After listing our Hamilton home on Comfree and not getting a single call, my husband and I decided to list with an agent. The Golfi Team was the obvious choice. We needed to sell our house and relocate to another city in under 4 weeks! I did not even think such a fast possession date would be possible.

Rose was our agent and we could not have asked for anyone better. Rose was made aware of our situation right away - that we had already assumed another home and needed to be out, fast!

During this time, we were going through an extremely stressful period in our lives. My husband was just about to become a lawyer and was weeks away from writing the Bar exam. Everything was riding on this test. Rose took care of every detail and made the whole process bearable , allowing us to focus on other very important things. I gave all applocation documents and even more on the same day that I saw the house, but could not get it. That was not a good experience for me.

The office staff that call you when you have showings etc were outstanding. They were cheerful, respectful and very professional. How ever our experience with our agent not so outstanding. We had a good first impression of Chris Sarievski but that faded as we felt there was a lack of working hard in our favour, communication, and excitement.We were so frustrated that we contacted our lawyer and he told us to tell our agent to do what he is paid to do. We had to contact Chris 12 hours after our house sold to find out if it had been sold. He has yet to congratulate us on selling our home.

My family used The Rob Golfi Team to sell my grandmothers house. We regret our choice and wish we had gone with someone else. We put the house up at a decent price and was listed as is. They didn t push to sell the house and kept lowering the price. Multiple times the house was left unlocked and even had some property damage. In the end we didn t even get what the house was worth. I wouldn t recommend them to sell a doghouse never mind a family home. I would give them 0 stars but it wasn t even an option.

I m going to start off by saying choosing Dolores Hansen as my realtor was the best decision I could have possibly made. Before meeting Dolores, I purchased a home for my mother with another realtor and one thing I can tell you i learned from experience is that shopping for a home is easy as anybody can do it, but finding the right realtor is much more of a difficult task and I am pleased to say I got that out of the way! We had a great experience with the Golfi team. We were having some trouble selling our home even though everyone said it was a beautiful, pristine home with so much going for it. Rob gave us some excellent advice and developed a strong marketing plan to get it sold and it was done. The team was always responsive and very professional.
