All staff very helpful. One of the managers was in carpark in relation to something else and nothing would do, he helped with luggage to hotel. Didnt catch his name. But felt like VIPs. Will be back. Wish I had his name to post. Breakfast 5* Cleanliness 5*

Loved this hotel!!!! Spacious rooms, veeery beautiful interior!! Comfortable working elevators as well as massive lovely stairs, all hotel nicely decorated!!! Big conference room, some place wirh a tables to rest. The room was cleaned every day, water provided for free, in shower I was surprised to see apart of just shower gel and shampoo, also body cream! Slippers provided, bathrobes too! There is everything what you need, I literally didn't need to take half of stuff what I actually brought with me)) big choice of tasty breakfast! Goid location, just in the middle of town centre! loved this place and will go there again!
Second visit and we'll come back! Polite, helpful staff, beautiful rooms. Location is perfect for central Dublin. And the bus from the airport stops right outside!
Good attention, spacious rooms and bathrooms, air conditioning, clean, restaurant, wifi, etc. Full center.Access walking to main attractions and shops in the city
The staff was very friendly. The lobby is nice. The rooms are ok. They are clean but nothing fancy. The shower is teeny tiny and the bed was not the most comfortable.
Booked a double room, when arriving went to get my key, told the lady that i would have a family member that maybe staying late as i payed, she sead fine and did i want a 2nd key, i sead i will get one later if he arrived, At around 9.30pm he turned up and went to meet him outside, Coming back into the hotel i was stopped and asked my name, but my family member was not, asked why, was told his name was not on the list and was told to live the hotel, i had to pay 70 for him to get home by taxi, still no response from hotel, after i spoken to management Room was very small, no tea or coffee in room, i would not recommend this hotel
Just responding to your message, Yes i did report to the hotel manager the next morning and was told he would look into it, It's the point that i payed for a double room, And 2nd person not let in,
I have loved the hotel. To begin with, the excellent location on O'Connell Street, close to everything. Quick check in, they assigned me the room on the 5th floor, as an important detail, all the things in the room, notes, magazines, advertisements were in Spanish and English, since it is a gesture of detail The room is very spacious, comfortable and functional with all the necessary elements of relaxation with impeccable furniture and carpets. Very good courtesy wifi The breakfast served on the ground floor very good, varied, with everything one can imagine to eat for breakfast. The attention there is very different, especially in Spanish-speaking people, who did not even say good morning despite saying it, that is a mistake that should be corrected Very fast check out I would return without hesitation to stay in this hotel and in any of the Chain, since I had never been in any of them. Corrigan that Spanish-speakers are more educated
Toddys Bar in the Hotel has a great early bird menu ..which is reasonably priced at 21 for 2 course meal or 26 for 3 course and food is delicious and serving staff very courteous and friendly
Nice hotel, but very noisy at night so if you want convenience then great, it s close to all the action and public transport etc. Rooms can be small but you are in a prime location. Nice bar and restaurant area that as you can imagine is not great value for money, but exactly what you would expect.
Stayed four nights at this great and centrally located hotel. Accommodation and meals were impeccable. The breakfast was extensive and the right starter in the day. The rooms have been clean and comfortable. Cleaning was impeccable and every day a bottle of water in the room. Basically everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. I really felt very well here and valued as a welcome guest. Therefore, I can only honestly recommend this hotel to anyone.
Great location. Spacious room. Friendly staff. Interior decor of the Reception area truly amazing, can't say the same about the room I stayed in, but will definitely stay there again.
The location is very good, the breakfast is very rich, and it is beyond expectations. It is the best breakfast for twenty days. The staff are friendly and polite. The rooms and toilets are large. It is a very recommended restaurant!
Was expecting so much more from my first visit to the well known Gresham....a 3 star at best. Rooms were comfortable & clean, staff friendly, breakfast was your standard buffet style which surprised me. I personally wouldn't pay 80 again for b&b there....
Absolutely perfect ..... I stayed one night .... yes it is the most expensive hotel O'Connell street but the service is the ... a few meters from the spire
Deluxe king was just a basic room the bed was a double bed TV was a very poor quality of a picture and the view from our window was into a carpark. The breakfast was a bit dried up under the heat of the lamps after waiting nearly 20 minutes for porridge it was brought to our table it was cold and no honey or syrup available the staff off the hotel were very pleasant and curtious . We were to say the least very disappointed in the rui Gresham.
Me and my girlfriend spent 2 nights over a weekend here recently. Really fantastic building and friendly/attentive staff. The room was good value for money and the bed was extremely comfortable. Really nice bar and restaurant too. The breakfast was quantity over quality but not bad with a great amount of choice. Would definitely come back again on our next trip to Dublin.
Excellent location with very comfortable and spacious rooms and above all highlight the excellence of its staff. I would definitely return to that hotel again
Good ubication. Spanish employees, both in reception (eg Ana) and those in the restaurant at breakfast time, are efficient and attentive. However, the rooms are outdated.
Must say the staff are an absolute credit, very friendly and courteous, excellent location, and the food we got in the bistro was delicious, highly recommended.
Very nice hotel, the room was quite (too) warm, even though it was very cold outside. Rooms are clean and staff is lovely. Breakfast was good. The location is perfect.
Lovely Hotel....fifteen years ago for my birthday and dinner. Changed with lovely improvements. My sister held recruitment fair there for US many yrs ago
I got a booking for two with a great price. The place is very cosy and the breakfast is very good. But what I love the most is the warm attitude of the staffs. They are very courteous, polite, friendly and active. I like the lobby side because its wide, I can gather with my friends with social distancing. The staffs are very professional too. The rooms are very clean. Though there are no bottled water or hot water heater for drinking because of covid rules, it is ok. The toiletries are almost complete. They only have the savon, shower cap, cups and handgel inside the bathroom but its ok because I brought my own electronic brush which I prefer to use. The check out is 10 30 am. Over all it was a great experience, I got relaxed and I was very comfortable until the last minute of my stay. :)
Beautiful hotel, rooms had everything in them you would need for your stay, ten of us stayed on an overnight stay we all had dinner in Toddys restaurant and the food was excellent and the staff were very nice
very pleasant mean it on Thursday night it was very nice indeed and very fine well recommended popular and it was at least a dry night but there are always people there and they are in fact very very helpful indeed to one who is vision impaired to see myself so I can highly recommend it as a good place to meet just even for just a sandwich and a cup of tea
