In heart of downtown on West Georgia /Granville...dependable good quality, fashion-conscious, all-ages clothing, cosmetics, merchandise and household goods /appliances. Worth checking upper floors for good bargains in clearance clothing.

One of the big mall in the Vancouver where everything is available. I think every brand is available over there for all walks of like. I always go to Hudson bay for shopping. There are seven different portions for men and women. Household things are also available. "All in one" place.

This is the best Bay! The selections are way more fashionable and the options are endless. Thanks for my pretty bridesmaid dress!

Totally wrapped up my Christmas shopping there. Bought all I needed for the men in my life. Great sales.

Great selection with lots of weekend sales throughout the store.

Hudson's bay has a very comprehensive store located in this mall. With solid customer service (lots of employee to help actively) and brand categories. With good sales events, it's possible to get very good deals on items. Something like their scratch card event this weekend has good chance for 50 percent off of all purchases which helps a lot with their expensive regular priced items. Recommended if looking for a variety of clothing and other products.

This department store has been around as long as I can remember and they ve really upped their game as of late; both in their online presence and storefront. If Nordstrom isn t your financially driven cup of tea, then check out the Bay.

One of the best stores in Vancouver. They have lots of high quality products at reasonable prices (for the quality).

I haven't been here in years but it has been chopped up and very confusing to get around inside. Especially around Granville entrances from the sky-train. The mirrors make it look bigger but sure confuse the flow of the store.

Good luck trying to navigate this place, no signage anywhere!

Looks pretty tired and may go the way of Sears and other OLD department stores. It's a shame - Great customer service - but one thing we can count on is change and Amazon

Lingerie department staff were outstanding. Patient, kind and knowledgeable.

I just changed my review to one star. The parenting room is in the men s department and it s upstairs!!!!!!!!! Train wreck store!!!!

Boys and men need to check out Level 6. It is a hidden gem where you can always find your favourite designer brands at heavily discounted prices. It takes a bit of digging around but the savings are definitely worthwhile. One of my go-to places to shop and not leave bankrupt.

Great choices and prices are great. Now if only they could afford to fix their escalators that have not been working for YEARS and the few elevators means that many wait a few cars before we can get on because of many opting for them as opposed to walking up/down stairs.

45 minutes trying to find a dress shirt on shelves that have no labels indicating the sizes. Sales lady was of no help as she was not able to check inventory on her POS

The express elevator to the men's floor is the key to getting around this enormous store.

Great selection and prices. Sometimes lacking enough sales staff during busy hours.

If you don't go regularly, the layout is plain confusing. Elevators take forever. But very clean, pristine and a great place to shop for almost anything.

I like the bay but my god the layout at this location is awful. The men's department is on floor 6 which takes 10 minutes to get to because the elevators are so slow. I came to make a return and I had to do it on the 6th floor. 20 minutes later I was finally able to make a return. How about setting up a place for returns on the ground floor please?

Its a Bay. Has stuff in it. Just like every other bay.

Very large and confusing. Prices are high unless stuff is on sale, which is reasonably common.

Gift card that was supposed to have a $20 refunded amount on it turned out to have $0. Ripped off by the Bay!

Some great deals at topman, do check out there clearance section, and most importantly one of the few place who provide an option to charge your phone while you are shopping

Disorganized, disordered, 5 the floor feels like Zellers. Mixed sizes, mixed clothing

The toy shop in the basement is amazing!!! They had so many hard to find toys displayed in a great way. Most toy stores are crowded and hard to navigate and give me a little anxiety - this had space to walk around with a stroller and a non-frenetic display of toys.

The employees are very helpful! The store is very well organized! They have cosmetics products, home essentials, kitchenware and so much more!

Their return policy is great as well! They often have great sales! Their washrooms are clean and hygienic! This is one of my favourite stores for browsing things!

Went in here to find a french press for coffee. It's organized so that each brand gets its own section. Therefore you have to wander around and look for where they keep the same item for each brand to compare.

Probably the best Hudson Bay I've ever been in. A bit upscale but the service makes it worth it

It's okay. 6 floors of shopping. Unfortunately very overpriced stock of clothing and other products targeted at tourists and wealthy Chinese. Majority of men's dress shoes cost $3-500+!! A few in the $150 range.

I was fitted and bought a suit in less than 20 min. Great service.

Confusing place. Prices are OK and some stores like nespresso are always packed.

It's hard to find what you want sometimes.

Great selection of latest brands at competitive prices, but expect to wait as staff are sometimes hard to find.

It's hard to believe this place is still open. The customer service is appalling. The staff make no effort to help: "I don't know. Look online." If you don't have exceptional customer service, it's game over for any department store. Other stores sell the same products and they're busy. The Bay is empty.

Love the concept - six levels, each with related items. Really facilitated comparison shopping. Mostly for the ladies though.

Good place to shop. Bay Day sales are super. They also have good sales on other occasions.

Simply, a great department store! Iconic building, amazing location. The Bay is an upscale store, but it is more than just a luxury store. Bargain hunters would be remiss to avoid The Bay.

I was lost in here for 30 minutes trying to find a bathroom and my way out. The store is more than 6 floors and it is daunting and exhausting to be in there.

The Bay here is huge! They have six different floors with a myriad of high quality goods from various popular brands.

Staffs were friendly and helpful, as they always asked if we needed any help from them.

Items were slightly disorganized in the kitchen utensils aisle, on the third floor, near the Lagostina and T-fal pans area. Don t know if it was recently caused by a lazy customer, but it did show little care of in-store displays.

Variety of goods and excellent prices on sales items re mens wear. Helpful sales staff in mens floor. Will return.

All class A brands are available there with great collection of clothes, shoes and cosmetics.

Went years ago for a wedding registry gift. I loved the layout( reminds me of a TV show and a cartoon)

becoming more and more of a ghost town, all thanks to confusing layout, super slow elevators, and slow service. I went to return some online orders and their system had crashed for the day. as far as products you can find good deals but it seems they ve given up on carrying anything slightly hip instead for Topshop to carry.

People in the Giorgio Armani boutique amazing. However The very pretty woman in her 50s at the Armani counter on the main floor was snotty and argumentative. She called herself a professional but didn't even know that they had completely reformulized the pour homme to a fraction of the previous notes.. Insisted it was just a new bottle. Instant turn off. But promised to put me on list for the new upcoming Armani scent.. which it was clear I didn't like.. either she cannot read body language..or likley is just uses this tactic to cover up her ignorance

I love Hudson Bay! They have great products. Good quality and you can also find competitive prices for their products. If you find something that you like there in a decent price take it, you won't find it anywhere else. Sometimes they have special sales or free delivery and some of their sales staff are so friendly and fun to chat with.
