I went to Qi Salon, a hair salon that's attached to the hotel. The salon is clean and service is fast. The salon can do all types of hair textures, from straight to super curly.

Fanastic. Came for the all you can eat buffet and everything was amazing!

Hotel lobby staff were not the friendliest. Especially elevator staff pin pointing certain people and asking for key cards. Hotel otherwise is very clean and nice aesthetically. Rooms were gorgeous and amenities were great. Decent location on King Street. Prestigious hotel, so it is expensive.

Absolutely brilliant! From porter, front of desk, room was beautiful - lots of special extras for our anniversary. The room was immaculate, tastefully decorated, comfortable, nice scenery, spacious, comfortable bed and lovely size bathroom. Exceptional customer service experience throughout our stay. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in... deluxe suite was awesome

Gorgeous rooms and a lovely sense of luxury. All the usual over-priced amenities like WiFi that you get for free at mid-range hotels. But all this was over-shadowed by the lack of accessibility. This hotel is not welcoming to anyone who uses a walker, wheelchair or stroller. They have put only the most minimal effort into being compliant with accessibility standards. There is only one accessible entrance. You approach the entrance, ring a buzzer, ask for help, and a person has to come open the door and operate a wheelchair lift. The entrance is only a few steps and they can t be bothered to make it accessible with a ramp? Even getting a luggage cart has to go through this same process because carts cannot come down the stairs. There is a level of meeting rooms with no elevator. The doorway of our room was partly blocked by a piece of furniture so the doorway was narrow. It is 2018. We simply don t experience this with other hotels anymore. If the hotel values their guests who have mobility needs, they will demonstrate it by joining the 21st century and providing accessibility to all.

Great location if you're trying to be downtown. Rooms were massive compared to other hotels I've stayed at. Good service, restaurant wasn't bad either. Free WiFi in the rooms too. Would stay here again

Beautiful Old, but Modern Hotel in Heart of Toronto.

Old historic hotel, but rooms are spacious and modern. Hotel and rooms are very clean. Hotel is steps from TTC King Station and just a block from Yonge St. Excellent service from the time we arrived till the time he checked-out.

Conveniently located downtown, 5 mins from Yonge subway line and walking distance to Eaton Centre, historic property that has been thoroughly updated. Very comfortable rooms, 24-hr gym and friendly, helpful staff!

Elegant, large rooms, matress was best I have ever slept on, every employee of the hotel we encountered was friendly and accommodating.

This is a very nice upscale business hotel and very tastefully decorated. the service, staff and rooms are top-notch. One complaint is the corporate event catering leaves a lot to be desired - I've had lunch three times and everytime the protein was dry as a bone right of the kitchen, especially the fish. The breakfast is alright. Coffee is terrible. However 10/10 for their staff and decor. The huge chess pieces in the lobby and fantastic paintings are highlights.

A perfect spot for a glamorous wedding! Loved attending a family wedding. Rooms, food and service were exceptional and we had an incredible time. I also made hair appointments at their salon and was absolutely thrilled with the excellent stylist!

It was very enjoyable, including having a scrumptuous brunch. Staff very attentive and helpful.

Nice hotel in the heart of downtown. I think a good location overall. Easy access to trains, subs, buses etc. There are plenty of convenient/drug stores in case something is needed. Many many food options around. Literally a quick walk to EVERYTHING!! Very friendly staff. No free breakfast. No microwaves in rooms (dumbs down). A mini refrigerator is in room but it doesn t get that cold (see picture). Nice space in the room for a 1 King bed. Two separate type bathrooms. 1 with a toilet and 1 with the shower. There is no tube though (for those with small children). Luckily my 1 yr old likes to experiment with showers lol. In the shower there are 2 shower heads though which you can adjust one to a low level height whit I thought was actually helpful. Maids clean room in timely fashion. No problem checking bags in to concierge if needing to. We got free WiFi because I was a rewards member but I ve read somewhere that WiFi isn t free. I m not sure on that topic. We were able to check into our room before 3pm and we appreciated that SO MUCH! Very grateful they allowed us to do that and no extra charge. So if you get lucky your room could be ready early, just check and see once you arrive.

Performed in the Crystal Suite. Truly the picture of opulence and decadence.

You don't have to be a Chess master to play and stay, at this grand historical hotel, where royalty graced its floors but it helps if you can appreciate the past while enjoying its presence

We went on March 17t, 2017 for two nights.
Free 3Mbit wi-fi in rooms.

Great location near Union Station, Air Canada Center, Dundas St, Eaton Center, Distillery District. We didn't need to take a cab or bus, walkable distance from everything.

Check out is at 3PM but we got the room at 2PM upon arrival.
The first room they gave us had no windows and was pretty dark so we asked for another one with windows. It took 5 minutes and we got it, no extra charge.

Rooms are vary spacious and clean. Beds extra comfy. Our bathroom was a bit small but it didn't bother us. It was very clean.

Only 2 things bothered us :
- the room air fan noise which was really high at times.
- the cleaning staff starts pretty early and sometimes they arent too careful with the door slamming.

Will go back for sure.

I have stayed here multiple times and find the King Edward to be one of the finest hotels in Toronto. The rooms are very well appointed and the staff is always gracious and helpful

Attended a seminar here. The facilities are clean. The staff were friendly.

We stopped in at the bar for a drink on Saturday night after dinner. The bar/lounge is cozy and was perhaps a bit quiet for a Saturday evening. I felt we needed to keep our voices down for the sake of other guests around us. Drinks themselves were made well and tasted great. Service was also excellent.

Hotel was fine. Breakfast service was unacceptable.

Had High Tea here in celebration of my birthday and it was phenomenal! The service and quality of tea and food was exceptional. Will definitely be returning

Great hotel!! Bar food and drinks were great. Room was comfy and everything was spotless. Guys at the front door are super helpful with car, bags, taxi and directions. Very friendly. Great all around stay at the "king Eddie"

Really nice lounge to sit and have a drink. Enjoyed one of the local beers whilst the wife had gin cocktail. Perhaps a bit pricey, but as I say the ambience of the room was really nice. Cheerfully and helpful staff too.

Lovely upscale hotel with excellent service. At check-in I was asked the purpose of my stay, which was to celebrate my birthday with friends. In a short period of time a plated dessert and card arrived at my room. The result of attentive customer service! Thankyou Omni!

A beautiful hotel in a convenient location. Close to public transit and all manner of restaurants, coffee shops and convenience stores. Staff was friendly and prompt when called upon. Rooms are quiet, clean and well-maintained. I would definitely stay again.

Good enough for the price they are asking at the location they are at. I personally don't like the "royal" decoration, but the good wasn't bad.

Worn drapes cabinets and poor views from my window are why I'm giving this rating. It's sad I've always seen the king Edward hotel as a place of prestige but not as much anymore.

Fantastic rooms and services. Considerably better than the Delta where we stayed earlier on our visit.

Great hotel throughout. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. Classy feel to the place. WiFi is poor in the room but quick in the lobby area. Would definitely recommend the King Edward & would stay again if I'm lucky enough to visit Toronto again.

This hotel is in a prime location close to all kinds of amenities. To me it's one of the nicest hotels in all of Toronto. The staff is excellent
