So many smokers hanging around this building, it is absolutely disgusting. It's places like this that ruin the environment of Brisbane City and make it a bad place to live or work.

I had a great experience living in Student One! Great location, extremely polite, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend to all my friends! This place is awesome!!

Lots of international students and a bit confusing geographically

The best accommodation in Brisbane, I recommend it, good staff, amazing rooms, zero problems.

Student one is an amazing place to stay in Brisbane. The room is very confortable, there's everythitradutng that you need to live, the bathroom is big and with accessibility for people with disabilities in all over the build. The laudry is very good and the price fair enough. The gym is very goos too. The staffs are very nice and helpful. I had a great experience there.

Student One is an amazing place to stay in Brisbane. Great location, very close to walk to the city and so many restaurants nearby. The staff are very nice, friendly and helpful. Charlies is an extra bonus. I had a great experience there.

It s an awesome place where is filled with events and friends from worldwide...btw the staff Rav is such a nice mate.

Being parents of a regional student we were concerned for her safety and ability to get around Brisbane. The management went far and beyond to ease our concerns and to help with all enquires. The rooms offer everything a live away student needs. There are activities for students to meet other students. The other on-site facilities such as the gathering rooms etc are well equipped and well designed. And compared to other student accomodation, Student One certainly stood out with price, location, security and variety of room layouts. We ll be be back in 2019 for sure.

Although I don t live here now .. it is one of the best option one might look if u want to stay in city .. it has got all ur needs sorted such as gym play area , meeting rooms

This place is amazing! Good people, happenings happen every day for residents free of charge, excellent customer service and the greatest location in town! Big ups to student one and big ups to receptionist-Nick for making it more than just a place to live!

Hi Everyone,
Student one is an amazing place, where I can feel comfortable with the very good infrastructure that the building offers to us, S1 has a gym, a pool, the design of my room provide everything that I need. The location of the building is perfect because is close to supermarkets, CBD, Library, and restaurants. The staff is friendly and you can make very good friends here. I am happy to be living at the Student one.

It's really good Chinese stuff can really help when I faced some problems. I enjoy my time here.

Overpriced in comparison to property available for rental in Brisbane

That was the worst decision I chose. If I could chosen again, I would never, ever, ever chose this place. The room didn't have windows and the range hood just exhaust oil smoke in the room. Then, you can inhale and enjoy. The most important thing is, the staff there are not good. They are mean and hypocritical. I can't forget what I was going through living there one year. I regret choosing S1. That is such an unhappy experience.

Student one Elizabeth street is perfectly located in the heart of the city. It has access to bikes, pool/ping pong tables, gym and much more. The staff are absolutely amazing and always willing to assist when needed.

I definitely will be returning!

Perfect place or lodge for short commers who visit Brisbane with adequate internet facility but a bit costly compared to other.

Clean, safe and convenient place to live in. Good location and reasonably priced for students. The staff Rav assists residents very kindly and efficiently. I'd recommend this place overall.

Amazing accommodation with a wide variety of entertainment and many students from all over the world to make friendship and practise the language.

Worst place i ever lived, terrible staffs, they are born to serve money , the noise made by the door is insane, you can't even fall asleep once you got waked, once you got terrible roommates , they will only tell you to move instead of solving the actual problem, wow i literally can't say anything about this place, worst student apartment, for any students who are looking for accommodation this is 100 percent not worthy trust me.

They recently lost my parcel which is worth 400 AUD, and says they can do nothing about it.
Australia Post say it was delivered to the reception and rejected.

Love this place! A great atmosphere and sense of community. Brilliant staff, especially Rav at the front office always greets students with a smile, very resourceful and is willing to go above and beyond to help.

A great place to stay. The location in the city is also very conducive for those studying in the city. I'd highly recommend Student One.

Terrible service, bad internet, rude staff.Sometimes they get in ur room without knock,even when u are sleeping or naked,that makes me feel unsafe and been violate. Plus their bad kitchen ventilation,if u cook indoor then ur room will full of food s smell. Please get away from here and save urself, why don t just sleep under bridge?It s safer and cleaner and people will be kind with u.

Student One is a great place to live in! It has fun-filled events with a great management team who will try their utmost to suit your every need. When you live here, you can be sure that you will be well taken care of.

Well equipped student accommodation with regular activities and games held for residents like cooking classes, kickboxing, yoga, karaoke and even resume workshop etc. Staffs are nice in a way that they patiently address your concerns and they are happy to help you out regarding different issues like lost items, job seeking etc. Environment is generally clean and tidy, and it's certainly a relaxing and safe place to live in.

It s a good place for student living here. They have good services and equipments. Especially the staffs are very nice and internationally. Also Calvin help me a lot about living in here!

Student one is absolutely the best! had a wonderful experience living here. Not to mention, staff members are friendly and happy to help you anytime. Appreciate for all the support given during my stay and I really felt a home away from home . Special thanks to Calvin, Elaine, Camila and rest of the team members (apologies for not mentioned names, since I cannot recall) despite busy working schedules, staff members here are ready to assist when in need. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone in the future..

If you want to live here, check your wallet first.
If you don t know how to spend money, welcome here.

Pros:
Excellent location
There are good common areas.
The apartments are well designed for its purposes.
Most members of the staff are supportive and interested in welcome you and resolve potential problems.

Cons:
Not all agents are prepared to welcome students.
Expensive
Lack of control/security - who comes in and out of the building.
Poor supervision of the maintenance/cleanliness of shared apartments.

I would like to compliment a special member of the staff, Danielle, who was able to quickly address a situation occurred on my first day.

Worst accommodation ever. Staff really unfriendly , first day I arrived the guy told me I am not in my shift yet He left me waiting for 20 mins until his shifts starts at 10 pm! You are like a prisioner there, you can t invite friends, you can t be in the common area, you can t do anything! Staff treat you like sh*t, the same staff guy that received me told some guys that were bloody lazy and he screamed all the time. Do not spend your money here, better go to another accommodation or with that money rent your own flat in the city.

Student One is ideally located with everything that you'll need within walking distance. Not only that, students get to have full access to all the amazing facilities here, including the cinema rooms, pool, studying areas, gym... you name it! On top of that, the staff are super friendly and interactive. I am extremely satisfied with my stay here and highly recommend it to any student who's after a fun-filled accommodation with a friendly atmosphere :))

Brand New Student accommodation... great Communal areas... surprisingly spacey units...Very Impressed...

This place is a perfect accommodation for people who wants to stay in Brisbane for a short period of time. Although, it is expensive compare to a rented unit but at least is easy to rent.

I got here without knowing much about anything here. StudentOne has not only provided me with an accommodation but has also provided me comfort, security and many others.
All in all, StudentOne is one that's not to be missed!

I have enjoyed living here very much. The staff are very nice. I like the view from the rooms too. It is close to the beautiful river where I can ride a bike for free!

Really bad smell in every level and in the car park. Reception always empty. Windows in rooms cannot be opened. Poor service in general.

Mind boggling why anyone would be stupid enough to rent a single bed coffin room and share with 5 other people for $400 a week... gumtree and get a decent room to yourself for a third of the price.

There is a very poor waiter attitude, the straight ball said that the customer's attitude is not good, and this broken apartment has a bully clause, it is recommended that people over the age of 18 do not live.

Lovely Residents, Great Location and Unlimited internet. Staff have been supportive and helpful; offers side course opportunities that can help get jobs.

Student One at Adelaide Street is a great place to live. It is located in the heart of the city. The accommodation centre boasts a good ambience and offers numerous facilities of high quality to the residents. All of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful.

I love my room and the staff and the building in general. Just wasn't lucky with the roommates? The apartment I was assigned to has two very nice people and two that are super noisy and messy, would ask to change to another apartment but I'd have to pay (a lot) for it so I'm just bearing it until I find another place to stay. Would still recommend it, try your luck hahah

We stayed for 4-5 months and had a good stay. Great location, good facilities and very nice staff. No complaints from us!

Soo good! Great staff, plenty of resident activities and very convenient online Portal that makes everything available at the click of a button. Very knowledgeable, helpful and approachable staff. Amazing cinema room that made watching Game of Thrones even so epic.

As a domestic student living at Student One Elizabeth Street, I couldn't ask for anything better! The location is perfect, directly opposite Queen St. Mall and only a 10 min walk to QUT. The facilities at all three locations are outstanding, with an array of games rooms, gyms, study areas, cinemas and not to mention the rooftop areas. The apartment themselves are decently sized and provide you with everything you'd ever need. I live in a 6 bedroom, which is quite afforable, and get along great with all my roommates. Not to mention the events calander which provides residents with daily events all year long! The staff are some of the nicest people I know and really work hard to get to know the residents on a personal level. I've definitely made some lifelong friends during my short time here, and intend to stay for the length of my degree. It's seriously such an awesome and once in a life time experience and I'd 100% recommend it to everyone.
