Was taken for a surprise birthday outing to high tea, and loved it!! The lobby is elegant and classy; and the cafe where tea is served is beautiful. Service is very old school; and the food and tea was just incredible!

A beautiful, old world European Hotel with excellent staff and as I was
there for my daughters' wedding, the Crystal Ballroom was extraordinary.
From the set-up,to the food and the DJ they picked, everything went as
planned. There was a Lady named Bar who assisted with everything, and
she was wonderful.I admired that she stayed well into the night, and I saw
her leaving at 11:45pm and everything was pretty well over at midnight.
Having the "night drapery"was wonderful so that we could sleep without
feeling guilty, and the beds were very comfortable.
In this day and age, when so many Hotels operate on how many rooms they have,it was,to me,not only as her Mother, but a former member of
the Travel Industry of Canada, the perfect Hotel. The Crystal Ballroom
is the best venue I have seen in Toronto, and I'am delighted to say that
the King Edward remains my favourite Hotel in this city.Well done!!

The one bedroom suite was lovely. The king size bed was heavenly. The room decore was as expected. The striped sofa and the two large mirrors added to the sophistication of the living room. My niece and nephew had a terrific time going from bedroom to living room with the option of two television set. They especially loved the cookies and milk treat left for them by the evening room attendant. Overall, my expectation of the room was met.

Brunch was enjoyable. Our server, Raoul, was very attentive. A weekend stay at the King Edward Hotel must include brunch.

My niece enjoyed her pedicure at the spa. The aesthetician Francis, was excellent. My niece was so relaxed during her treatment, she almost fell asleep.

Our stay met the expectation I had of the King Edward Hotel .

Wow. We are about to have put company event at this location. The Crystal ballroom is amazing! So beautiful, cant wait to experience the full Omni Hotel treatment.

Wheelchair accessible via side street.

They have valet service out front with heaters to keep you warm as you arrive.

The hotel lobby is impressive and smells really nice without being too perfumed.

Stayed here for a meeting that I was working for an event company. The rooms are very well accommodated, the staff was very nice, happy to help and efficient. The Select service each morning (coffee was my choice) at the front door was superb and the bed was super comfortable. I also was able to take part in the fitness room which had new machines of all types along with a great set of free weights and ab workout balls.

Room was beautiful. Modern and clean bathroom. We were able to check in really early at 11.30 and check out was 12 noon which really made it a wonderful experience. It's in close proximity to everything. Loved it!

Beautiful hotel! Attended a wedding here in the crystal ballroom and it was incredible! I also had a great old fashioned at the bar in the foyer. As a child I used to come here with my whole family for the Sunday brunches and it was always a highlight for us.

We had a great time in Omni King Edward in Toronto. The rooms were serviced very quickly each morning. Our overall experience was up with the best we have ever experienced. I would recommend it to anyone. And of course it is situated in the heart of the city, so close to where everything happens. Its a great hotel with the very best of friendly and helpful staff.

Great location, staff are fantastic. The only downfall we had was that the washroom in our room was very small and you had to step in and close the door to use the mirror/sink area. Very squishy. But the rooms were very clean and the overall hotel itself is great.

We had to book the hotel since our condo was being renovated and we were thoroughly impressed with the service, the opulence, the royal lounge, the concierge, the staff and the value. We wanted to host a friendly gathering with our friends and access to the Royal Lounge was perfect for that. I highly recommend the Kind Edward Hotel. I'm beyond impressed.

Average experience. Afternoon tea is way overpriced, the bread was not very soft, and the service was mediocre. We had to ask for more water, honey, and milk for our tea. It was a birthday celebration but did not feel special, unfortunately.

Very good!! I found the room a little bit smaller than anticipated. Although very clean!! We had a view of a construction site. Otherwise very quiet. The food was excellent! Service amazing at the restaurant. The location was perfect. Close to everything. They have taxi in front which is very convenient! I would highly recommend. Can be a little bit more pricy but the service and the whole experience is wonderful! Watch for deals on this hotel

My sister took me for afternoon tea. When we got there they didn't have a record of our reservation. Luckily they did get us in. It server was great, but there was a bit of a language barrier overall he was awesome. We were there for about an hour and a half and then our server was standing behind us as there was another sitting and he wanted our table. The food and atmosphere was excellent.

From arrival to departure, this hotel was simply phenomenal. The valet is very extremely friendly and helpful. The desk staff were very welcoming. The lobby is quite beautiful. Love the aroma therapy of white tea coming through the vents. Makes the experience very relaxing. The room was in great shape and always clean and beautiful. The toiletries were of top quality. The breakfast at Victoria s was top notch. They are accommodating with gluten free toast. Might I add, the location is ideal and the rates are very reasonable for what you get. I think it s the best value 4 star/luxurious hotel you can stay at. I mean, you can t win best historic hotel in North America if you were just okay. This hotel is a must stay especially if it s your first stay in Toronto.

Was visiting family who were staying at the hotel. We went to the hotel after dinner and hung out at the bar. Atmosphere was nice however the waiter was very pushy, I understand that they were going for a very service oriented feel with the waiter constantly hovering but I prefer something more relaxed especially after getting asked 3 times in 2 minutes if I needed anything.

My favourite place to stay when in Toronto is the Omni King Edward. Everyone is so helpful and so pleasant. Excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful lobby in which to sit and wait for friends. I love visiting the St. Lawrence Market and walking in that neighbourhood.

The Omni Toronto is a very nice property. Room was spacious, spotless, and comfortable. Staff throughout the hotel was friendly and helpful. Very good value, especially when compared with the Fairmont or Intercontinental. Not deal breaker, but the front entryway is not very inviting, imo.

I had a great experience! Beautiful, spacious rooms that are remarkably quiet. That bed was so comfortable that I m REALLY missing it now! Being a select guest member, we were treated to all kinds of goodies throughout our stay.

Patrick, Dave and the whole King Edward team made us feel so welcome. The service was terrific and the room was equally as impressive. The attention to detail with the safety protocols made us feel extremely comfortable. The best hotel experience I have had in many years. Thank you again.

We went to the Omni King Edward Hotel for their Sunday brunch. It's all-inclusive (besides alcohol) and although not cheap at $59/person, the decor and quality of food is worth the price along with a harpist playing live music. Their cold-charcuterie station with seafood and cheeses were all delicious. My favourite is their beef wellington and lamb at their carving station and the desserts are great to finish. My recommendation for dessert is their passionfruit mousse and almond cake with coffee or tea.

What a hotel, just wow. I was here for my birthday and was blown away by the service and the building. The lobby was beautiful, the rooms spacious, the breakfast delicious and well tended. It's an expensive stay, but it is well worth the price if you're hoping to stay in style and luxury. Even though building is a point of interest, being a well-maintained historical one. I can't recommend them enough.
