Had a lovely steak meal. We all enjoyed our meal been lots of times.
Love the decor around the hotel.
Feel the dinning room could be decorated to match the rest of hotel.
Had a glass of wine there yesterday and realy enjoyed myself, the hotel has been renovated and looks fantastic compared to what it was which was great, the place was buzzing and the staff were top notch , definitely going back for another visit soon.
Very spacious room and bathroom.
Five star hotel in all aspects, including amenities, lobby, restaurants, location, etc.
Right in the centre of city.
Unbelievable a very reasonable price.
Beautiful place, good food, and good service. And a fare price.
Was there during enforced covid restrictions so the service was strange but the food is a superbly Spanish standard
Lovely hotel very central. Staff excellent in every area. A pleasure to stay there and will visit again.
The location of this hotel can't be beat. The staff are warm and friendly and you're minutes away from everything.
Very nice hotel with very nice employee who treat you like a king. However it is an older hotel let me not have all the amenities that people are used to especially using from the states. They have no vending machines here but otherwise it's very nice old hotel.
Took a couple if tries to get changed to a room with properly functioning air conditioning.
Really nice hotel with large rooms with good facilities. Some refurbishment going on at the moment but doesn't affect your stay.
Very good experience. Excellent environment and service.
Security were not polite. He wouldn't let me into reception. I wasn't drunk. I had a keycard.
Really enjoyed our stay, very friendly staff and ideally located
Great hotel , great food, good lovely atmosphere great staff.
AWFUL!!!! Staff so so rude!! This used to be a favourite place for generations of my family but we will never return!-
Nice place. Very classy for the area. It had just been renovated, so the lobby looks good. Drinks are a bit expensive. The room I had was very big. TV was difficult to work. Plugs/sockets were hard to find and scarce. I have seen USB connections in other hotels, but not here.
Classy looking lobby with nice seating areas and friendly staff.
Great standards. The staff is very helpful. The best part must be the breakfast... Delicious.
Perfect vacation feel!!! Yesss, this is what this hotel made me feel.
Great hotel restaurant more than decent central location just steps from the center
I brought a group of six to the Writer's bar last week for a birthday lunch for two very elderly friends. It was a wonderful afternoon. The food was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for the waiter that served us. Unfortunately I cannot remember his name, I have a bad memory for names but he was from Croatia. The hotel is very lucky to have this young man working for them. He went above and beyond to make sure my two friends had a day to remember and his kindness to them and the rest of the group was outstanding. We will definitely be dining there again.
Nice room, excellent lobby, friendly staff, good food.
Mario at the registration desk had the finest customer service skills.
The Gresham Hotel is an institution in Dublin, so much so that you never need to worry about getting lost as everyone in town knows it. The location is great for touring Dublin as most sights are a short walk to the south over the river. The area is apparently a little seedy at night and areas to the north west can be dangerous at least according to local cab drivers. The hotel is classic and slightly opulent but not pretentious. The common areas have an upscale classic European atmosphere that doesn t lend itself to hanging out, but gets business done. Breakfast was pricey for the amount and quality, but in a pinch, it will do. There are however plenty of bakeries and cafes nearby though with better offerings if time allows. Service was top notch and very friendly. Early check in and leaving a back after checking out were not problematic. Wifi worked quite well even in the room. On a warm day in the fall though, air conditioning was not enabled so the room was overly warm. The windows were not well insulated from noise either so sitting above a noisy alley where people seemed to be continuously talking at night and garbage collectors continuously visited somehow every morning meant some interrupted sleep. The bed was comfortable and the room fairly large by European standards. An excellent place to stay for a reasonable price when exploring Dublin by foot.
Very nice hotel in downtown Dublin. Rooms need renovation. The mattress in bed EXCELLENT! Staff are willing and very helpful. Breakfast very satisfactory.
Changed from what it was approx 5 years ago. No parking is annoying. Made to pay for drinks before we received them. Disappointed
Nice place, good breakfast, good bar. Like to stay there.
Nice hotel with charm. Very friendly, very good German speaking staff. Super centrally located. For city visit again and again
Very good location. Very large rooms and very friendly. Food and drinks in the restaurant were very good and cheap. Simply great.
Very nice hotel, lots to do within walking distance, shopping street and Temple Bar district.
Also recommended is the leap card, this is done to Malehide, Howth and the cliff walk from Greystones to Bray
Room was small and very basic. No kettle in room. Building works going on but weren't warned. Curdled milk and stale croissants at breakfast. Very poor for a four star hotel.
Arrived for check in was told another hour. Asked if the pre order procesco was in the room it wasnt. Eventually got to the room. Cold, dated, dist all over the lamps and couch bed was opened which I didnt ask for. The late barman on Saturday was rude when asked to make a cocktail. The room that night was freezing and the widoes whistled all night. Breakfast was average at best. This landmark has lost everything it had and is now just a number within the new brand. Would not recommend to people nor would I return
Good hotel in a strategic and central location for visiting Dublin. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Breakfast is also valid. Friendly staff.
Adhering to guidelines big time masks to be worn temperature checks going into restaurant hotel spotless no complaints
Whenever I am back home in Ireland I choose Toddy's to meet friends & family for lunch/ drinks...Service is wonderful & Toddy's has such a great atmosphere
Nice rooms, good position. Everything is around this area
Went there for a former work pensioner outing. Nice meal. Nice pint.

All in all, a good house for a city vacation
Breakfast was ok

Only the rooms are only partially renovated and you can tell
Nice and Netzes hotel in the heart of the city. Very good and rich breakfast and very friendly staff
Beautiful hotel, courteous, friendly, helpful staff
Very comfortable and relaxing stay. Friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast
A hotel that reflects the charm of Dublin. Very large rooms (Kingsizeroom), clean and right in the center! From here you can explore the city very well!
Close to everything. Beautiful reception. Polite and helpful staff
Very impressed with the friendly staff, wonderful welcoming atmosphere and comfortable room. Would definately return
Excellent customer service from all staff throughout the hotel from checking in to checking out, nothing was too much trouble. Room was very good, breakfast and dinner were good. I cannot find fault with this hotel at all. A very pleasant experience and the hotel was also well placed for touring Dublin City. Will definitely return. Thank you.
I didn't do a whole lot there, just waited there for a tour to start, but it looked pretty nice on the inside
Nice comfortable room. Friendly staff. Food was disappointing.
Great place nothing to hard again friendly Irish hospitality
