Rose Martinho was our Real Estate Agent when we were looking to purchase our first home. Not only were we new to real estate, but new to the city itself. She was patient when we had a million questions, and she helped us to understand the nuances of the process. She was well-versed with what a house should be worth in order to help us bid appropriately, keeping ourselves competitive yet not overpaying for its value and staying within our budget. She listened to our needs but was never pushy.
