The hotel is modern and new, a tad overpriced for where it is, if the room cost was the only cost it would be acceptable but having to pay for parking as a guest and the very high room service price for average food made this a 350 stay for one night for one adult and one child, and that didn't include breakfast!! For what I consider a convenience hotel and not a destination resort it's a bit much. The major plus of this hotel is the convenience to the point. Other than that I wouldn't stay here again.

Great hotel. New clean and a nice VW as you walk in the door. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Luas is on its doorstep so handy getting into the centre of Dublin. I would highly recommend a visit.

The perfect Dublin hotel! Ecofriendly and amazing, attentive staff. Very modern and comfortable! Maybe a bit pricey but worth it. The train stops right outside the hotel! Next door is a nice movie theater Odom. This hotel is located in an industrial area that is definitely up and coming. It's a nice distant from the hustle and bustle of the city center. This hotel made my solo adventure in Dublin so much better! This is my number one choice if I return to Dublin. I will say that the Gibson's restaurant food is overpriced for the portion sizes but good taste. That's the only downfall.

Just got back from a great night out and after playing a nice amount for my room to greeted by doorways after doorways of left over food I thought it was a bit distasteful it's gone one but still people's breakfast outside the door not very pleasant .

We stayed at the Gibson in our first trip to Dublin. Spacious and clean room, loveliest staff, and right by the tram station (we usually just walked along the river to go sightseeing rather than using public transport, takes a bit longer but a nice stroll). Breakfast was excellent and the whole staff including the cleaning crew would always greet you and jump at any opportunity to help. This will definitely be our place if we come back to beautiful Dublin.

The Gibson Hotel is modern, stylish and luxurious with a laid back attitude. We checked in on Valentine's day and the staff were very friendly and professional, offering us fresh flowers and candy to take to our room. The view from our room was lovely, the bed was super comfy (like sleeping on a cloud) and we loved the hip decor. We also treated ourselves to cocktails in the bar which were delicious.

This hotel is one that you must stay in when in dublin. The staff is professional and the rooms are very stylish and clean. Had a request to have a bath tub on check-in which was given even though i had informed them late of the request. The dinner was excellent compliments to the chef and the service was effortless and seemless, thank you to sydney my waitor.

Excellent City centre Hotel. Easy to get to with the Luas tram outside the door. Checking staff were very welcoming and efficient. Room on the 6 th floor was large and decorated in calming colours. Comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with good bathroom products. The plus was a outside balcony with table and chairs, lovely spot for a glass of posecco. Breakfast had outstanding variety of choices and the time from 7-11am works so well for a lie in. I recommend this hotel.

Great Room, Great Location For Business and also to explore Dublin. But the service at the bar at night, during business lunch and also at the breakfast was not that fast and attentive. Also the buffet at breakfast was the same every day and the business lunch has been repeated every second day- very boring when you stay there for a whole week! Such a pity! There is room for improvement....

We were at The Gibson for 10 days and I should comment that everything about the hotel including the location, quality of rooms and amenities made our stay extremely comfortable. Kudos to the team out there!

Spacious and modern but for my liking. Claustrophobic. The long hallways have no windows and everything is a big box. Food is OK, but not really good. Breakfast though is very good. The location was close to my work and to go to the city you can take a tram just outside. Unfortunately, the area itself I s a massive construction side and you have no decent views. Maybe it is nicer in summer but in winter I find it depressing. Also, lack of front desk staff during busy morning when I checked out.

Really modern hotel with excellent access to the city centre (luas stops literally across from the entrance) and of course the Three Arena. Staff were helpful when we had any queries, and service was quite prompt. The room itself was gorgeous, with a huge bathroom and balcony. All it was missing was a pool and would have been ideal.

Too good for Office event. Went there for Summer BBQ party, which was basically an arranged buffet and the food was quite delicious. The vegan patty for the burger was super awesome which was quite unusual as in most places vegan is not even an option. The staff was very helpful and courteous and the view from third floor of the dock was also Amazing. So in all, a very satisfying experience.

Was really disappointed with a recent deal the hotel ran and then changed. The Rock and Roller deal was 159 per person for two nights, two breakfast, one dinner, a tour of the windmill lane studio and a tour of the whiskey distillery. They wouldn't accept a visa debit card or revolut card to secure the booking and my credit card had been scammed so I had to wait for a new card to be issued. I emailed them regarding the offer and was not advised it was a limited it short term offer. It's now 189 for one night and does not include the whiskey tour. I emailed them to ask regarding the change in the deal and was given no explanation as to the change.

Our stay was just okay. I wasn t too impressed with our room. The water temperature kept changing the shower and there was only 1 pillow per person on the bed. There were stains on the carpet. Breakfast was pretty good. Not a horrible experience but didn t leave me any excuses to come back.

Had an absolutely wonderful 3 course meal here this evening. Food fantastic and staff are exceptionally nice. Very attentive and professional service. Johnathan was our waiter. Flawless service. Simone the restaurant manager leads by example. She is a credit to the hotel. The slow roasted beef main was to die for. Compliments to the chef. Very reasonable price too. 35 p/p. We will be back soon hopefully.

Every time I visit Dublin I usually stay here, but not anymore. On my trip last week the hotel overbooked it s rooms (which is illegal) and told half of my family that they couldn t stay here even though I paid for the rooms 3 months ago. Half of my family members had to move to a small crappy hotel by the airport for a night until the hotel had rooms again. Very unprofessional and will not be staying here again. Oh and the beds aren t that comfy either.
