Lake Howell Family Medicine Review

I am so Shocked and disappointed my doctor left to go to VA. Now I'm seeing a PA she was nice. But I get a F/U appt 2 1/2 Months after my blood work. However I can log in and see that I have Numerous levels above normal. I also went in for a uti that still hadn't been treated. So after seeing my blood work & urine issues online I called today. Told Andrea at front desk. That I'm still in pain...she helped me locate some specialist that I went to 3 yrs ago. For diabetes & uti. I guess I will print out my bloodwork & bring it to those appts for help diagnosis what all this means. I am shocked no one called me & still hurting. Don't go here unless u want to diagnose yourself.

Dr Candice and the staff were great! Very attentive, detailed and professional. I felt like they all really cared about my well being.
The office is nice and the exam rooms have art painted on the walls, I found this nice and relaxing.

Definitely recommend this place.

Courteous and professional staff, plus zero wait time.

This is the second time recently where I have experienced similar and I speak up not only for myself but for others too.
New patient appointment, had my paperwork filled out, Florida traffic, was running about 15 minutes late. I walked in the door and there were at least four staff members standing in the reception area. So, I stood there and then I stood there so more only to hear the phone ring and watch one of the staff members pick it up.
They didn t even acknowledge me, and I spoke up! And truth be told when I say the place is dank and so isn t their staff! The office manager was so fake and snit and I had to refrain from telling her to *uck off to her face!
So disrespectful, so rude, so unprofessional, yep, people like that don t deserve to have jobs. A simple we ll be right with you would ve sufficed
but apparently they re devoid of manners and common courtesy.
Long story short, I walked out and I encourage you to do the same!

My wife saw Amanda Hogue, P.A. who was very kind, accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. We both highly recommend this place!

I love Dr Silverman and Dr Honeycutt. The PAs are great as well. Very relaxed and thorough. Steven up front is the best. He can do anything you need. I would definitely recommend this practice.

My doctor switched practices to this place and they are a huge pain in the neck to deal with. They basically don't take sick patients because the practice has outgrown itself. I had to fight to see my doctor the first time. The second time I called, I wasn't going to be able to see my doctor either because she was quitting... So some dude named Steven told me I could go to urgent care after telling me his nurse practitioners and whoever else were all busy. I trusted these subhumans with my health care and they are too large and too disinterested for my taste. I havery no idea who any of the people who work at this place are except my doctor and I get a funny feeling their level of care just isn't what I'm used to. I'll sincerely miss Dr. Toth and wish her the best of luck. I however cannot say my experience at this practice has been anything but negative. Terrible service and how dare my primary care physician suggest they are too busy I should go to urgent care! I am so offended and upset I literally cried. Horrendous! Just awful!

Dr. Silverman treated a friend of mine. I am a registered nurse (BSN) and went in with my friend for a visit. Dr. Silverman was extremely thorough and educated my friend about his illness while providing a detailed plan of care. He went above and beyond what anyone would expect. This type of care is unusual in today's medical community. As a healthcare professional, I would certainly recommend Dr. Silverman. He not only possesses an in-depth knowledge of his profession, but ensures the understanding of his patients and exhibits a caring attitude towards those he serves. His staff is polite, helpful and follows through with scheduling, referrals or other services that may be required outside the doctor's office.
This review is legitimate. I have never met Dr. Silverman nor anyone from his staff prior to this visit, I feel as if it is important to give credit where credit is due, but more importantly, inform the public of an excellent physician in the community for those in need of a primary care physician.
In the health care environment today, physicians of this caliber are a very rare and hard to find. Dr. Silverman certainly has my recommendation .
