The land line is fine. try again. Maybe it was Chinese New Year holiday at 7 months ago in February.

This is great inverter mostly for deaf person because cooling fans is way too loud. Fans is mostly on load instead temperature control. For you sell more inverter, You guys should use different fan blades pitch for more quiet plus during lighter load, fans RPM should be reduced. I have to add on foam filter on intake to keep dust and dirt off from inside this inverter.

No one picks the call, struggling to buy Cotek part. Every day we call to the land line number mentioned in the web and no response.
