The Hilton Suites Chicago- Magnificent Mile Review

Found a toenail on the floor. Found an eyelash and lipstick on pillowcase. Otherwise it's a nice hotel.

Nice room; spacious, clean, comfortable. We enjoyed the view from the pool.

Nice place. Service is great, the executive lounge is well stocked and big enough. Rooms are clean and Hilton-style suites with plenty of room.

Decent hotel on the Magnificent Mile. Mall and decent amount of eateries nearby. Short walking distance from a ton of rooftop bars that are definitely worth checking out. Rooms are pretty big and feel modern.

The hotel is located right next to Hancock tower on mag mile. Very convenient walk to the beach and eateries.. Loved the location. Had good service. Could add little more to vreakfast. Evening snack were ok. Rooms were good but suits had only double bed. Should at least have queen beds.

Great location, great price, great room. This was a perfect stay for us. We will certainly go back and I would recommend this to friends.

Beautiful hotel suite rooms. Be aware they have no late night food service which was dissipointing. Friendly staff and there is a restaurant inside the hotel.

They gave us a suite style room, everything was beautifully decorated, very modern style furniture and art and huge windows! The staff were all very cordial and the restaurant/bar downstairs had a nice selection of food/drinks! The only downside of the stay was that i noticed the walls were very thin - the people next door had at least 2 small children who cried and screamed a lot...

Very good location for nearly everything (50 min walk to the bears stadium being the longest hike for us) the rooms are really spacious but the whole hotel is very quiet. The pool could be bigger and the exercise/gym rooms are very small but the views for the 30th kinda compensate

Attended a conference, did not stay overnight (all booked up). Beautiful hotel. Nice meeting rooms. Good food/snacks served at our meeting. Expensive parking, but valet was courteous to let me know there was a garage around the corner with an affordable early bird special.

Rooms are super nice and the front desk staff is next level.

The Hilton hosted the expo and reception for the Hustle Up the Hancock event. Overall the facilities were clean and nice. The space was a little too small and crowded for this event though.

Upgrade to a beautiful suite with lake view, as HHDiamond. Location very central to the Magnificent Mile. Recommended!

Pretty busy, attracts a lot of "in town shopping" families due to the location and pricing. Rooms are updated, facilities and connecting areas could use some work with lighting, elevator flow control, and key system. Clean, with helpful staff that are always available.

I actually give ZERO stars, but I will not allow that. We purchased the American Girl Doll package for our daughters birthday. They literally did nothing in the package without me having to put up a stink. The girl's did not arrive to a cupcake decorating Station, letters, or even beds for their dolls for that matter. When I asked for it they said they would have it in our room by 9 pm. (Too late for cupcakes.) They agreed to giving me a late checkout and having them their the next day. But having come from an American girl brunch, my girls did not need more sugar. We went to the pool, which was slimey and mildewy. So I immediately showered my kids and asked for the turndown service promised in the package. The front desk was confused and housekeeping did not even know what that meant. Steven, the manager was very good about compensating us and trying to keep us happy, however my daughter is turning 9 and this may be my last American girl bday with her, and the Hilton absolutely ruined it for us. I'm so disappointed, and will never give Hilton our business again.

It's the perfect location, right at the Magnificent Mile. We stayed on the 20th floor, the views were great. The service was friendly and helpful. The suite was very nice, clean, comfortable and practical. We would highly recommend this Hilton.

Had too many problems with key cards. Got stuck in elevator several times when cars did not work. They replaced my cards 4 times. They also did not explain that they would charge my credit card $100 extra as a deposit. I stayed with Hilton hotels all over the world for 10 plus years and never had extra deposit added to my bill.

Rooms was clean, all suite hotel with separate sitting area. Easy check in process and quick.

Perfect location and nice hotel. Two small gyms not big enough for hotel of this size. Valet parking very pricey but this is the norm in this area.

I met a friend that was staying here and the hotel appeared to be extremely clean and modern. Very, very impressed.

Fabulous suites. I was alone in a room that could have slept 6. All the Amenities you could want and right next to the John Hancock tower.

Staff was very nice. Hotel depends on 4 elevators to get people around so it can be long waits. TV had issue every night. Room was nice size and it was great to close the doors to our room to get away from the kids. Indoor pool was also a lot of fun for the kids.

Stayed on 24th floor. Great location, friendly staff, however there was a bug crawling on one of the beds. The let out sofa was used & a cellular device forgotten. Housekeeping admitted there was no device found until it was mentioned to check the let out sofa, then the device appeared, which questions how effective of a job is housekeeping doing. Bathroom had no air/vent circulation and my UV light showed stain secretions in droplet form on the carpet starting across from the living room mirror and leading up to the bathroom door.

the elevators are horrible. they take forever, the light goes on and off. you might be waiting for 5 minutes for an elevator. it stops on every floor!!!! why have 4 elevators if only one works.

The Hilton staff was the best in customer service and my stay was great,rooms are spacious and absolutely stunning.

They phone service is very poor... I been trying to contact the account department for a week now I checked in the hotel on Thursday February 28th and checked out March 2nd they took a security deposit on the 28th of February an told me I will receive the deposit back within 7 business day and here it is March 15th an I still haven t received my deposit..

Check in was crappie. My husband had the email confirmation but had to park the car. I gave them my license and card witch they had know problem taking it and charging it but won't give me the key to the room until they seen the email confirmation.
The room isn't very clean at all! Both the bathroom and bar sink needed to be cleaned tooth paste and stuff all over both of them.
They don't tell you were anything in the hotel is located.
The only good part of our arrival was the bell lady and luggage man.

Hotel is nice. In a quiet area just off Michigan avenue. The room is on the smaller side for a suite hotel, but the bed was super comfortable. I was working nights, so not able to check out the BBQ place in the lobby. Included concierge level breakfast is a nice touch as well.

Elevators get slow and busy. No easy self park but convenient valet parking.

Samantha was awesome. She welcomes you with a smile and pleasant to answer your questions. I stayed on the 6 floor facing the industrial fans of the building next door . Room was quiet . Ice machine was on my floor . Pool and gym is located on the top floor , 24 , I believe. No cameras or pictures allowed to be taken when using the facility because your privileges will be revoked. My room is spacious even with 2 beds . Clean linen and towels. I would stay here again. Only slight snafu I experienced was the heat did not activate when I increased the temperature. Luckily there was a blanket in bag in the closet .

Honestly i'v never had as good of a hotel experience then here. This is the best hotel i'v every stayed at. Beautiful hotel. The only downside was there was no hot tub in pool but that's not a big issue. Everything about this hotel was amazing. Great service to.

The room I was in for a conference was well-kept and at a comfortable temperature. The lunch segment had a delicious buffet and professional staff serving various vittles. Overall, I was greatly impressed during my visit and am considering the same venue for further events.

It's a block of the Magnificent Mile, in a good location. The staff are professional and friendly, the rooms comfortable, but could be a little cleaner. Overall a nice place and pretty good value.

Excellent location. We stayed two days and forgot to clean the room. When we returned they had not even laid the beds. It is not the service I expected from a hotel in this category. There is also no free wifi in the rooms.

The location of this hotel is very convenient because everything is at walking distance and so are the trains. The staff has been really friendly and helpful too. Overall it has been a very nice experience with Hilton.

Location is really good in the heart of downtown Chicago a few blocks of the magnificent mile, shops bars and restaurants the staff was very attentive and ready to help customers out.

Rooms are technically suites, two rooms, mini fridge and cofee maker. Service is good. However, the cleaning crew is consistently spotty. They only show up half the time when requested, and they're not particularly good anyway.

Location is conveniently located close to a bunch of shopping and dining. Service is excellent. Rooms are well appointed and up to date.

Even though I checked in ahead, they didnt have my room or a comparable room. The best they could do was offer me the correct room the next day.

Sink and shower drain so slow you spouse to make quick shower notice reception but doesn't changed

It is bad that I cannot give 0 or negative number of stars. I made a reservation in my Hilton Honors account of 4 rooms for a group of visitors from another country. Somehow the visitors' visa were not issued as expected. I cancelled the reservation which included all the rooms about two weeks before the scheduled check in time. The cancellation was shown clearly in my Hilton Honors account that all rooms were cancelled and it had to be that because it was just one reservation). But the hotel charged me for one room of one night which was almost $400 later. I had to make many phone calls to get it corrected. I will never ever choose this hotel.

Loved the location as is close to restaurants, shops, the L, the beach and main attractions

The bedroom was separated from the living space which I thought was great. Both rooms had a TV. We had a clean suite with lake view on the 24th floor. I def. recommend people to ask for a room on the higher floors because the view is really nice.

Kids loved the pool.
Staff was friendly and checking in was a piece of cake.

Next time when I am in Chicago i will definitely keep this hotel in my mind!

Very NICE accommodations. The bathroom sink faucet was running water when we arrived, but I called the front desk and they had. Their plumbing tech there within the hour. The free hot breakfast had a room key access so people off the street could not avail themselves of free food. They had valet parking put front and those guys opened car doors and hailed taxis 24 hours a day. There was also an in-house bbq and cafe type restaurant with seating.

Conveniently located 2 blocks off of North Michigan Ave, near great restaurants and shopping. Many rooms on upper floors have water views of Lake Michigan also.
