It's The Fox! The history, The Music, The Stars above!
Broadway calibre performances in an unique setting. A little problematic trying to get somewhere with a full house at Intermission but, aside from that, love this place!
Absolutely beautiful theater. Bathrooms can be crowded at full capacity.
I attend regularly. The theater and staff are exceptional. It is beautiful, clean and there isn't a bad seat in the house. I would recommend eating before getting to the Fox...the concessions are exorbitantly overpriced as is almost expected in such a place..
Beautiful inside and enjoyed show. Everyone who worked there was very helpful. Only downside was how difficult it was to get around lobby during intermission.
I have seen many performances over the last decade and it never disappoints. It's amazing to think that it was almost torn down for a parking garage. Luckily it was saved and restored, and is the gem of Midtown. Tickets are rarely cheap, but they have a film series in the summer that has cheaper tickets.
My students traveled there for a field trip for "The Nutcracker". It was a great experience!
Can t go wrong. Amazing place. Friendly people. If driving. Buy parking for red lot.
Amazing theatre, the acoustics are top notch, and it's so beautiful. I've been to many concerts and performances and it's always fun.
I loved the Dox Theatre. I got to watch wicked for a school field trip not to long ago. It is a very huge place and has first and second floors. Also sell shirts, hats, and snack.
Fabulous, fabulous Fox Theatre! Exotic interiors transport you to Morocco or Turkey it seems. The ushers are all very helpful and work as a team to get you right to your seat. The show was fantastic and entertaining!
Once again my family attended their Annual Mighty Mo & More. This is a wonderful event and best of all it is free. The kids enjoy singing along with the Christmas songs and watching the movie. But best of all is the atmosphere... the warm friendly faces of those working there, the "snow" at the entrance of the theatre, the well upkept theatre itself. Thouroughly enjoyed it.
Such an interesting piece of architecture, great show.
Always a treat to see a great show at the Fox. There is something magical about the space that adds to the overall experience
Phenomenal venue. Great view from almost anywhere in the house. So much character in this theater.
Such a beautiful theatre! Saw Wicked when it came through.
the most magical theater I've ever seen. with Yanni on stage! I was in a dream above the clouds!
I just wish if they have more drinks options for people who do not drink alcohol.
Take a walk through the '40s with Fox! Go there at night. It's like you're in a Henry Fonda movie!
Great stuff goes on here all the time. Google it. Go whenever you can!
I ve grown up going to shows at the Fox Theatre. It s such a beautiful venue, and very efficiently ran. I sat in the rear balcony for the first time (I usually opt for tickets close to the stage, but I decided to go for a less expensive option recently when I went to see Something Rotten!), and it was mostly great! There were some hard-to-hear moments, but overall I didn t feel the experience was diminished by sitting so far away.
Beautiful historic theater! While you should definitely check out the ladies room, good luck using the bathroom during intermission.
The best, most amazing venue for stage performances in Atlanta
The sound system was off but I love the atmosphere...will continue going to the Fox
I've been here a few times and this is a very good restored theatre. Beautiful inside and good sound system. Seating is good, as well. Nearby parking, kind of costly, but at least, very close to the theatre. Whether you're watching a play or a concert, it's a pleasure being at The Fox. A great addition is The Marquee Club, right next door. Good for before and after an event.
Went for the Little Mermaid Sing-a-long. Super fun for all!
From the entrance to the exits very helpful, very personable! Beautiful place!
Very nice inside, beautiful lighting,etc.. I wish there was another bathroom. Intermission was crazy. The line to get to the bathroom was too long
Went to see a comedy show. Beautiful theater inside, the outside is about modest but I still enjoy looking at the interior decor.
Went to see Celtic Women. Loved it. Just the right place for this concert. No bad seats in this place. Love Ms.Mattie on the elevator! Her smile is a universal language of it's own, love.
the service was so helpful and the food was outstanding
The seats are small and there is no leg room between your chair and the seat in front of you.
Great theater with great seats. There s a lot of good quality programs with a reasonable price. Parking is also easy around the place (with fee), but many times when buying the tickets, a discounted parking fee will be offered. Also a easy walk from the MARTA North Ave station.
Went to see Jill Scott for my anniversary. We had a great time, it was huge but somehow still felt intimate (the lighting maybe or her music attracts a chill crowd?). Took the train to avoid the hassle of finding parking. Not a bad walk to the station.
I appreciated being able to purchase my tickets directly from the box office. It's cheaper than the online 3rd parties!
Great acoustics, gorgeous, historical venue! The show was incredible
the best place to see a show. beautiful theater. lots of history. and they were going to tear it down in the 70's to put in AT&T's parking lot. thankfully, the residents pulled together and saved it. you should google the story. you should also go see a show there.
We had our Harry Norman, Realtors Awards Banquet here to celebrate the success of our hard-working agents and could not have been more pleased. The Affairs at the Fox catering and events team was wonderful. The food was delicious and served efficiently. The decor was beautiful. Everyone loved being able to come to this historic landmark. Highly recommend.
A wonderful night of worship with MercyMe! The Fox provides the best.
very difficult to access if you are disabled--insufficient parking, some lots not easily or safely navigable in a chair. one had cut off wheelchair access to the sidewalk with strips cut in the concrete and filled with gravel. means of purchasing accessible seats is hidden. calls & emails re:access go unanswered for days, and responses, when you do get one, consist of 'if you still have a problem, call us again'. when we were there, they continued to seat latecomers--during one scene literally all I could see was the usher's butt inches from my face as she tried to sort out competing claims to the seats next to us. the show was marvelous but the process was irritating, frustrating, and exhausting.
The decorations are enchanting and the atmosphere is intoxicating. The Fox Theatre is by far my favorite venue.
Magnificent Stage! (Bodyguard) at intermission went to restroom, and it was so well organized, they had all those women in and out in no time.
Every Atlantan must attend at least one event at The Fox in their lifetime!
Enjoyed the show, but was disappointed about the distance we had to walk from the parking lot due to construction. The floor seating needs more elevation as well.
Awesome experience! Bringing only the best to the ATL
One of the best music venues in the South. Beautiful, great acoustics, and historic.
Great venue to see a show. Big, but not a bad seat in the house. Absolutely beautiful.
Great venue. We sat in the dress circle row K seating. The stage and actors were visible but it hard to make out details of the costumes, makeup and set designs. The foyer area has a Morocco feel. I like it!
A good solid venue. Floor level in the back feels a little cramped with the level above being a low ceiling but doesn't obstruct view. The second floor seats actually give a more interesting view of the stage and interior that you miss on the ground floor seats. Parking like all of Atlanta can be a little troublesome. The red deck entrance for parking in particular can be hard to find as its a narrow entrance in the middle of the block.
Great theater to watch a musical or concert. Not sure what else to say, it's an icon of Atlanta. They do tours on the weekend and I would highly recommend
It is always a great joy to go to the Fox,for a play s,concerts ,or anything. I truly love the Fox theatre. Would love to take the tour of the hole place.
Went to see Alvin ailey at the fox fantastic everything was great
I have seen many concerts at the Fox "back in the day". It is with without a doubt the best concert venue in the U.S. Seen Bruce Springsteen back in 70's hands down concert I have ever seen. The place, using an over used word is amazing.
I really enjoy attending events at the Fox Theatre. The ushers are always so polite. There really are no bad seats and the venue is pretty.
Great concert Travis Tritt and Charlie Daniels was awesome
The Fox Theatre is a cool old place. We were in town and fortunate enough to get to see Mamma Mia! It has been nicely maintained. There really isn't a bad seat. We sat on the main floor and had no trouble seeing. The concession prices are a little high though.
