I don't feel like they care when I go there. I don't believe they do. The whole place feels like a hospital ward and not somewhere to be nurtured. I am uncomfortable and stressed out as soon as I walk through that unnecessarily heavy door. I also had a disappointing experience with one of the front office staff where she put me on hold for 15 minutes then forgot why I called when she finally remembered I was holding. The place has lost all of the charm and warmth it once had, but that's to be expected when money is more important than patients.
