There were no directions online on how to access the hotel carpark. Having eventually found the car park, access from there to the hotel lobby was very confusing and inadequately sign posted.
The check-in process was slow and confusing, with three receptionists dealing with one family check in while ignoring other waiting guests. The management staff standing behind the receptionists totally ignored the chaos Infront of them and rather than assist they just walked away.
The bedroom was neat and clean but very gloomy as the window overlooked a central courtyard filled with air conditioning plant.
Breakfast was of a good standard.
Bottom line is that the hotel is ok but could do much better in terms of customer care and attention. A three star experience.

Huge downtown hotel with a central location. Our room was a bit retro in style, but very spacious. Bathroom clean, but overall little light, but extremely quiet out the back. Breakfast: as you would imagine typical British breakfast, all the best.

Very nice hotel ideally located in the center of Dublin on O'Connell Street which allows to easily visit the city. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable. The breakfasts are generous. The rooms are large and quiet even though the bathrooms deserve a facelift. It is a nice place to stay in Dublin. The bar is warm and the brasserie.

Room was fab excellent and clean. Only let down was not being told at check in we had to book table for dinner and drinks. Left at a table over half hour and no waiter came after I went to bar and asked twice. Got annoyed and left and ate out. Breakfast was terrible for full Irish. Temperature checks we seen been done but neither myself or partner got it checked.

Room is a bit dated but clean. Staff is polite, friendly, and multilingual. Location extremely central, easy to reach and return from airport. Room includes many plug options for power which is a nice touch

Very central in Dublin, near the airport bus stop. Spacious and well-kept rooms, english or continental style breakfast, with good variety of products. Great for getting around the city. Staff prepared and kind.

Great hotel to stay in. Stayed for a weekend away. Reception saff were amazing and very helpful. Breakfast is very good, there are 2 restaurants open at peak breakfast times so there isn't much wait. Location is perfect for exploring the city. Bar isn't overpriced like other hotels.

Birthday treat.

Birthday treat.
Stayed in this hotel with family for my husbands birthday. Staff at reception were very friendly. Rooms were clean. Bar staff were lovely and very friendly and made us feel very welcome. In particular Joan was amazing she couldn't do enough for us. The only down side was the breakfast it was cold and the bacon was under cooked was a let down. Haven't said that we enjoyed our stay.

The location of this hotel is great. The front of the hotel and reception area were very nice. The room however was very small and with furniture in it you could not move around easily. Our room had not been updated recently. The A/C in our room dld not work but they did get it working. Overall it was just ok.

Very nice Hotel.
The service is always friendly and helps wherever they can.
The rooms are clean and the bath is really big for a hotel. If I visit Dublin again I would definitely stay here again

Really lovely looking hotel, with lots of rooms around. Went in for Irish coffees around Christmas, managed to get a seat at the bar and they were delicious. Not terribly expensive for the centre of Dublin either.

Amazing stay here. My 18 year old daughter bought me a night here for Christmas and booked a standard room but when we got there the room was not not what she had thought it was going to be. As this was her first time booking anything she was upset but didn't want to say so I did and the staff were fantastic. They were extremely accommodating and showed us 2 different rooms we could choose from. We were upgraded at no extra cost so both of us wer delighted and will definitely be back very soon. Thankyou so much Gresham staff xx

I had a good night's sleep and enjoyed the breakfast however I left my charger in the room so I went back to ask reception and the gentleman phoned the manager and she said that no one has left anything from last night when I used it to charge my phone last night but I hadn't left it in my bag.
