It s never a hassle to schedule an appointment, and I m always in and out in such a reasonable amount of time!

My family and I have been going to The Gentle Dentist for many years. There is no other Dentist in town that can compare to the high quality of their staff or care we have received over the years. Their denstist s are exceptional in knowledge and very gental in caring for all our dental needs. It is easy to get an appointment and they are prompt in getting us back to be seen by the doctor and hygienist once we arrived for our appointment. They know how to make us SMILE!! We feel very blessed to have such a quality, clean and caring place to go.

I have been going to the Gentle Dentist for over a decade now and I could not even consider going anywhere else. I have always had great experiences with the Gentle Dentist and they always keep my teeth clean and in supply of their "Gentle Dentist" branded lip balm!

Dr Nash at The Gentle Dentist is just amazing. I tend to get quite anxious and he is incredibly caring and patient! I am so happy to have him as my dentist! Not only is his chair-side manner greatly appreciated...I am so pleased with his work!

So kind and gentle. My son was afraid of the dentist until he came to the Gentle Dentist. They explained it all and made him feel very comfortable and at ease. It says a lot when a 10 year says. That's the best dentist ever!!

I switched over to the Gentle Dentist a few years back, and am impressed with how friendly and welcoming all of the office staff and dentists are. The office staff is very clear to explain costs and insurance coverage for procedures. The dentists have done a great job with any dental issues I or my family has had, and my kids are very comfortable with them too. I highly recommend the Gentle Dentist!

I hadn't been to the dentist in almost 6 years because I always hated going. I finally decided it was time to get back in and make sure everything was okay and start making it a regular thing. A friend recommended The Gentle Dentist to me and it was such a great experience. I've never met a more friendly staff, they are so quick and efficient and never once made me feel bad for waiting so long in between visits. I now am always on top of scheduling my 6 month check ups. I'm so happy I found a place like this.

I ve been a client of this practice for nearly 20 years. As others have stated, it runs like a well oiled machine and you absolutely never have to wait past your scheduled appointment time. Hands down the best dental practice in Central Ohio.

Beyond AMAZING!!! We drive from the Hocking Hills area, to take our 3 daughter's here. Well worth the time & drive up there. They are Gentle as can be like their name states. We went to 2 pediatric dentistries prior and they wanted to put my 3 year old to sleep for a filling. My husband & I was comfortable with that since she has Never been put under. Dr. Andy was a breeze to work with made us feel comfortable with his plan and that he would only do what my daughter was comfortable with. He wasn't about scaring or upsetting her. They gave her a little gas and did the filling, Dr. Andy was Awesome and my daughter did wonderful not scared or anything. We left there with smiles on all our faces. Since then we all started going here regularly. The whole staff is absolutely wonderful & friendly. Wouldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Fantastic as always. It is undoubtedly the best run medical office I ve ever seen, and, I m no spring chicken!!

Great professional staff and an overall enjoyable visit considering it is a dental office and not a bar.

Taylor did a very thorough job of cleaning my teeth and checking those areas which will require attention. Dr. Baker was very practical in her analysis of which situation should be be attended to first.

I love The Gentle Dentist! (And I mean... who ever loves the dentist!?) When you arrive for your scheduled appointment you never wait more than a few minutes. The service is a quick and painless as possible. The entire staff from the front desk folks to the dentists are friendly and listen to you. I recommend this dental office to everyone. We live about 35 minutes away from the office, but it s absolutely worth the drive!

Greeted warmly as I entered! The wait was only minutes before the appointment began. My hygienist explained everything I needed to know and was very skillful and intuitive throughout. A great experience!

I was fit into the schedule when my crown came out. It was just to the right of my 2 front upper teeth. I was called a "toothless wonder" at my workplace, and the kids on my school bus got a kick out it. The Gentle Dentist Dr. Baker fixed me up that evening and it was a great outcome. I am blessed to have such a great dentist and well run dental office. Great customer service...something not found too much anymore. I would recommend anyone to the Gentle Dentist. They are great.

After being told by another practice that I needed 2 crowns (and quoted what I deemed a very high price), I contacted the Gentle Dentist, just to get their price. It was, as I expected, lower. I contacted the original practice, gave them the Gentle Dentist's price and asked if they had any "wiggle room." They came back with a price slightly lower (because I'd purchased their "package" that gave me 15% off major services.) The teeth were not bothering me so I called The Gentle Dentist to see if I could get a "second opinion." When I went to the office, I had NO WAIT. The dental assistant, Rachel, was kind and competent, explained she would have to take an x-ray so the dentist could properly evaluate the teeth, and then the dentist came in. He examined the teeth, looked at the x-rsy and told me that "Maybe in 18-24 months" the teeth would need crowns but he would NEVER do both at once. Dr. Gall was competent, professional and CONSERVATIVE! When I went to check out I was told there was no charge for the second opinion and I made an appointment for my 6 month check-in in July, relieved to be a new patient of the Gentle Dentist. I did write a letter to the prior practice and let them know what I felt about what I deemed to be "unethical practice." Needless to say, they didn't respond to my letter. "Silence means consent?"

Everyone has been so nice and thoughtful. I have never been a fan of going to the dentist. It has always been very painful to me. I will say going to the Gentle dentist has changed my mind some. Still not my favorite place to go but it doesn't bother me like it used to. They are True professionals. They not only worry about how I'm feeling personally but do a great job on my teeth also. Too bad I didn't go to them sooner. When they say gentle dentist they mean gentle.

Everyone at The Gentle Dentist is absolutely wonderful, welcoming and sincere! I see Dr. Ed Nash and I love him! He is so nice, thorough, personable, takes his time and is sure to answer any questions. I have never had the actual Dr do my teeth cleaning but Dr Nash has and I was really surprised but very happy he did. I don't have anything negative to say about The Gentle Dentist. I refer my family and friends to switch to Dr Nash. 5 out of 5!

Chose this office based on their operating hours and my husband s positive experience. If you are in extreme pain, good luck being seen, or having the staff honor your appointment . Long story short, I called for a palliative pain visit, in extreme pain, while waiting for my appointment on the 23rd. I was advised I could not be seen, I indicated that I couldn t wait any longer to take care of this tooth. I work in a building that does not allow cell service. The office took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment, based on me not answering their callback. I had other treatments that needed to happen at the appointment. When I called to confirm, they advised that they cancelled, and asked, if I had the extraction, why would I need the appointment..... at a loss for words. After almost a month of waiting to have my teeth taken care of.. I now just need to find a new dentist. Really was hoping for a better experience

I've been going to The Gentle Dentist for three years now and I cannot recommend them enough. Their staff is incredibly friendly and prompt, their hygienists are exceptional and, as the name implies, always gentle and considerate. They're never in a rush, which is something I've grown to dislike at past destists because it always leads to bleeding, discomfort and an all around negative experience. They go the extra mile with TVs in every patient suite and plenty of other perks for their clients. If your insurance covers them, you won't regret making the switch.

After breaking a tooth, I was relieved to know I would soon be in good hands at the Gentle Dentist. Every step of the procedure was clearly explained by Dr. Cronin and Lauren who made my comfort their priority. I was kept abreast of the time needed for each step, was kept in the loop and found the time passing very quickly. This painless procedure had me in and out in less than an hour - so easy and pleasant! We have come to the Gentle Dentist for close to 25 years and the experience is always this positive!!

Everyone is so friendly. This is the first dentist office that I've gone to that doesn't "find" problems. Previous dentist offices would say I needed my gums scaled or suggest fillings for back teeth or whatever. My self care hasn't changed yet this office says my gums and teeth look great. I love the great care and the sense that none of the staff are looking for expensive procedures just because.

The staff is always friendly and informative. All the dentists are awesome, been going here for 19 years. Never had any problems, they are always on time and I can easily get in when I need to.

We've been going to this dental practice for years and I couldn't be more pleased. The dental care is thorough and up to date with the latest techniques, they care for not only your teeth but also your general health as they provide blood pressure screenings - this might have saved my husband's life, as we weren't aware he had such high blood pressure. The customer service from the moment you arrive, the entire dental procedure to the check out (love the lip balm!) is a terrific experience. Always, always are you seen exactly at your appointment time. Run, don't walk to this practice!

As an essential health employee that has been working during this entire COVID-19 time at a major local hospital, I was very impressed with all the precautions The Gentle Dentist is taking. It felt like a very safe environment to be in. Everyone still kept their professional mannerisms the entire time! Keep up the great work!!!

i just got my braces off a couple weeks ago they look hot!!! everyone there was nice to me and worked around my school and color guard schedule. i even saw a lot of my friends when i was there. i never had to wait and got in and out -- plus, everyone was happy and let me choose the color or bands i wanted.

WOW! What more can I say. The front desk staff is always bringing their "A-game." They must have an AMAZING boss, because they always seem eager to help! I have been with all of the dentist at least once and they all stay true to the name "The Gentle Dentist." I wouldn't want anyone else in my mouth!

There is never a long wait to be called back for your appointment. The entire staff has always been very nice to me, and friendly, from check in to check out . They are alewys knowledgeable of my insurance coverage and benefits. I've had work done by 3 of the dentists and they have all been understanding of my uneasiness of being in the dental chair. They also offer Saturday and evening appointments. The only complaint I have is with Saturday appointments. They require a one week notice to cancel those because they are so limited, which is understandable. I had to cancel a Saturday appointment the day before once because I had an emergency that required me to go out of town after work that day. My punishment was, I could never have a Saturday appointment again. I accepted this because rules are set for a reason but years later, after proving that I could keep appointments without cancelling serially, I requested that they make an exception to have 3 fillings done. That's alot of work on a weeknight after work. They admitted I have been a good client for many years but the only way they would make that exception would be if I prepaid for the services. This meaning I would be unable to partake in the trip payment plan, which is where they let you break your balance up in three to make it easier to pay. But overall I still recommend The Gentle Dentist.

The people here are the best I ve experienced! You get in immediately at your appointment time. They do everything they can to make you comfortable during your care and genuinely care about their patients. I have Whitney as my hygienist and would recommend her to anyone. Whitney is gentle, thorough and an awesome hygienist!

I took my kids with me for my routine visit and as a "happy visit" for my three year old. They were very patient with my 3 year old's freaking out at first and just kept doing what they needed to do for me. They really are gentle and kind. I hope to go there for a long time.

After many years of paralyzing fear of the dentist, I went to the Gentle Dentist. Everyone on the staff was kind, considerate, professional, and accommodating. They really do stick to their policy of not making you wait. They listen to concerns about pain and truly are "gentle". Dr. Eddie Nash is fantastic and has really been helping me sort out some annoying and difficult issues. I actually like going there!

I LOVE THE GENTLE DENTIST!! ALL of the staff are friendly, professional, and excellent! I started going in July 2017. I wish I had been going to The Gentle Dentist 20 years ago! I tell EVERYONE I know about the Gentle Dentist and they have a nice referral reward which one of my colleagues joined the Gentle Dentist as a patient! They also have a good Savings Program that I have taken advantage of as well as I pay out of pocket and do not have dental insurance. I am NO LONGER afraid or NERVOUS about going to the dentist! If you're not covered by insurance, they have an affordable plan (flat fee amt) that covers your basic annual dental needs (2 cleanings + x-rays, PLUS 20% off any additional Svcs you may need i.e. fillings, etc). Dr Andrew Nash could be the most amazing dentist on the planet. He always puts me at ease when doing an exam. The entire office staff is cordial and courteous. My entire family loves going there.

I went from refusing to visit the dentist for years due to Dentist PTSD after botched fillings, root canals, and poor bedside manner, to looking forward to my appointments once I switched to The Gentle Dentist. My dentist even gave me his cell phone number so he I could keep him updated on my toothache. I have no words to describe how much I love this place.

Good service but I was misled by the receptionist that my insurance was in network. However, after my son had 2 teeth pulled and a cleaning they advised we were not in network. I had to pay way more than initially quoted. I would suggest checking with your insurance provider on being in network vs the gentle dentist receptionist.

Very caring and so nice every time! I would recommend them to anyone, but especially people who have had bad experiences in the past!

I ve been a patient at the Coulman practice truly that of the gentle dentist for more than 20 years, and aside from visits to specialists recommended on occasion by my dentist, Dr. Brooke Fox (to an endodontist for a root canal, for example), I ve been to no one else. I couldn t be happier with the professional, kindly, attentive service always provided in Coulman s first-class facilities, with the latest technology and technique. Highly, and enthusiastically, recommended.

As l age (late seventies) I've found myself needing major dental work more frequently. In every case the Gentle Dentist group has quickly and effectively taken care of my needs. The staff is always friendly and highly professional, and the work is accomplished with a minimum amount of pain. I strongly recommend the Gentle Dentist group.

Dr. Cronin and Dr. Wharton took very good care of my mother in law's issue very expediently. She was very pleased with their care and comfort.

Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. From the front desk staff to the hygienist and Dr. Nash - they are all very kind and extremely gentle. Dr. Nash even gives you ibuprofen after a filling in case there is soreness after the numbness wears off. I would recommend this office to everyone I know.

The Gentle Dentist is so inviting and comfortable. Everyone is very kind and patient. I brought my daughters 5 and 2 with me and they loved it! They both had their own appointments and sat in the chair confidentially. My girls especially loved picking prizes and balloons at the end. My 5 yr old was even given a Tooth Fairy pillow for her wiggly tooth!

For me, going to this dental office is like going to a spa! Vibrating chair with heat, TV and a blanket if I need it! They are friendly, thorough and very efficient - getting me in and out with no fuss and no pain! I would recommend them for any age.
