I have been going to this doctor's office since they were in the smaller place nearer to High House rd. Dr. Mintzer has always behaved like a snotty old lady, but the staff was nice. NOT ANYMORE! I dont know what happened! I find absolutely no joy there. The atmosphere is cold and uncaring. The NP there is lazy, not thorough or thoughtful. The front desk people are super condescending and enjoy placing people on hold for long periods of time. Its has become a money pit as opposed to a place of healing. I also caught the NP talking openly about a patient when I walked out of the room too soon (p.s. the patient was me). THE ABSOLUTE ONLY SAVING GRACE IS DR. MACOMBER, she is my child's doctor. If she leaves that office I will follow her. I have switched to a new doctors office on Kildair Farm rd and I'm very happy with them.
