!

This place is overpriced. It's olright but there are plenty of better choices in the area. I chose this place because it was 5 . The place is tiny. We visited other properties during our stay. Next time we will go to Marriott Marquis. That was less but the hotel is very spacious. True story.

Awesome location near Times Square and Bryant Park. You can walk to and from Grand Central and to any Broadway show. Hotel is pristine and the staff were wonderful. The rooftop garden is amazing and is a must, even at $19 per drink.

If you re looking for a touristy Times Square spot, it doesn t get any better. It s not the flowers in the lobby or the rooftop bar that put this place above the rest, it s the exceptional customer service. From getting us checked in early to trying to honor our extreme requests, Betty and Arielee went above and beyond for us. Leaving the hotel, Ming gave us advice on a cab or Uber to LGA and sent us with a bottle of water on our way. Pro Tip: If he Uber is around $40 choose it over a taxi. Thank you to everyone at The Knickerbocker for amazing customer service, not to mention the composure and the working AC during the blackout.

Great hotel at the right on Times square. Friendly and attentive staff, but not up to the standard of other luxury 5 star hotels I have experienced. Breakfast, especially, is VERY poor, couldn t believe it is from 5 star hotel.

Very awesome hotel! A complementary tablet, wine, chocolate, and water came with our room package. Awesome room service, and everything was neat looking. Our view of the Square was pretty good too, you could see the ball drop from there! Only nitpick is the small available refrigerator is full of the pay-when-you-pick it up drinks, so there's no room for your drinks. Just ask room service to bring you the ice to chill!

Nice hotel. Rooms were clean and good amenities. It is an older building that has been renovated so some of the layouts are a little ackward but overall good place to stay if you can get at a good price.

Staffs are really great. Location is also great and you can walk to Rockefeller center, Empire state building and many musical theatres. Room is very clean, though not spacious, but this is same for all Manhattan hotels. Bed is comfy, too. My only complaint is that there is no small table for take out food to share.

Over all I say it was a very pleasant experience except couple of things. 1. if you go there try to take shower before others do, seems like as soon as room next door turn on the faucet the force goes from 10 to 1. 2. It seems like we had some neighbors that might've have had too much to drink, We took our 3 yr old and the constant noise from near by room just kept on waking him up all night. Over all I say the room was pretty neat and clean.

Just a fabulous hotel in the heart of New York's Times Square. We flew here from Dallas for the July 4th celebrations and it was a fantastic experience. Their bellboys are dressed in outfits from yesteryear and their front desk staff are friendly, speedy and efficient. It is a trendy hotel full of hip, beautiful people. Rooms are modern and contemporary with really cute, large bathrooms with a lot of natural light and white tones. In-room accessories are some of the coolest we have seen in our travels - they strike a very subtle balance between modernist style and the feeling of a bygone era.

All in all, a very chic hotel with some minor service lapses that were quickly rectified. The location and the interior of the hotel far outweighed the minor negatives. We will definitely be back.

A stunning hotel with loads of history that's been reimagined inside in a delightfully contemporary style. Very well equipped room, comfortable bed, spacious. Friendly staff, the rooftop bar was excellent - fantastic mixologists. The one small negative I can think of was the frustrating elevators, but this is such a minor thing. Thoroughly recommended place to stay if you're looking to be in midtown Manhattan.

Great hotel if you want to be in the middle of it all. Located at Times Square means your near the action as soon as you walk out the hotel door. Rooms are well furnished and quiet however. Staff is attentive and courteous. The rooftop bar had excellent views. If you want to experience NYC as a tourist, this is a good place to start.

Rooms are just fantastic!

Rooms are just fantastic!
The rooms are really nice and the hotel is in a great location on Times Square with a view: to die for.
There is a fitness which is really good for a hotel. The cardio machines are at the top.
The staff is courteous and attentive.

Once that has been said, you have to ask for absolutely everything: linen, that the safe be repaired, that the electrical outlets be repaired, that they put back the linen, that they clean the room, not at 8h merciiii, yes around 10h c 'is perfect.
And hey, an establishment that makes breakfast at 43 dollars ... how to say ...
We did not try the restaurant part or the roof top. I just felt like it was for wealthy bankers who want to shine in society.

Situated in the South East corner of Times Square the Knickerbocker is a luxurious retreat. Step out of the front door and you are within steps of the Theatre district, Broadway, Times Square and transport links for the whole of Manhattan. Inside the hotel great comfort and elegance await. Whilst we had a standard room which was situated at the rear of the building and therefore only offered a view of an office block, this is only to be expected in the heart of the city and for the price we paid. That said the sheer comfort and luxury, the quietness, the service all excelled. I would not hesitate to recommend and the Knick will always be first choice for future stays.

Beware this cheats !!! Trinks were paid in cash and were later debited from the credit card again. After personal consultation with the hotel manager, it is unfortunately not possible to pay the amount. Also, two years ago, after promising to be credited for one night, they were waiting in vain for the credit due to a false fire alarm. As this hotel would like to have no regular customers but only see your profit.

Great hotel that met all my expectations. In the heart of New York, the Knickerbocker is located on Time Square, thanks to this sumptuous location, guests of the hotel can enjoy the life of Times Squares. Service always impeccable and very nice staff! Very nice and spacious rooms! Thank you very much to the Knickerbocker team for this wonderful trip. Yours truly!

The traffic is very convenient and there are at least 6 subways nearby.
But when we arrived at the hotel at 3:15 pm, the room was not finished. The hotel first gave us a room to rest, but by 5:30 we went back to the counter and our room was still not ready. We had to go through the Broadway show until we got into our room after 10:00. The next morning we finished the breakfast and went back to the room. The door card couldn't open the door. The hotel said that we had to send someone to check. We waited for 15 minutes in the sultry walkway, and after the counter was urged once, someone came over and dealt with it. It turned out to be the door. The lock is broken.
In this expensive hotel, there is a constant situation, although the room is comfortable, but our travel mood has been destroyed.

While visiting your hotel recently Shaun Hauver provided myself and companions with a wonderful
experience. The rooms were more than adequate and quite comfortable.
Shaun was so gracious and accommodated our every need.
The Knockerbocker Hotel experience made our trip quite enjoyable.

Perfect location a minute or two away from two large metro stations, and walking distance to some of the iconic New York spots like Times Square, Rockefeller Center, etc, many restaurants and shops. Rooms are large and spacious. There is a very nice, functional gym here.

Breakfast buffet is nice, but not diverse enough and always the same, especially considering it's 35$ (pre-tax).

Great hotel and location! The rooms are modern and clean. Even tho it's in a busy location, the rooms were very quiet. The roof top bar is nice and provides a good view. The staff is also very friendly. We had a corner room but it was facing an alley, so the view wasn't great . Overall great stay!
