This office is super organized and efficient around the Covid precautions. I went today and couldn't have been more impressed with the amount of safety standards. In addition they still ran on time and kept everything moving along. Well done!

Making an appointment is very easy and I appreciate that they are open after 5pm so that I do not have to take time off of work. Great experience at The Gentle Dentist today. Dr. Baker and Leland were gentle, patient and made my first crown experience a breeze! I felt nothing, was seen right at my appointment time and was in and out in just over an hour. I highly recommend The Gentle Dentist! They truly live up to their name.
The friendly, homey atmosphere keeps bringing me back to The Gentle Dentist. Everything in the office is geared to the patient's comfort and enjoyment. Sometimes I wish they were late for my appointment so I could relax a little longer in their welcoming waiting room, which is equipped with a 55" TV and a dry sink that has so many wonderful flavors of Kuerig coffee & teas, bottled water, and just about every type of canned soft drinks. So far, I have not been so lucky because they are always on time and never make you wait. All the staff and doctors are so friendly that I feel like I'm visiting friends rather than going to the dentist. I forgot to mention that they have a TV in every room so that you can watch TV while you have your teeth cleaned or other dental work done! I was referred to The Gentle Dentist by a friend who works there. But, should she ever leave, I won't be following her. I am a Gentle Dentist patient for life! This is an office where you will never dread having to go to the dentist, because they truly live up to their name, "The Gentle Dentist"!!!

I love how they are always on time. My appointment was at 8 am and I was done by 8:30 am. Great service and Dr. Taylor is awesome! So happy we switched to them.

This is the best dentist office that I have ever been to. They are truely a customer service based office. The staff are all super friendly and this place is to the minute with you appointment times. This is really great place for kids too as they have a great play area and a nice rewards system for young patients.

First thing I need to say is that I am a fear patient. I just moved to Columbus and was searching for a new Dental Home! I saw the commercial for the Gentle Dentist on tv, the website was easy to use for the new patient paperwork and Introducing the Dentists in the office. Making an appointment with the nice ladies on the phone made me feel more at ease. The COVID protocols where easy to follow. It shows that the office staff takes our safety seriously. The front office staff were really kind. I had the pleasure to have Lisa as my Hygienist. She is just absolutely fantastic. I, as a fear patient, was given the option to use Nitrous ( a relaxing gas ) for even just the cleaning. Lisa explained everything before she did anything. She made me feel comfortable all the way through, she made sure I was relaxed with the gas before starting my cleaning. I would request her for any future cleanings. I want to praise the nice doctor as well, but since I was relaxing ( with gas) when he did his exam. That did not catch his name. ( sorry dr). If I could give more then 5* I would for sure. My family and I have been with The Gentle Dentist since 1997, and I have never had a bad experience in those 21 years. The receptionists are always kind and welcoming, the dental hygienists are friendly and careful, and the Dr. s are always professional and really make a strong effort to get to know you as a person, not just a patient. Dr. Baker is exceptional. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who wants to keep their dentist for decades. I personally wouldn t go anywhere else.

I am a big time dentist-phobe. I've had really bad experiences with OTHER dentists in the past involving unnecessary dental work and botched fillings. I hadn't been to the dentist in about 3 years, but after having painful swelling in my gums, I became more frightened to NOT go to a dentist.
Gentle Dentist got me an appointment within days and went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule . Everyone there is very pleasant and professional. Though I was feeling horrible and embarrassed about my dental hygiene, both my hygienist and doctor treated me with respect and displayed a true desire to help me - I didn't feel judged nor patronized.
The cleaning was very thorough and they continually checked with me to make sure I was comfortable. What I loved most was that they explained what they were doing, and why, every step of the way. I put enormous value on all of this and I'm very grateful to have found this place.
As always, my experience at The Gentle Dentist was outstanding! I'm grateful for the excellent service I receive each time I call or visit. I especially appreciate Dr. Cronin! I hate going to the dentist, but this place is great. They re always so helpful and accommodating, gentle and kind and they take really good care of my teeth. I even moved and still drive an hour each way to come to this office. They re both extremely professional as well as being easy to talk to and comfortable to be around. This is a very warm and inviting office to be in. I would highly recommend anyone to come here for their dental care!

All the hygienists are very thorough and talk you through everything. They answered all my questions clearly and you can tell they are knowledgeable. The dentists do not overtreat.. if they really feel like they can watch certain areas, they prefer to do that. When treatment is required they may be more expensive than others but I think their expertise and gentleness is worth it.

The staff at the gentle dentist is super accommodating. I scheduled a cleaning and they called me to come in earlier because they had the time. Then we realized I had another service to take care of and they made it happen same day. I was out of the dentist with everything done 25 minutes after I was originally scheduled. Very pleased.

The Gentle Dentist earns its name. Not only are they gentle, they explain everything in advance and keep checking that you are comfortable. They also are ALWAYS on time. If your appoint is at 9, then they take you back at 9, and not a minute late. Their facility is state of the art, and so is their treatment of me.

I hate going to the dentist. I have sensitive teeth and dread every time I go. I recently moved into the area and a colleague suggested The Gentle Dentist. I am so glad she did. Both my husband and I had a great experience. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. One hygienist took extra time to remove staining from my teeth and I was not in any pain! I will definitely keep them as our family dentist!!

I'm sorry, this is really a review for Lee Rayborne. I hadn't been to the dentist for many, many years so I was apprehensive to say the least. Alyssa was my dental hygienist and she made me completely comfortable from the very start. I have to say that she was very professional, yet friendly, and she made this the best experience I have ever had when going to the dentist. She was very thorough, and explained everything she was doing. Normally during dental visits, I wind up with my gums being poked by a dental instrument during the checkup process and cleaning. Alyssa never made a single mistake. I can tell that she certainly is an expert in her field. I've never had a more enjoyable experience in a dental office in my entire life !!! Kudos to Alyssa !!! Also, kudos to the dentist for also taking good care of me, and explaining what future procedures would be necessary. I love coming here, and I will never be apprehensive about a dental checkup or dental work again. Thank you to the entire team for being so friendly and professional ! My Hygenist was so careful with my sensitivity that I had no discomfort at all. She kept me informed of her actions before doing so which greatly reduced stress. I really loved her. The dentist was friendly as always and offered advice and answered all my questions. We fought our insurance company to keep The Gentle Dentist and it was really worth the effort.
