Beautiful theater. Our first show here. Purchased parking pass for Red lot. Not really worth it. Parking garage was locked on one side had to walk around the building just to get inside, then walked the full distance to the opposite side to get to open stairwell since then one closest was locked, then a full distance of the garage to out car. Kinda cruel to lock opposite gates and stairs.

The Good:

The Good:
- All the staff I interacted with was very, very courteous
- Pretty cool venue

The Bad:
- Very poor acoustics: I went to watch a comedy show and I could hardly hear/understand what was being said. It wasn't lack of speakers or low volume, it was actually an aspect of the audio coming out. Perhaps an imbalance between bass and treble? I am sure an Audio Engineer would know what I am trying to convey. Either way... I bought expensive tickets and seriously only enjoyed ~30-35% of the show. Bummer.
- Parking lots around the venue will try to bait and switch. Huge "$3 PARKING" sign with tiny "before 9AM" small print at the bottom. Once you park, they ask for $20. No thanks, not going to participate in this scam. I recommend taking the subway if you're able to.
- I didn't consume their food/beverages, but it's the typical low quality, poor selection, price gouging scheme.

If it weren't for the staff, I'd rate it 1-star for this last visit.

The Fabulous Fox was just as fabulous as always. They get five stars from me.

Not so much the cackling winches on the row behind us. We paid to see the show and hear the actors. The only bad part of the experience was hearing your constant commentary and obnoxious and untimely laughter and singing.

Adults singing along with a musical? Really?

It's been a while since I have been to the Fox, but as always, it was Fabulous. There's new signage for a touch of modern but the spectacular vintage setting remains something that can't be topped. We went for Wicked and the production was pure magic

An amazing experience! Walking into the Fox is almost just as awesome as the show you are going to watch! The design, art, and beauty of this place is breath taking! The service was phenomenal. The staff was super friendly and very helpful with helping me find my seat and buy concessions. The tickets may be expensive, but they are with every penny for the experience. I watched the broadway musical Aladdin and was blown with the performance and scenery. A great place to go if someone is looking for fancy date night!

Awesome place to experience. Check in is fast (buy all tickets online and print). Staff are extremely helpful in locating services and seating. Not much room in seating (closer than movie theaters) and have no cup holders so you will end up holding your drinks until finished. This is because they keep it original the best they can. Use parking as outlined on the website ($20-$30). This is one if Atlantas "must do".

It's historic, classy, the men's room line moves quickly during intermission. One of my favourite venues. Lighting is incandescent, lamp, and or reflected, rarely direct. Secured, metal detectors on entry. Friendly very helpful army of volunteer staff.

Expected it to be cold in the theatre but it was too warm for the packed house!

Theatre absolutely did not help us with our large school group (6th grade field trip). Safety of the kids was an issue.

Intermission too short for # of people & many of us were locked out when show started again.
There has to be a better/safer system for the men's bathroom line vs the mass hodge podge of men in the lobby! Not a safe situation for our large grp of kids. No staff present in lobby to facilitate crowd movement/safety @ all during intermission.

@ end of show our large school grp waited to be last to exit due to safety etc; ushers were oblivious, incredibly rude & insensitive to us.

Saw Wicked had a great time but was angered at the amount of people still left in the lobby when the the second half of the play started. The front house manager could have made an effort to work with the stage manager to hold the second half of the play from starting with the amount of people still left in the lobby trying to get back to their seats.

Saw Hamilton here. The seats were good, drinks very pricey. Intermission ended too early, with many still out. Disappointingly, the ushers wouldn't help a mobility-impaired senior find her seat in the dark after post-intermission start-up.

Was there to buy tickets for the Lion King show today we had to get out of there fast because there were a Gas leak close by on the side street. Couldn't get to buy the tickets . Was so disappointed .

The acoustics in the Fox suck. Maybe if you spend $200/ticket and sit front and center but I doubt it. No one with me understood half the words either.

The seats are tighter than airline seats with less leg room. I imagine it's fine for people under 5' 7" but my wife at 5'8" hit the seat in front of her.

There were insufficient staff to help us find our seats.

They charge $5 for a bottle of water that costs them maybe $0.25? All the other prices were equally too high.

Beautiful, iconic theatre in the heart of Atlanta. We went here to see Jill Scott. Parking can be a burden, but getting in and out was very quick and efficient. We sat in the balcony, all the way on the right, 3 rows from the rail. It would have been an excellent seat except for the wind sock of a woman at the rail who was clearly working on her mating ritual for her equally-as-odd boyfriend/daddy/handler. She seemed to believe this was her time to outdo Jill, and blocked the view of nearly everyone behind her for 5/6 of the show. Outside of this foolishness, it would have been a fun night. Pro tip: don't stand in line downstairs for drinks. Go upstairs. Almost no line.
