Worst Developer. Snags for our house have not been attended to 6 months later. Developers never answer calls or emails. When they do they shift blame and swear at Customers. The ground in our new complex (7 months) is already sinking and garage doors are faulty
Genesis Projects are useless. I purchased a property off plan last year November. Completion date was middle of 2017.
The date has moved on a monthly basis. No communication from the developer.
Do not buy any property developed by them. They mass construct complexes and rush the jobs...even though our development was completed almost 8 months late.
They use the cheapest finishes possible, the workmanship is way below par. Our complex is not even a year old and half the units a falling apart already. Garages not working, driveways sinking, more grout then tiles in showers, walls that chip if you breath too hard on them and the list goes on.
Don't buy a genesis developed property!
Good day, would you be developing further properties around PnP The Falls? I am interested in purchasing property next to PnP The Falls. I am interested in a four bedroom free standing duplex, with the one bedroom on the ground floor to cater for the elderly and persons with disabilities. The plan should include a double door lockable garage with another door leading to the other side (yard size permitting) and a carport in front of the double garage. it should also have a patio with braai area overlooking the garden. Sliding motorized gate and walling around the property. The main bedroom should have enough space for a walk in closet.
Kindly indicate if you'd be able to meet such request advocating for a development which is universally accessible for persons with disabilities and the elderly. I think that it would sell quicker than any of your other developments.

Quality of this developers, developments are SHOCKINGLY CRIMINAL! AFTER 10YEARS OUR ESTATE OF 250+ UNITS all literally crumbling, and sinking!
The WORST company ever. They don't attend to customers needs at all and are very dodgy to say the least.
