Fabulous Stay, Excellent value for Money

I stayed in the Maldron hotel Parnell Square recently and was highly impressed.

Very well located and reasonably priced for a 4 stars hotel. Hotel and bedroom were spotless. Staff were excellent, friendly & professional.

I had dinner in the Restaurant and found the service excellent as well as the food, nicely presented and very tasty. I Highly recommend this Hotel if you have a short stay in Dublin City centre as I found it to be the best value for money in town.

clean room, friendly people. Great breakfast. Diner is also really nice and not expensive! Everything in Dublin is in walking distance! Maximum half an hour walk. But there are a lot of good pubs and restaurants in the neighboorhood. Great experience

For a weekend in Ireland with a limited budget, you really have a good one at the Maldron Hotel! Do not expect unnecessary luxury, a great bed for a great price! It is located in a separate neighborhood but you get used to it.

Kind of expensive for what's offering. We paid on average more than EUR80/day and we expected something more (no breakfast included). It's by no means a bad hotel, the rooms are clean, the wifi worked well and the location is fantastic, five minutes away from O'Connell street and most importantly, literally two minutes away from the bus stop for the airport

It was fine, but the staff we're awkward and uninformed, the bar was out of a number of items, the wifi password is changed every five days and they are not proactive about getting you the new password. There was also construction while I was there, which happens, but it seemed disorganized and inconsistent about when it started.

Wouldnt let me pay by cash or debit card only credit card the manager was also extremely rude and wouldnt let us wait inside while we booked other accommodation and threw us out onto the street in the rain

Our stay in Maldron Parnel square was really nice : the room was beautiful, well-equiped, the staff was always nice and helpful, for any question. The breakfast is as good as complete, abd the hotel has a very good location in the town.
We just had to wake up a litlle bit too early because of the refurnishing of the hotel just besides our window, but it was not such a big problem. The room is quite quiet, unless if your neighbour put on TV very loud or sing in the corridor... but it's not the hotel fault!
I recommend!

board.Reception staff all pleasant and helpful also the breakfast lady.Good selection of breakfast buffet foods. Perhaps more variety of fresh fruit. Also toaster not where one would expect but minor quibbles. Overall very enjoyable stay and good value for money for Dublin.Allowed us to leave luggage on day of departure which we appreciated.

Can't say enough how much I loved this place. Location is perfect, a few blocks from city centre. Staff accommodating and helpful. Bartenders are cheerful and chatty as you like, they will leave you be if you like or be social, it's lovely. Definitely will be back

This hotel is good. The breakfast is extensive, even the coffee is ok. The shower is wonderfully warm with powerful jets. The bed is great after a long day of walking around the city. Near the hotel you will find a supermarket and a little further all kinds of shops. The temple bar is about 1km walk, which is doable. Parking garage is available, you must reserve your parking space, because there are not many of them.

Somewhat modern hotel with a great breakfast buffet. Beds were comfy, except that it seemed as if all larger beds were two twins pushed together. Our king (or queen...I don't recall) bed room had 4 twins in it for some reason. 2 pushed together and 1 on each side. I'd stay again if I was in the area.

For 100 per night, one would expect to sleep in a quiet environment. The walls of the room are so thin, you can hear people talking, closing their doors and the toilet fan is on till 10pm. What the heck?!!!! This is certainly not a 4 star hotel.

Interesting accommodation to stay in Ireland. 15 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from O'Connell Street. Very cozy Correct and friendly service. As unique but the elevator did not work and the insulation of the walls is not much.

My daughter and I stayed at Maldron on Parnell Square from July 7 to July 15.

Clean rooms, centrally located, and great staff. Vivian was most helpful and energetic as was her staff.

I enjoyed the stay in the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful whenever I had a question. The room I had was clean and decent but I think a bit overpriced for what it offers. I recommend to take the breakfast at the hotel because was one of the nicest thing during my stay.

Very comfortable bed, big room, 10 euros each for all you can eat breakfast. Near shops and bus stops, Dublin pass saved us lots of money. Reception let us print our boarding passes when we were leaving. Clean toilets and cleaners were friendly. Would stay here again.

All right

All right
Good location. Cleansed. Although it is under construction, it does not hinder its operation

Bad hotel & service

Bad hotel & service
from the chaos at check-in (wrong room for 2 instead of 3 people) which has cost us over 30min, as well as the cleanliness and poor condition of the furniture (black stained curtains, broken lampshade ...) you can not more than 1 star for the good location. Price-performance is not right !!! Have had cheaper hotel with better service and in better condition.

The hotel and staff were lovely. Breakfast also very good with a wide range of food. Walking distance to main Town and the airport bus pick up drop off zone. The only minor moan is the bad lightening in the bedroom especially when trying to apply you make up for the evening as sharing a room with three others the bathroom was not always available and this is where the brightest lights were.

Hotel very good from all points of view. Pleasant staff, generous and varied breakfast. Our room for 5 was excellent. The must, hotel very well located for visiting the center of Dublin.

The way this hotel treats the local people is a joke. We live at the back of this hotel and their always blocking the lane and when you ask them to move they just ignore us. Shame on the maldron

Me and my partner were greated very well by the receptionist when arriving at the Maldron! As we had an early flight, we arrived in Dublin way before check in, however the Malden Hotel were very helpful in letting us leave our luggage under their supervision allowing us to explore the city without the weight on our shoulders! The room was well kept and provided good facilities! If I could add one suggestion it would be to provide a few complimentary biscuits with the tea and coffee however other than that I couldn't fault the room! The only other minor downfall was the limited selection of channels on the tv however it was hardly a problem as we hardly used it. Breakfast was also very delicious with a wide selection of good quality foods! It was Fairly pricey which did put us off having it every morning- we only had it on the last day before heading to the airport. If it was a bit more reasonably priced we would have deffinately had it every day. There was a slight problem in the fact that on more than one occasion, me and my partner could severely smell the smell of cigarette smoke- when the Malden clearly states a NO SMOKING policy. This was quite off putting at 8 am when the smell of nicotine awakened us. We did report this to the receptionist and they seemed very helpful in assuring us to sort the problem. However nothing was mentioned to us again by the staff and the smell did continue. Other than that, the hotel itself was kept immaculate and our rooms were cleaned every day. We both felt very safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at Maldron Hotel Parnell Square was nice. That was the second one. The accommodation was nice with good clean room, restaurant, and helpful and friendly staff especially people at the reception like Mr. Adriano, for instance.

Very good hotel. Great breakast. Only to comment that there was an extra 10 % off that did not apply because although we sign up at the App the reservation was already done. Whats the difference?

Nice quirky hotel. Close to O'Connell street.
