We really enjoyed our overnight stay, would definitely like to stay there again. The hotel situated in the heart of the city.

Well presented and comfortable accommodation with a heritage feel

Very nice, classic layout with some modern amenities.

Thin walls, bad bedding and pillows, take way too long to revert a credit card hold, charge for breakfast at check out despite confirming before check in that it was included. Very average rooms and incompetent account T's department

Does what it says on the tin! Quiet, comfortable, tastefully decorated, handy location.

Art deco on the outside, modern inside and steeped in history. Good, professional service.

Great customer service, excellent food. Great for corporate events. Close to Wynyard station, easy for interstate delegates to get to the venue.

Only issue I have with the grace is knowhere to pull up in a car when you are checking in! If you were by yourself you would have great difficulty

Beautiful old character building, refurbished with charm. Stayed in one of the refurbished rooms. Very nice!

A somewhat retro hotel, centrally located in Sydney.

Great style with very comfortable rooms. Great location. Easy access to any part of the city. Short walk to Opera House, Darling Harbour, Chinatown etc. Very happy.

Serving portion is much small.Taste has south Indian touch.Overall ambience and food is good.

A beautiful hotel, such a comfortable bed and amazing pillows. Lovely rooms and very friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was absolutely amazing with everything I could think of for breakfast and things I wouldn't have thought of. Late checkout at 1 on Sunday was wonderful too. Would definitely return!

Great location close to Pitt St Mall and a range of other shops. Room was very spacious.

Very convenient location within walking distance of the Opera House, Botanical Gardens, Sydney Cove, and other attractions.

I come here several times a year for conferences and training. The food is great (especially the buffet and dessert!) And the facilities are really good. The staff are friendly, efficient and unobtrusive. You can be paying attention to a speaker, and barely notice your coffee cups have been removed, your water refilled and your table tidied. Fully recommend the Grace for meetings and conferences.

Air conditioning did not work during my stay. Hotel staff did not offer alternate solutions. Eg fan

It's grand. It's elegant. It's comfortable and functional. I love The Grace Hotel. It is in a fantastic location as well.

Unfortunately very unfriendly at the front desk, obviously the wrong room was confirmed, but we were not helped, but only talked about extra costs. Not really understandable in a really good hotel.

Good location, presentation and meeting rooms are well furnished

This hotel is the worst. The air conditioning was not working, food was the worst, insects in food and fruits, they told us that they will give refund but then turn back on their words. Believe me you will repent after going there

Don't recommend staying here. The staff don't care about your safety. The pool area floor was slippery with some sort of oily substance, I slipped & fell on my hip, causing sever pain. The staff denied everything & the manager deleted the footage so they wouldn't get sued. We got locked out of the room, the key wasn't working. So walking around the corridors with swimmers on in the freezing aircon wasn't a great experience. The staff ignore you if you don't look upper class & are extremely rude.

Wonderful place to stay! Situated in the heart of the city. The rooms are lovely and spacious and the staff are all so friendly. Would definitely stay there again. Room service did leave a lot to be desired

Amenities are lovely and clean and work as expected. The staff were super helpful and friendly, not to mention accommodating. Room service was excellent. My only small criticism was that the rooms aren't well lit for doing work (but a vey minor complaint)- but I guess if you were after mood lighting then this might be perfect. I am highly motivated to stay ay this venue in the future.

The hotel was great, the staff were awesome and couldn't be more helpful. 24hr front desk. The only fault we had was getting our deposit back after our stay. They held it for 2 weeks. We were told on check-in we could use the deposit for the car parking downstairs however on checkout we were told that's not the case so it cost us a further $300

I wasn t a hotel guest but used their ladies room on the ground floor today after having a lunch in the restaurant attached to the hotel building. When I was washing my hand, a cleaner came in. She pulled out the paper towel next to hand basin, wiped the toilet seat and grabbed the door handle with that used towel to get out of the ladies room. Was very shocked and disappointed with how they were keeping the hygiene of the place!

The Grace Hotel exceeded my expectations. Perfect location. Everything is within walking distance. Grocery store 2 blocks away. My room was clean and functional. The concierge staff was especially helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Darcy was a gem! No complaints........

Love this place. The car park is in the hotel basement. Good clean rooms massive flatscreen.

We stayed at the Grace Hotel on the nights of 11/12 December, 2015. On turning down the bed, we found a lump of human faeces, the size of a small egg, in the bed!!!
My husband immediately phoned reception and the receptionist was polite and immediately sent a night porter to sort out the situation. He appeared extremely unconcerned & said it looked like something a baby would do!!!!
He offered us another room & grudgingly assisted with our luggage. The room was much smaller than the one we had previously booked, so next morning, we spoke to reception, explained the situation & asked for a room comparable to the one we had booked.
Again, no-one at reception appeared very concerned- it was as if this situation occurred regularly! However, one of the day porters did appear concerned & said he would speak to management. We had hope at least for an apology, but we heard nothing from anybody during the time we were there. We are very disappointed & won't recommend the hotel to future potential guests. Location was great, quick walk to a big bus terminal and train. I have never been in a bigger room in my life, amazing, beautiful place and best of all, amazing shower!

Hotel beds are not comfortable, food not great and Art Deco interior...some may like it though.
