Amazing stay here. My 18 year old daughter bought me a night here for Christmas and booked a standard room but when we got there the room was not not what she had thought it was going to be. As this was her first time booking anything she was upset but didn't want to say so I did and the staff were fantastic. They were extremely accommodating and showed us 2 different rooms we could choose from. We were upgraded at no extra cost so both of us wer delighted and will definitely be back very soon.
