Excellent service great rooms in the heart of downtown!

Luxury at its finest. This hotel has all your ammenities - close to the downtown core. It is so clean and the staff so professional. The rooms were spacious - the beds so comfortable and the robes were so soft.
Highly recommend enjoying a drink at the Cosort bar - the Queens Cosmo is my favourite.
You definitely feel like royalty when you stay at the King Eddy. & it smells so fresh and clean everytime you walk in.

Crystal ballroom is absolutely an amazing place for a social. Catered food was amazing as well.

I booked a suite for 3 days for lmy "wedding night"
The suite is nice but... The AC unit is VERY loud.
After the 2nd night i got charged 50$ per night for valet parking!! I kind of expected the parking to be complimentary or at least to have a package for it.. There are none, so if you have a car, be ready to pay 50$ per night.

Otherwise it's a decent place, nothing extra ordinary, just a good hotel that actually lacks few things.

We had a small room facing King St. The amenities were good and the location of the hotel is fantastic. Concierge staff were very helpful in suggesting nearby restaurants that were good for kids AND dietary restrictions. Would definitely stay there again.

The servers on multiple occasions were RUDE. Nice hotel though. Beautiful architecture and grandeur.

Comfortable place to stay. I had issues with the WIFI and was unable to work during my stay.

I had an unplanned overnight stay due to bad weather. I was pleased with the quality of the room and the service.

We loved our stay at Omni Toronto . We were there for Thanksgiving week-end . We booked a suite which we found very very comfortable
The breakfast at hotel is not that good but the concierge was beyond helpful and recommend the perfect breakfast place to us
We like and enjoy our stays at Omni hotels and will definitely recommend this hotel Toronto location doesn t have the Montreal wifi issue

A perfect spot for a lovely, quiet breakfast! Everything was decked out for the holidays and was stunning. Wide range of menu offerings and impeccable service.

Accompanied a guest to this hotel. Reception gave my guest an excellent service. Room is clean and cozy. The hallway is wide something I always like in hotels. The doorman gave a wonderful welcome.

Everything was good. Friendly staff. Room was excellent. Food was good too. Valet was pricey. It took 15 minutes to receive our car. Decided to use other parking garage because it was cheaper and it was faster.

Staff are friendly and nice. Building looks great. Interesting breakfast options.

My experience at The Omni King Edward Hotel was excellent. I attended a professional event that was hosted there, where I was served dinner, and had the opportunity to novel at the architecture. I was thoroughly impressed. The waiters were very professional, and the food was delicious (including vegan/gluten-free options). I would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel was very nice, they held our bags for us as our room was not ready when we got there in the morning. Room had a nice view and very comfortable beds.

Ordered a gift card, but couldn't leave the car. Staff can outside right away to deliver it.

Shaquille O Neil stays here, absolutely gorgeous high end bright aesthetic. Can t help but feel comfortable and safe

Very unpleasant staff. Getting a luxurious room and having that kind of attitude from personnelpersonnel - I would never return there.

Every employee is friendly and helpful. Club room was clean well maintained and comfortable. Consort bar is a cosy spot to people watch.

Requested the bed sheets to be changed, they sent new bed sheets up expecting us to change them ourselves.The night time manager was obnoxious and rude. Considering that we had the premier king luxury suite we expected the service to be on point, but clearly not at this hotel. Do not go here if you expect to be treated right for the money you pay.

Have been to two weddings and high tea here. Every experience here has been classy and accommodating. Elegant decor and very nice rooms, high tea was fantastic. Can't recommend it enough.

The location is luxurious, staff were accommodating, and professional.

Extremely friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, lived that there were 2 bathrooms in our room, one with a shower and sink, and one with a toilet and sink. Gorgeous and well maintained in an excellent location, fantastic restaurants in walking distance.

Went for Father's day brunch... First time, although not my first time eating there. Did high tea over the holidays too. Food is very good, and family enjoyed the experience.

A beautiful hotel! Historic. Named after King Edward VII. You can't go wrong with this hotel. It is one of the best in Toronto. Great restaurants. Very easy walking distance to downtown Toronto. You will love it.

Loved the High Tea experience. The food was delicious with a great assortment of tea. A little pricey but worth it.

I stayed here for one night in August and enjoyed it immensely. The hotel is beautiful, has loads of character, and is well-located. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I'd stay again.

Well a little different for me own condo here but there is a reason I bought. Great location for a Toronto visit. First class amenities and service. Many restaurants to choose from within a block.

Good location, clean classical look of the foyer. Interesting chess theme in decor can be explored further to make it more unified with the overall design approach and compliment similar motives thoughout the building.

Beautiful hotel, great room, excellent service. The staff are very accommodating and were kind enough to let me have a late checkout.
