The Henry, Autograph Collection is a beautiful, classy hotel, perfect for any occasion.
The Hotel itself is well decorated, it is the former Ritz Carlton. Nice Lobby, well decorated hallways with framed pictures of art. Art Gallery in the banquet area. Elegant style for an American hotel, no offence. Excellent breakfast and restaurant with a fire place. Very pleasant service. Big rooms, nice comfortable bed. Good gym and indoor swimming pool.
The hotel area is quite boring if one travels without a car. TGI's, Sparrows etc in walking distance, also a mall in about 5 minutes walking distance.
A very nice, quiet hotel for couples or single travellers.
Excellent experience! The inside is an art gallery. The halls are covered in beautiful artwork. They have an indoor pool close to the main elevators. And the shampoo, lotion, and soaps smell like oranges! Fairlane shopping center is close by.
Food was great but service was terrible they lost both my mothers and my reservation for my sisters wedding. Only for them to call me a no show. My mom had to get dressed in a bathroom for the wedding
Excellent facility. Friendly and efficient staff. Clean rooms with lots of amenities. The only place in Detroit area to host a classy event.
Beautiful artwork in the hallways gives it such a unique feel.
The Henry has great customer service and beautiful decor.
Delightful details. Amazing art collection. Great gym and pool.
This hotel has old school historic charm. I was there getting ready for a wedding I was a bridesmaid in. The ambiance was amazing!
Was here for a business conference. Food and banquet center were very nice and clean.
I attended the National Philanthropy Day dinner at The Henry and it was excellent. Great food, great service, great venue.
The hotel was very nice. The room was clean and well stocked while the bar downstairs had a great selection. Nice place.
Nice hotel nice ball room rooms were pretty good the restaurant is way too expensive everything is $25 a glass of house wine is $12 are you kidding me Basic breakfast in your room is $25
Beautiful hotel and the food was delicious and came quick!
Lovely place, well maintained. Food options are really good. Friendly staffs.
Conference layout very well done and the Henry's staff was very organized and accomdating.
Very friendly staff and conveniently located. Just 12 mins to Downtown Detroit; Uber was only 20 dollars each way. Pool and hot tub were amazing. Bathroom could use a slight update but other that, slept like a baby. Worth every penny.
I met my brother here at the bar in the Henry for a Christmas drink. The drinks here, and the food, are both top shelf. You won't go wrong by enjoying this place!
Nice hotel. Great art. Front desk was friendly. WiFi worked well.
I didn't stay here but used a conference room for a meeting. Very fancy interior designed after European palaces. The conference room was incredibly dark however and the brightest setting was just a notch above 'mood lighting'. It is a member of Marriott rewards and has a great location.
A truly amazing place to stay in the Dearborn area! Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The concierge level includes an honor bar and breakfast. Our home when we visit Detroit.
Amazing pasta and great service. Wait staff was always on hand while never being intrusive, highly recommend.
Went here for mycpusins wedding. Absolutely beautiful, food was great service amazing.
Stayed the night here for a band trip. Amazing service to accommodate our large group
Always nice to stay at The Henry. First class rooms and service. Restaurant and bar inside. Always clean and well maintained. A must stay.
Always a good experience at the Henry. Nice rooms...decent bar, though the bartender was not very attentive.
This is a beautiful hotel. I enjoyed viewing the art exhibit & statues!
My Experience was Sub-Par at the supposed Luxury Henry Autograph Collection Hotel considering the reputation this hotel carries. My room was dusty and the shower was scary. Needless to say I cut my stay short because I did not feel comfortable and my weekend was ruined. The included breakfast with the room was very greasy at the Tria restaurant.
Is it common practice for hotels to slide the final bill under the door? The morning of check out I felt like I was being kicked out. The final bill had been slid under the door. I felt this was tacky because you physically check out. HOW RUDE!!!!!!!!
Upon Check - out a very rude employee named Dantu argued with me when I conveyed the state of my room and the overall experience of my stay. I would not recommend this over priced hotel in fact avoid it all together!!! What a waste of my time and money!!
A nice hotel with friendly staff and good, clean amenities.
Nice property, but in Dearborn vs Downtown Detroit. Much more to do downtown than in Dearborn, but not a bad self-contained property.
Quality place and close to Detroit..staff is just top notch! Very comfortable stay!
The hotel was very luxurious from the entrance to the conference room that I attended. I do not stay but I'm sure the rooms will be clean and comfortable. The conference food is very delicious and they also have Valet parking. The location is very central.
We stay here every time I'm back in town for a Wings game. We get the same room every time with great service and clean rooms.
I think it is to far away from everything, and very oldfashioned hotel.
Very good hotel. The food was excellent even if breakfast is a tad over priced and the facilities were great in particular the swimming pool.
Great facility, a little confusing on finding the correct building and parking space
Woybold school hotel amazing rooms and the restaurant Rocks. Bone in filet to die for. Its 55 bucks worth every penny. Love it.
Attending a conference for 4 days is grueling, but The Henry makes it so much better. I could drive home daily but choose to stay. All the staff has been exceptional and while I didn't use the pool or other amenities, I explored them and was impressed with their appearance. I recommend, even if for a quick drive to spend a night or two as a "getaway" for fun. Recommend.
This is an upscale hotel we visited for a day with family. It seems to be popular for weddings, there were two there at the time. The club lounge is not open for food or drinks on weekends, unfortunately. Rooms are good sized, well decorated. Public areas are nicely decorated and clean. The restaurant serves buffet breakfast which was quite good overall. A large shopping centre is nearby.
Solid, clean rooms. Good amenities. Responsive staff.
The rooms were fantastic. The gym, pool and spa were well furnished. The stuff was really courteous and outgoing.
From Gun Lake area and had their pizza. It was excellent
This is a beautiful hotel with great staff. The decor was lovely and I really enjoyed seeing artwork every day. They provided lots of small conveniences (water in the fridge, coffee in the room, ample parking, etc) without charging you as many hotels of this caliber do. Staff is also very friendly and helpful and makes you feel at home.
I had a great time in a beautiful hotel with nice art in the hallways, it's like staying in a museum. This was the best hotel I've stayed in so far. Staff were super nice. Can't wait to be blessed to stay here again one day.
Unique. Lovely art displays. Service was above average. Friendly & helpful staff.
My husband, daughter, and I visited for Thanksgiving dinner. We sat at the bar for a drink before dinner and again after dinner. The staff were so warm and friendly. They were all over the top amazing. Dinner was delicious! We'll be visiting again and again! Try it. You won't be disappointed
This is a very nice hotel, looking forward to my next visit
Disappointed. For a hotel of this caliber and price range, it is understaffed . The staff that is here is lazy and slothy slow. Daily maid service arrives late in the afternoon, perfunctory, with no attention to dusting, vacuuming, nor general cleanliness . Bellman just as lazy and uncooperative. Front desk staff puts on a nice smile and brave face, but there's not much they can do about it .
Overall, very disappointed .
A luxury hotel with a classy vibe in Dearborn. Pretty expensive but it does have extremely nice everything from the rooms, to the breakfast buffet to the bar.
Signature feature is the artwork adorning the walls, the hotel doubles as an art gallery. Truly gorgeous.
Cool property. The staff in every department was friendly and attentive. I enjoyed the trio of dips and a glass of pinot noir.
Had a wonderful time, although I feel you need more than one day to see everything
Stayed for 2 nights.. had booked a room 3 weeks prior to check in date, and had received a confirmation code. They messed up my reservation, had to re book on the day of arrival ( for two nights) . Then on the second day, in the morning they sent me an invoice and deactivated my room key stating that I had only booked for one night. Then I again booked for another night. Upon investigating , we found that the reservations agent had made a mistake ( this was one of the stories I was told). Too much inconvenience was caused to me and my family.
Other than that the front desk people and housekeeping staff, and banquet staff were very very helpful. Special thanks to Becky ( from loss/ prevention) dpt who went above and beyond to help my mother and arrange ice packs as my mom had hurt her foot. One more lady from banquets also helped whose name I didn't get . Overall good stay. Excellent staff.
Really enjoyed the Merit Conference here. Great service staff, great food, very comfortable event center. How/where to park and which building was which was initially confusing.
Nice venue, the food was good. Not too crowded for our conference.
