Beautiful hotel, clean rooms, modern, and just an overall excellent place to stay at. We got a great deal for one night and would definitely consider coming back.

We had high tea, and it was a nice event with good food and tea, but the service was very slow and we weren't even seated in the dinning area.

Everything was great except that I pre-checked online and my key was not on the desk as usual.

The OMNI King Edward Hotel is a venerable hotel which was built in 1903. The hotel has welcomed celebrity guests in its time. There's been different owners, but each has bestowed upgrades and updates to the interior.

I LOVED our stay at the Omni King Edward Hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful (both professional and personable). The rooms were immaculately clean, the location was perfect and even if you didn't want to venture out, the building had all of the amenities you could want (including a wonderful little coffee shop on the lobby level).

I HAVE TO KNOW: What pillows does this hotel use?! I have never slept so deeply!

Hotel and staff are exceptional and always make us feel special. We only stay at the Omni King Edward now when visiting Toronto. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown core. Highly recommended for any tourist or local that is looking for a place to stay.

I like it here a lot. My boyfriend and I go to Lucky Restaurant for fancy Chinese food and we love the ambiance. There are limited menu items if you go late (i.e. after 9pm), but they'll still feed you, which is cool.

Quietest stay I've had in a hotel for some time, incredibly comfortable beds, very convenient location

It was a wonderful room but the toilet had a tendency to run and you would have to get up to flush it and turn it off...still one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in on the road.

Went for a haircut at Qi Salon. Great cut and fantastic service by Jeremy and staff.

Very good customer service didn t have any issues checking in, calling for a reservation, getting room service or speaking with front desk.
Was pleased with all amenities.

Washroom, room, beds, all spick and span.
Will def stay again without hesitation!!

We have been here several times now, had to come to Toronto for medical reasons and every time we were treated like family. I wouldn't stay any where else in Toronto. The staff is amazing and caring. I would recommend the King Edward to anyone who asked.

Came for high tea and had a nice time. Attentive service and delicious scones, but the deserts left me feeling sick to my stomach.

Amazing hotel...the rooms are gorgeous,roomy and well maintained. The staff we encounterd were friendly and knowledgeable. The only drawback was the pricing for the breakfast (88$ for 2 adults and a 7yr) I thought it was a bit much but other than that, I really recommend this hotel you wont be disappointed

Great place to stay close to all downtown attractions and friendly staff.

Nice room, comfortable and very clean. Unfortunately, contrary to what is advertised, the room service only works until 23:30. Annoying for me with a check-in at 1am. Overall, the service is a little below my expectations. By cons, special mention for the Sunday Brunch: hearty, provided and delicious!

Beautiful building and suites. Luxury at every turn. And in a wonderful part of the city. Centrally located. You have access to everything. Also close to the PATH so you can get around underground if you want in the winter.

Spacious conference room with lots of light on the 17th floor and great for large venues.

Why was it good? Miss thing gave a weird look while I was eyeing the wingbacks in the lobby. On the up some faucet facets: La salle de bain reeks of decadence unobtainable yet the sinkside banter is a wash so quotidian. Cant speak for the rooms.

I read a lot of 5 star reviews about the Kind Edward and that's why I picked it when I was in Toronto for work. That being said, the hype wasn't worth it. The hotel is clean and well located but the little things that matter were not satisfactory. Shower pressure is bad, cold and hot signs are inverted on the shower. No shampoo or shower gel in the shower or bathroom. Pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and it felt like my neighbor was in in the room with me (granted he was a bit louder than needed but still).

I work in events and am in the hotel very often hosting weddings for clients. The events staff (with high regards for Sara Raily & Andrea Stothers), are top notch and always looking to go above and beyond.

As a venue for events as well as hotel stay, I give it 5 stars.

Excellent stay - friendly staff, good food at both the restaurant and bar, and the cleanliness of the room wonderful! If you want a relaxing and luxurious stay, this is the place to stay. It is also well located and easy to get around Toronto.

Beautiful building , nice room but I feel as if I over paid for the size. Still over all a good experience.

Had a half day conference with coffee and snack services. Food was very good including the fresh potato chips. Limited parked meant I had to walk from around the block but overall a good experience

The most fabulous hotel I've stayed in. Old but of surpurbly maintained. Wish I was heading back there.

One of most beautiful hotels we have visited! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were welcomed everywhere we went and the hotel was close to many of our destinations, so walking to them was easy. Excellent food. We already are planning our next trip to Toronto and will definitely stay here again.

Very nice and high end decor from the moment you enter the hotel. The afternoon tea service was amazing but the food was only above average. Still, for the experience and service, this hotel really knows how to treat people well.

Beautiful, quiet hotel. Had a great stay here for 5 days for work - Globe and Mail at the door every day, fruit and water in the my room as an arrival treat. Will stay here again.
