Strike #1: Went for physical and got stuck with nu...

Strike #1: Went for physical and got stuck with nurse practitioner who gave me contradictory information and tried to sell me vitamin supplement scam. Had to demand a switch to a doctor.

Strike #2: Needed form filled out for work. Spent 4 months with the front desk kept lying to me that they sent it in. Even when they said they would send me a copy, I did not receive a copy. Had to talk to manager to get it mailed out.

Strike #3: Needed prescription refilled. Pharmacy tried contacting them 3 times but without a response. I called Generations and they said my doctors was no longer with them so I needed an appointment before they would refill prescription. When were they going to tell me this? See ya!
