I bought a Pampean tromen in less than a year it rusted all, it has no treatment, only common paint on top of the sheet, the plastic wheels are square after two months! poor quality !!!

I bought a Pehuen 9500 and I can not solve the issue of smoke. Long smoke everywhere. Send photos to the technical service and I still have no answer. I do not know if this line is very cheap or poorly designed. A disappointment!

I bought a tromen two months ago, it came out really bad. The paint with which it is coated comes out of nothing and the exit behind it is supposedly closed to open in the case of wanting another exit, which is not my case and I left it covered; but apparently from the factory they sealed it with a couple of stitches so the heat and smoke comes out there, staining the entire wall! I regret so much buying it. Now I see that it is an expensive and low quality stove. Buy a grill and built-in oven. As for design, I have no complaints, but after a few months of use, both products rusted, even though I had the necessary precautions to avoid rust. The quality of the paint is very poor, and although they gave me an after-sales response and sent the paint to my home at no cost, I already had to repaint them twice, it seems to me that this should not happen with a new product, besides that I should be spending my time painting a new product.

I bought an E480 grill with a base and I didn't get the manual to assemble the base that is not that simple. Claim to WhatsApp support and they sent me the PDF manual. Unfortunately, this manual is not on the website, so I suggest you upload it because it is the first place you look. The grill is cute and looks good quality.

Tromen is a company that always responds to its products

It is a very good stove, it would lack details of installation of the external pipes on the page. For example, the hat it brings is for the water. Or I do not know . Why when putting the external pipes and seals down where the rainwater comes out. The oven has light and I think it loses heat there.

I want to greatly thank and highlight the excellent predisposition and help that Mr. Franco de tromen gave us. We had an accident with our grill due to our oversight and he advised us perfectly with the paint and as if that were not enough, he made a great effort to get the accessories that we needed to replace. He always answered my questions, contacted me and helped me a lot and thanks to him I managed to repair my grill.
