A very convenient place to go to in a group as you are given a card which is used for all your selections individually and you pay as you leave for your own selections. Lovely attentive staff there.

A beautiful, art deco hotel. Apparently 4 star but felt it was more than 4. Great central Sydney location, friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable bed and very clean rooms. Room service was excellent too. We recommend The Grace Hotel and would stay again

The location is great. Beds very comfortable and the hotel has been tastefully updated but on an international standard not the best I have stayed at. Our view was internal so nothing which was disappointing considering the price of $229 Aus. Nice hotel but for one night was very expensive and room service food was equally expensive particularly when there are so many great places close by with great food. Breakfast in the hotel is $35 each for the buffet - we went out to a fab little cafe and had great coffee and breakfast for $27 for two of us.
We had a night in town for a treat - would have been better to stay in a cheaper hotel and use the excess for other entertainment.

Travelled for work and stayed for 2 nights in a Deluxe Twin Room and found it to be a very spacious room. Only annoying thing was that there wasn t a power point next to one of the beds which I thought was a little odd. Art Deco style building and good selection of food and beverages at the breakfast buffet.

Rip-off, Overcharged and Arrogant staff

Terrible service with the rooms not properly cleaned, given single beds, breakfast was very basic and very small serves, room not cleaned/serviced over stay, no clean coffee cups or coffee supplied, quoted $20 a day for parking and was charged $55!. tried to call concierge/housekeeping/guest services/operator and no one would answer!! Spoke to duty manager Frances twice she didn t fix the issues, was arrogant land I felt like I was treated like a second class citizen as I wasn t Asian!!

I wanted to give it more stars but I had such a bad experience on the last day of my stay. Its the construction that was going on the top floor which was so noisy that it was a mental torture for me. Also they started it early morning. I had a very long flight later that day and I asked them to stop it so I could catch on some sleep but the reception was helpless. I am so dissappointed that they are having guests in the floors with noise issue. Save yourself all this headache and stay somewhere else.

This place has good food. On street level, there is Italian place with fresh pasta dishes, Cafe with coffee and yummy biscuits, Japanese with effordable bento & soup, then you can go inside to find a Malaysian restaurant that serves good Hainan chicken rice, laksa, nasi goreng, Nasi lemak and on Fridays, yummy fish curry. Give it a try if you ever in this area

Very well located in the center of the city close to all the shopping, bars and restaurants. The rooms are outdated but are well maintained, service is great and prices are OK. Would recommend this place for a relatively budgeted hotel in the middle of the city.

Probably 4.5. Lovely old hotel in great shape. Friendly staff. Love the location, and we had a delicious lunch at Vapiano's, which is part of the hotel. Downtown prices, but it is a downtown hotel.

The location was perfect for me, the room was a good size and had everything I needed, and the service was very friendly. Even though it was central I couldn't hear a thing (my room was facing internal direction rather than out to the street).

Very near major shopping centres such as Queen Victoria Building and David Jones. Value for money and good buffet breakfast. Newly renovated rooms and have rooms for 4 adults. Walking distance to the Darling Harbour, Circular Quay and Sydney Opera house. Staff is very professional and friendly. Highly recommended.

A nice central hotel with laundromat inside the hotel, which was a lifesaver! The beds were pretty comfortable and the amenities at the hotel were OK.

The location was absolutely amazing though. Less than a 20 minute walk in either direction to any of the happening neighbourhoods in downtown Sydney.

My wife and I stayed at The Grace in order to view the Vivid Festival. The staff were excellent, polite, attentive and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and we'll appointed. And the breakfast was delicious. An enjoyable experience and one that I recommend.
