Fancy hotel oo la la
We felt at home during our stay and apreciated the high level of service
Excellent stay. Courteous and professional staff. They accommodated a late check out for health reasons. Very understanding.
Great location, fair pricing. Would stay there again
Here for a work function. It's pretty upscale and certainly not the kind of place I would stay at normally. The staff are friendly and the location is convenient. The rooms are just ok though. For the price of was expecting to be more impressed. I will say that in this day and age it's ridiculous that Internet isn't free in the rooms. $12+ a day is robbery.
They strive for superior service and that's what I recieved. The best hotel stay I've ever experienced. Professional, courteous and responsive associates provided me with everything I needed to enjoy my stay and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. Thank you v Omni King Edward!!
Elegant hotel with beautiful ballrooms but not as inviting if you don't appear as a higher clasd
I went for High Tea on Sunday with my mom and we had a really great time! Tea was great, food was great and service (David!) was awesome!
The Hotel itself is really lovely too, so the atmosphere in the restaurant was nice.
Would recommend! 5-star experience!
This hotel is run like a well oiled machine. Visited here after a failed airBnB. The staff is very professional, and rooms are well designed.
If you have an eye for details this place is for you. Would visit again if in Toronto with the money to spare.
Great place amazing staff! Beautiful room. Clean. Great location.
It's a great and lovely place. Good attention and the rooms are very comfortable.
From check-in through check-out, the Omni King Eddy team is genuinely interested in the comfort of your stay and your overall experience.
Will always be my home away from home in Toronto.
This hotel has a great location and the staff is very friendly. I had several interaction with the concierge and it was really helpful and alway ready to help. The room are large and had a coffee and tea and love the detail to ask for fresh coffee for the wake up call really something else
Lovely place. Great location for walking to a lot of the main attractions in the city.
Xmas dinner expensive but worth cost great selection of food
Awesome hotel.
Great steakhouse right across the street (tom jones)
Everything is very close , you can park your car around the corner in the parking garage ($16) compared to paying $55 on valet. Use uber ! It's very convenient.
The Omni King Edward Hotel was very pleasant, a quiet and beautiful lobby greeted us. Our room was upgraded, because of my wife's birthday and at no cost to us. We especially like the location of the hotel, close to the St. Lawrence Market, which is a great people watching spot and close to C'est What on Front Street, another favourite spot of ours!
The staff are exemplary in the quality of service. From the doorman to the housekeeping to the front desk to the valet driver to the waitress to the day manager to the busboy/girl to the chef to the concierge, everyone goes overboard to make sure your stay is the best it could possibly be.
Loved staying at the beautiful Omni King Edward. The special touches provided everyday made us feel very comfortable and at home. The rooms were beautiful and super clean. The food served in the restaurants, royal club and room service was delicious. The hotel is centrally located to many forms of transportation and is walk-able to many sightseeing attractions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. It is definitely 5 stars!!
If you like to watch FoxNews, then dont stay at this hotel. They have 50 or 60 channels, but none are FoxNews.
I won't be staying here again.
Afternoon tea is an amazing experience. The restaurant and staff are top notch. Every item was made to perfection with attention to detail and presentation.
One of our absolute favourite places to stay in Toronto! The beautiful historic hotel, the location and the staff are amazing! The door staff always greet us in the most friendly and professional way and when we are leaving they make us look forward to returning! Our only complaint always is our stay was too short! Hope to be back soon!
Excellent location for a gala dinner, food and atmosphere was incredible
My home away from home. The King Edward is a classic, well appointed hotel, with great staff and great service. Well done!
Absolutely loved it. The room was great. Bathroom Modern and clean. The bed was so comfy I felt like I was in my own bed. Top notch and a great location
Great place, very clean. Rooms are nicely decorated
Good comfortable place to stay with warmth shown by the staff
Beautiful hotel, great services and wonderful staff!
Stayed there 8 days. Wouldn t stay again it was pretty bland and nothing like I thought it would be. The staff were nice and friendly. That s the best thing about it.
Only know the Cristal ballroom and it is really pretty, excellent condition and amazing view. Carpet with design, lamps luxurious, more than two ambient. I like it
Beautiful hotel with attentive staff. Will only stay here while visiting toronto
Stayed here for my best friends wedding. It was lovely.
One of the most beautiful hotels at which I have ever stayed with the friendliest and most accommodating staff.
a perfect stay at this hotel which offered very good value for money.
it is ideally located 10/15 minutes walk from the station.
Great historical hotel. Beautifully maintained. Great location.
Had a wonderful stay at The Omni King Edward. The staff were incredibly friendly, efficient, and professional. The location was great for us because it was less than a 15 minute walk to the convention center.
This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Toronto for walking to food, shopping and drinks! The staff here are wonderful and the rooms are always impeccable. If you are looking for a place to stay in Toronto the Omni will not disappoint.
Excellent spacious rooms, fast wifi, great location near Union Station/Airplane. Near financial district, great restaurants. Highly recommended
Very upscale hotel. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Well-furnished and clean rooms. Great place for a weekend away, or special celebration.
The place was clean and the room spacious. The staff was very accommodating and friendly.
Beautiful hotel...Great Service...perfectly located to walk to many interesting sites in the city. Gym is fantastic. My hotel of choice when I travel to Toronto.
service is anyways beyond my expections. they provide water, bday cakes and snacks throughout our stay. morning beverages. room is spacious clean as anyways. room service is always friendly.
Great stay at the hotel over Easter weekend. Centrally located - walking distance to all the downtown sights. Loved the large renovated rooms and bathrooms and cocktails in the bar looking over King Street. Will definitely return.
1st let me start off by saying parking was a nightmare. We thought valet was expensive but it actually would have been cheaper and we would have done less driving around to find a spot. Nevertheless parking didnt take away from how clean and spacious our suite was. The view was beautiful especially at night. Check in was a breeze and i think its in a perfect location.
Great experience overall! Staff was friendly, the lobby gorgeous, the room was impeccable and close to all the attractions downtown. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Classic setting and well known venue for the local area. Good food and service as you would expect for the price.
If you're planning a trip to Toronto we highly suggest the Omni King Edward. If you are used to 5 star accommodations you won't be disappointed. My selected room favorites like bottled water, extra pillows and other amenities are always in our room upon check in with morning tea or coffee and a newspaper in the morning.
Went to King Eddies for a baby shower party and my first impressions of the place were grand, posh and beautiful. We had high tea there which was excellent. We were each given a plate of finger sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres, and mini desserts, as well as a pot of tea. They had a vast amount of teas to choose from and we had the option of getting more if we finished ours. I would definitely recommend this place for a baby shower, or bridal shower venue or maybe even a birthday or just a little high tea with friends or family.
Staff was extremely helpful and courteous during my two health issues when I needed an ambulance on two different days.
I was looking for a fancy hotel for the hubby and I and we sure got one at the Omni King. I would stay here all the time when visiting TO if I could. I absolutely loved it!! Such wonderful and professional service, amazing big, high ceilings in the rooms, fabulous toiletries and a delightful shower. We will be back!!
Fabulous hotel.Great room.Great service. Can't wait to stay again.
We hosted a baby shower at the Chelsea room and the event went swimmingly
The location is close to the Union station and the Hockey Hall of Fame, the CN Tower, the walk to Lake Island Ferry, the 25-minute walk to the Old and Old Beer District, and easy access to the old city hall and Eden mall. The food market inside the Hockey Hall of Fame is worth trying. The room and bathroom are large, the bed is very comfortable, newly renovated and the facilities are easy to use. The lobby is open with fruit and fruit drinks, the room is older than the Boston chain, the facilities are new, the price is lower than the Boston store, and the price is high. There is no free water in the Boston store room, but the house price is much higher.
Great rooms, but easily the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. --- Complimentary wifi requires providing your email and signing up for spam ---- after our stay we spent over an hour asking them to send us an invoice for our 2-day stay. Bounced from one Automated Voice Menu to another for nearly an hour. Caveat emptor.
Went for afternoon tea as part of a bachelorette party. Environment was great, food was great, service was good. There was too much food in general and not too much options available for afternoon tea though
