Chose this office based on their operating hours and my husband s positive experience. If you are in extreme pain, good luck being seen, or having the staff honor your appointment . Long story short, I called for a palliative pain visit, in extreme pain, while waiting for my appointment on the 23rd. I was advised I could not be seen, I indicated that I couldn t wait any longer to take care of this tooth. I work in a building that does not allow cell service. The office took it upon themselves to cancel my appointment, based on me not answering their callback. I had other treatments that needed to happen at the appointment. When I called to confirm, they advised that they cancelled, and asked, if I had the extraction, why would I need the appointment..... at a loss for words. After almost a month of waiting to have my teeth taken care of.. I now just need to find a new dentist. Really was hoping for a better experience
