Beautiful hotel cannot fault it at all food,staff,rooms,wifi,everything was perfect would highly recommend it

Catastrophically terrible border controls. Like a felon. 3. Stand around and talk and 2 work. No wonder we go back to the Stone Age. Can not get airports. Nothing just discussed

Lovely hotel rooms are great clean and tidy and the bar area is good .

Ideal location for visiting dublin while being quiet. Perfect location with parking just behind. The reception is friendly and very professional. The rooms a little outdated but spacious and very well equipped. Breakfast only starts at 7am. If you leave very early do not book it.

Absolutely excellent hotel in the heart of Dublin. In the centre of o Connell street, this hotel meets all ur needs. The staff are so pleasant and helpful. Very professional. The rooms are so clean. Breakfast is so good and the restaurant large. Dinner is available for 22 Euro for 2 course, so reasonable but so tasty. More like a 5 star.

Central location and good breakfast
We were friends for a night at the hotel. The first room was right on the lift. It was not a problem to change rooms. The rooms are very clean. Unfortunately a bit dark. At breakfast almost no wish remained open (unfortunately no pancakes). Tip: in good time book a cheap rate through a travel agent. Spontaneously via Booking it is a bit more expensive.

We chose this hotel for its location which I cannot fault everything on your doorstep, but on arriving back to your hotel after a very busy day no hot water in our room to have a shower , when mentioned to reception they just didn t seem to care ( like it was the norm !! ) id think twice about booking again .

The best location if you plan on living the nightlife in Dublin.

Great hotel breakfast is brilliant Dublin zoo not to far away catch the bus across the road from the hotel at great day out.

Service and choice were excellent but don't be in a hurry. Bar may be a better idea if you're dashing.

A landmark hotel on O'Connell street with good conference facilities and services

Great location, service at a high level, room facilities in a suitable standard, very good connection to the airport by public transport. Rooms facing the main street are quite noisy, lack of spa area, breakfasts as per the standard to which aspires to be considered only satisfactory.

This morning Wednesday 11th of dec i had a day off work and was going to meet a friend for coffee in this hotel. I had walked in and decided to use the toilet before i sat down. To my shock a older gentleman with grey hair possibly a manger accosted me before i walked in to the restroom. I immediately felt intimidated. The person assumed I was only using toilet and asked me what was i doing i told him i was using the toilet and i waa getting a coffee he then responded by saying as long as you are getting a coffee. I felt so intimidated.He also said it loud so other people seen. I have stayed in this hotel over the years, i have had work meetings and ate in this hotel on several occasions. I cant help but think because i was on a day off in my trainers that i was picked out. As a man in a suit walked in to the toilet and i noted he had not questioned that gentleman. I will never step foot in this hotel again.
