Excellent venue for corporate functions and events!

Rooms are decent. front of house is a bit weird though with prepayment on room service. Don't think I would stay here again.

It's a beautiful hotel right in the middle of bustling CBD of Sydney. It's has much history behind it yet blends so well with modern times. The staffs are friendly and service is good.
The room was big and spacious. Clean and neat. Renovation is going on yet there was no inconvenience because of that. It was quiet and peaceful.
The hotel is close to all the facilities and shopping centres. We were very happy to stay there and enjoyed our holiday.

Great location in the heart of the city. Plenty of nearby restaurants, shops and cafes. Pitt Street mall only a short walk away. The hotel is a classic old but very well mantained building. Staff are nice and service is excellent. Rooms are reasonable sized, comfortable and cosy bed. Indoor pool, small gym and sauna perfect to kick off your day! The only dissapointment was a problem with my bill which 48 hours later hasn't yet been resolved. However, i hope it will be addressed soon.

With her husband s anniversary travel, the hotel also sent champagne and chocolate to the room, which is very warm!

Beautiful rooms and gorgeous lobby. When we arrived there was a pianist in the lounge and it really elevated things. We also happened to get the corner room and it was so much bigger than I expected a normal room to be (we didn't book a suite or anything). Room service was good and fast too.

Great service and rooms were well maintained. Had a issue with my air conditioning in the room and staff were helpful at moving me to another room to resolve the issue.

Just popped in to see the beautiful architecture. It's a very elegant place.

Lobby was amazing, rooms were very nice and clean, very very fancy for the price that we paid, impressed.

They make you hand over a credit card and take $100 + their fee for using a credit card. When you check out.. they say it will take over 4 business days to refund the money they took.. it be the full amount they were able to take out straight away!!

A little old building but still, I love the meeting rooms and busy city views.

Nice location of the hotel. It is walking distance from Darling harbour and 2 blocks away from Big bus stop. Hotel is located in shopping district.

Cheese plate and chips are a must to have if u are having a room service.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and neat rooms with heater! Close to most of the offices for my meetings. And near to all the tourist attractions for after work! Not too expensive! Highly recommended!

Beautiful building although it is old and quaint. The room was recently renovated. Large comfortable room with a comfortable bed and a large mini bar selection. Although they charge to deliver ice?

Excellent location! Right in the middle of everything. Rooms are modern and clean. Interesting lightswitches, you hence to insert your room key to turn them on. Beautiful gym, pool was small long and shallow, really only good for laps.

Location is perfect. Rooms are really tidy and neat. Had a slight problem with a lift (wouldn't go anywhere)

The hotel is nice, beds are comfortable, and staff is nice. I wish there were standing showers and unlimited internet.

Stayed here recently and filled with old world charm and located in a great location . Handy to all shops and services. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Only draw back is no view from window..just looks onto central courtyard.
Breakfast was full of variety and all items were fresh. If visiting Sydney this Hotel will tick all the boxes for most travellers and the entrance foyer has many lounge chairs / tables etc for those meetings whilst in Sydney.

Great central location in the city and the room was nice and clean.

Friendly staff, great service, clean and well presented rooms. What more can you ask then a convenient, comfortable, trustworthy stay.

Comfortable with a sense of cleanliness was the room.
But Wifi is very slow and I do not think it is worth A $ 5 per hour A $ 15 a day.
I wish it had a bathtub
Gym facilities and pool were not good.
I'm glad I got to run around the city as a result.

Most of the time, you get a decent stay at a pretty good rate (corporate rate is particularly good). The reception staff are always friendly and make you feel valued, the concierge is always happy to help you or stow your luggage. The rooms are a little dated but clean and comfortable. Breakfast is a bit of a let down; average food quality and standard selection of cold and hot breakfast items. If I wasn't travelling with work, I probably wouldn't stay here but for what it is, it's a 4 star experience.

Staff and function room was excellent. Great food and drinks, very well presented and staff to put off their way to help.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel during our first stay in Sydney and could not believe how lovely and accommodating it was! The staff were terrific, the room was great and the location could not have been better! Highly recommend the hotel!

Good Hotel in very central location, windows not to open, has a gym with a threadmill (but its a small gym, expecially the pool is tiny and indoor). Rooms are spacious. Expensive.

There are many function rooms, very close to the restaurant, good buffet, very suitable for seminars.

The Grace has great service for large events, that worked together seamlessly to ensure everyone was looked after. The function rooms are perfect for events with many to choose from.

Love the old world feel and a brilliant location. Buffer brekkie was a bit underwhelming

Located in the heart of the CBD. A heritage hotel that perhaps wouldn't fare too badly with a revamp.

Central location, perfectly situated for CBD shopping and competitively priced. Staff were friendly and very helpful, and the room was great. I understand that a refurbishment is underway so look forward to seeing this next time.

Nice hotel with good service. The old infrastructure often showed itself-- with lack of consistent water temperature and poor TV reception. Staff was very friendly and professional.

Loved it.... walking distance to train station and major bus departures.... in the city... close to everything... spacious rooms.... I'd go back.... (didn't have breakfast etc)

Everyone here was so friendly. They were able to give us directions to anywhere in the city we wanted to go. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was great about providing extra toiletries and towels. There are several restaurants in the hotel and there is so much to do within walking distance! Amazing hotel!

Cannot wait to come stay in this beautiful hotel. I have heard a lot from my beautiful daughter about this historic place. The most important thing is that my baby daughter works in this very same hotel. We will be coming in october 2019, would love to know about deals though.

Good location, clean and quiet is a good place to stay for a long vacation

Booked in to the Grace for business. I paid around $260 for 1 night. It is well located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. The rooms are clean and the service was excellent.

There are a couple of restaurants and an Irish pub on the ground floor. Plenty of pubs and restaurants near by.

Great old building to have a look around in. Check out the plaque at the south-eastern corner of the building where you can learn about the role this building played during WWII
