I was received with a warm and professional welcome. After a short wait and before my actual appointment, I was called in. I saw Dr. Cox, who I regard as an outstanding physician. He treated me well with empathy and professionalism. Hence, I can recommend Generation Family Medicine highly.

Dr. Glowdowski is amazing, he really cares and is thorough and professional. He pointed out a bulge on my neck during my first visit that I had gotten used to. He referred me to a dermatologist and I had it removed last week. A book in his lending library is helping me with another issue I have. Having him as my PCP has changed my life, thanks!

Professional people who care about you. Having the availability to walk in is truly outstanding. We don't get sick at convenient times, but this practice tries its best to do whatever is possible to serve you. The best Doctor's office I have ever visited.

Staff is always friendly, and they have been on time with my appointments. The Saturday walk-in hours are helpful too to avoid emergency care on the weekend.

The staff is genuinely friendly (not "paid to be friendly, friendly"). Dr Glodowski has excellent bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. Only downside is due to popularity the appointments are booked 6-8 weeks out.

Physician - Dr. Cox is excellent and very conscientious.

I needed to find a local doctor here so I thought I would give Generations a call based on positive reviews. I found that the reviews were true and it was easy to get in and get seen. I also like that you can get your records from your visit online which is nice for your own records.

I don't feel like they care when I go there. I don't believe they do. The whole place feels like a hospital ward and not somewhere to be nurtured. I am uncomfortable and stressed out as soon as I walk through that unnecessarily heavy door. I also had a disappointing experience with one of the front office staff where she put me on hold for 15 minutes then forgot why I called when she finally remembered I was holding. The place has lost all of the charm and warmth it once had, but that's to be expected when money is more important than patients.

Short wait times, friendly staff and providers, nice office. I felt listened to. I also like how lab results are posted on the Patient Portal so I can see them and I can also message my provider any questions or concerns.

This office is amazing! I have been a patient here for several years and have never had a bad experience. The entire staff is awesome and caring. I recently had a physical with Dr Mintzer and she was beyond thorough! Keep up the great work!

I can t thank Generations enough for the care they have given me over many years. I sincerely appreciate Dr G for persistence to follow through on my health issues until they are resolved. Also, his great sense of humor and professionalism are unequaled in the medical world.

This is an awesome practice! they handle referrals for you and getting specialists to contact you. They are kind and very sensitive to you not waiting forever to see the doctor. Just an all around excellent practice for you healthcare.

The best aspect of Generations Family Practice is the care, concern and expertise of Dr. Gladowski (and his capable nurse). The doctor is knowledgeable and thorough. I never have to wait at this practice. The front desk is mostly cordial and capable, although I have had a few glitches getting Rx's sent out in a timely way, and with getting exact insurance coverage info.

I enjoy everyone that works for Generations, they have taken very good care of me and my health needs!

Great experience... I took my mom there for her first appointment with Dr. Cox after moving here from Maryland when my father died. She was nervous and unsure about the area and changing doctors since she had seen the same Dr for over 20 years before relocating. Dr. Cox made her feel at ease and like she was in good hands.

Nurse Judy was her normally kind and caring self and was very receptive to all the regular and updated information I gave to her. Dr. Mintzer spent time with me to go over not only her questions of what was going on with me, that is always detailed and directed to everything she is treating me for, but then took the time to listen to and answer each and every one of my questions. I always walk out of Generations Family Practice feeling that I have received A+ care and knowing they their main concern was my health.

Providers are AMAZING! They truly care about you and the outcome of your health!

Strike #1: Went for physical and got stuck with nurse practitioner who gave me contradictory information and tried to sell me vitamin supplement scam. Had to demand a switch to a doctor.

Strike #2: Needed form filled out for work. Spent 4 months with the front desk kept lying to me that they sent it in. Even when they said they would send me a copy, I did not receive a copy. Had to talk to manager to get it mailed out.

Strike #3: Needed prescription refilled. Pharmacy tried contacting them 3 times but without a response. I called Generations and they said my doctors was no longer with them so I needed an appointment before they would refill prescription. When were they going to tell me this? See ya!

Came in to see Dr. Paterson as a new patient. I was treated so well throughout the entire visit. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about Generations Family Practice in Cary, NC. Dr. Mintzer and her colleagues have created something very special. I have been a patient for well over 10 years....and although I have only really seen Dr. Mintzer and her nurse ...first Stacy....then/now Judy during that time....my wife and daughter have seen others in the practice and have had equally good experiences. I can only speak regarding Dr. Mintzer...Stacy and Judy....but each of them treat you as the most important patient. Dr. Mintzer is a brilliant doctor and shows each patient amazing care. When you are with her....you ARE the most important person in the room.....and it makes you feel cared about and safe (in her care).

When I moved to North Carolina someone recommended Dr. Mintzer with Generations Family Practice. I have been there ever since. Dr. Mintzer takes more than just time with her patients she really cares about them. I love the office staff and the nurses. When I don't have anyone with me one of the nurses comes out to my car, takes my wheelchair out of my trunk and pushes me into the waiting room. They have no idea how wonderful that makes me feel. I am excited about the new location they are moving to in a few days. They will be fully equipped with everything so I don't have to go anywhere for Xrays and such. I also can't say enough great things about the lab on premises. I take a blood thinner and this is the only lab where it doesn't even show that I had blood taken.

I am a physician and just took my 90 year old father to Generations Family Practice as a new patient. He met with Dr. Cox and we left the appointment very satisfied! Dr. Cox was thorough and had an excellent bedside demeanor. He talked to my dad and seemed genuinely concerned. I highly recommend Generations Family Practice and especially Dr. Cox.

My son and I have been going to Generations Family Practice since we moved to Cary - over 10 years ago. We've always had the finest of care - for both regular check-ups and urgent matters. I can't say enough good things about the doctors, PAs, nurses and staff.

Compassionate and knowledgeable staff. I appreciate the personal attention and the willingness of the doctors and nurses and staff to respond to my requests in a timely manner. Dr. Cox is my primary care physician. He takes time to hear concerns, make accurate diagnosis and make appropriate medical decisions.

I have been going to this doctor's office since they were in the smaller place nearer to High House rd. Dr. Mintzer has always behaved like a snotty old lady, but the staff was nice. NOT ANYMORE! I dont know what happened! I find absolutely no joy there. The atmosphere is cold and uncaring. The NP there is lazy, not thorough or thoughtful. The front desk people are super condescending and enjoy placing people on hold for long periods of time. Its has become a money pit as opposed to a place of healing. I also caught the NP talking openly about a patient when I walked out of the room too soon (p.s. the patient was me). THE ABSOLUTE ONLY SAVING GRACE IS DR. MACOMBER, she is my child's doctor. If she leaves that office I will follow her. I have switched to a new doctors office on Kildair Farm rd and I'm very happy with them.

I have been seen by 4 PA s, NP s and they are all wonderful. Unlike large University practices that are scheduling patients every 15-20 minutes, they spend quality time with you! I have never seen the physicians but, heard great things about them.

Generations Family Practice is a outstanding practice for the entire family.

They are VERY patient friendly, courteous and operate with great efficientcy with their digital portal system.

All of their staff are extremely thorough, willing to explain recommended treatment or answer any question.

I was struggling with finding a doctor that I really like in Raleigh since I moved from Greensboro. I don't go very often and it's difficult to find a regular doctor you like when you have to go once or twice a year. Generation Family Practice saved all that work for me! They are an amazing doctor's office! They are quick to respond, quick to get you in the office, and actually listen to you when you think there is a problem. I was referred here by a friend and it's the best decision I've made when it comes to my health!

Dr. Gladowski is amazing. He is great with osteopathy and very thorough. He takes time to get to know the patient and covers all aspects of the patient's health.

I had a wonderful experience at Generations Family Practice. I was greeted by some of the nicest people in the world. I did not have a wait time and was taken back at my appointment time. The NP Corrine that I saw was one of the most compassionate and understanding person I have seen in a while. She really listened to me, and came up with a plan. I am a firm believer that all anyone really wants is someone to listen and help.

The folks at Generations Family Practice 1) Lost my medical testing, 2) Tried to double bill me 3) Ruined my credit by sending a fraudulent balance to a collections agency.

1) I went to Generations to get blood work done and was told it would be a few days until I heard back. I never heard back, so I continued to follow up with the office as we were approaching a week since the original test. After a few days of following up, they said my testing had been lost and asked me to come in for another round.

2) When I went in to have more blood work drawn, I was told that this visit would not be billed since it was strictly to correct the error where they had lost my testing a week before.

3) A year later they reached out saying I needed to pay for both visits. I sent my credit card statement history showing a transaction for the exact amount due on the exact date for when it should have been due, indicating that the first visit had been paid for. Additionally I explained the nature of the second visit, explained that I was told that I wouldn t be billed for helping correct their mistake, but said I would still be happy to pay this amount since I had only been told verbally I wouldn t have to pay.

Rather than acknowledging that I had records of payment that match the exact day and amount due, they simply said I don t see that posted and sent the balance to collections.

I genuinely am shocked at how little Generations Family Practice has done to clarify on this situation or provide feedback of any kind aside from a receipt, especially as the consequences of their mistakes continue to affect me financially by singlehandedly dropping my credit by over 100 points.

I was understanding as Generations made mistakes at every step of the way. After going there for years I know that is not the norm. I do not understand how a company is not willing to do more to help make those mistakes better. I'm disappointed and regret ever putting my trust in this organization.

I have been coming to Generations for about 2 years now. I was very nervous after I had left my PCP for 2 years. The Generations team (I've seen 3 doctors/PN's) have been really great. They all have taken the time to really listen to me (I have had some crazy problems with mediations that took a long time to figure out) and answer all my overly analytical questions. I am VERY GLAD I found them.

I had a great first experience at Generations Family Practice. Dr. Cox was super helpful and kind during the entire visit. He addressed all of my concerns. I plan to switch and continue seeing Dr. Cox for all of my medical needs.

This is a great practice! I have been seeing Dr Mintzer for many years. I have lived In Youngsville NC for 20 yrs.and drive to Cary because I refuse to change doctors.

Every time I ve been to Generations, the wait time is minimal and I m in and out with a proper diagnosis and plan of care within an hour!!! This place is very friendly and detail oriented. We are a Chinese immigration family and not good at a lot medical terms, fortunately, they have a bilingual nurse helped us during the visit and called us in Chinese whenever needed. I love this place.

just walked by the doctor office . and they denied service to me because i have a file with them but did not see him before. it just about money. coz i was suffering anf they denied me for service .....it is humane that even i will pay its not free service.the girl in the front says am sorry we dont take unstablished patient on saturday ...bulshit put it in your web site no established patient on saturday. it is a walking you cannot deny somebody or close saturdays

Convenient scheduling, excellent patient portal, friendly staff, very personable. Dr.'s take time to listen to what you're saying, I never feel rushed. Everyone there genuinely cares! Do yourself and your family a favor and schedule your next appointment at Generations Family Practice.

DO NOT GO HERE if you don't wish to be harassed for money all the time. We went here for a year, and did not have a single good experience with the staff, especially Sabrina at the front desk. She is extremely rude and unreasonable when you talk on the phone to discuss payments. They do not tell you when you have an overdue balance. They simply send a debt collector out to hunt you down instead of doing it themselves even with an email. I cannot express how bad this office is, do not go here.

The doctors and the staff are always pleasant and efficient. They take their time in reviewing your health issues and finding solutions in treating them.

I can't say enough about how great this practice in. They are exceptionally competent, timely, helpful, and compassionate. They're just a pleasure to do business with, very welcoming and positive in every regard. I especially like how hard they work to get me in quickly if I need to be seen (generally same day) and how convenient the patient portal is for everything (communicating with my provider, checking on lab results, requesting prescription refills). Generations Family Practice has earned my highest recommendation!

I called to make a new patient appointment and the person I talked to was very pleasant in helping me with what I needed. My husband went first and then I went a few days after him for our new patient exams. We both saw Dr. Cox and loved him! The front desk was great, the MA was awesome, and the doctor's bed side manner was fantastic.

I absolutely hate having my blood drawn, as I am a difficult draw and my veins like to roll and hide, but the person that took blood for my labs was great and got the right vein on the first try so I didn't look like an abuse victim afterwards.

They have a very convenient patient portal that they utilize. I got my lab results with notation in a couple of days. I had to have an ultrasound and also received those results with the doctor's notes with a surprisingly quick turn around time. I even forgot to ask the doctor to fill my prescription I've been taking for years while I was at the office so I called and within 20 minutes I got a call from the pharmacy letting me know that it was ready to be picked up.

I worked in a family practice for many years so I may be pickier than most about the care I receive. I can also say with confidence that most of the negative reviews here are probably situations where the patient is at fault but are blaming the practice because they don't know any better or weren't listening at their appointment. Sadly, working in healthcare you can't respond to poor reviews effectively because if hipaa otherwise I'm sure the practice could defend themselves with what actually happened. Most do not recognize or understand the issues that you can encounter in a family practice and if patients bothered to educate themselves and/or not wait for the last second to refill their prescriptions a lot if these problems would never occur. There are also a huge amount of restrictions placed on practices by the insurance and therefore by patients.

Anyway, this place is great and I would recommend it to anyone!

Dawn is the best provider ever. She is knowledgeable and the most compassionate person I've ever met. I don't even want to review her because I don't want her to become too busy to see me!

My physician neighbors recommended Dr. Mintzer when I first moved to Cary from California in 2013. They were patients of Dr. Mintzer s.
Last year I was diagnosed with breast cancer. The radiologist called me with results. She had already discussed the cancer biopsy and mammogram films with Dr. Mintzer. Thi was on Friday, Labor Day weekend. The radiologist said Dr. Mintzer would open up the office, which was scheduled to be closed to discuss my diagnosis, recommend surgeons, treatment options, answer all questions. Dr. Mintzer met with my daughter and me that very day!

The personal care, and genuine concern Generations has given me over the years is absolutely the best! Dr. Justin Glodowski is also my doctor, and is great too.

They are currently having problems with their new phone system, so getting prescriptions filled or having messages answered is a problem the staff is working to correct. Be patient! Generations is well worth staying with!

I posted a request for an appointment in the morning and was given and appointment 2 weeks in the future but Dr Gladowski sent me message saying if I cam early in that afternoon he would work me in.
Everything I have done at Generations has been positive.
Based on my experience, especially with the Patient Portal, I would recommend Generations to anyone!

Dr. didn t really listen to my concerns. The receptionist is very rude. Charged me for yearly checkup to get a prescription refill.

Have left emails and messages over the last 3 weeks inquiring about becoming a new patient and never received a response.

Moved here from Georgia in April of 2018, I have considerable health issues, Dr. Cox and the staff helped me navigate finding the compliment of physicians I needed, making the anxiety of the move lessened enormously.
So glad I found Generations Family Practice, a long with Dr. Cox ,and his staff.
