First time here and I was blown away by the decor. There seemed to be a vintage atmosphere with the design and the selection of colors and textures. Although I was there to see Hamilton (a modern take on Alexander Hamilton's life and death), as I looked around it seemed I went back in time.

Saw Hamilton. Amazing show and this was our first time at the Fox. Been to many theaters in New York City and Chicago and Milwaukee. The Fox is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very friendly. We had nose bleeds seats but were able to see everything no view obstructions and acoustics were great. can't wait for our next trip.

Every time we go to the Fox it is a great experience.

We have gone to see Wicked which was amazing. Mos recently we saw The Nutcracker. I enjoyed it very much. One thing I would say I am very surprised about is that a lot of the younger generations do not dress up for the theater like I am use to. Also when we went to see the Nutcracker they allowed food which was very surprising. With Wicked it was not allowed and I enjoyed that better. I always enjoy the theater and make it the best experience I can.

Seats are too far from the stage. Imagine watching a taxi from the top of the Empire State. Prices are often higher than Broadway and MUCH higher than London. Do yourself a favor, and elect to see a show that you can SEE. This theatre is too big and affords no value.

Everyone was so helpful and nice! I have been at the "fancy shows" where everyone is treated like a king or queen but with this being a "discounted tickets " I wasn't expecting the same level of treatment, but I was SURPRISED!!!

I would like to say that I am partially challenged physically (disabled, I just don't like the term) so I have walk with a cane. I was heading back to the concession stand to get a refill on popcorn and the nicest young man stopped me and asked me if he could help me. Asked if I was heading to the concession to get popcorn ? I told him yes, and he asked if he could get it for me? I don't like having to ask for assistance and I don't like not being able to do things. That particular day I was feeling bad so the fact that he offered was a real blessing. He went and stood in line for me while I waited (not cutting line as a employee of the fox) and when he returned the kind young man even offered to carry my popcorn back to my seat for me. I graciously declined the offer but sincerely thanked him for what he had already done and also told him how surprised I was and appreciative I was on how nice the entire staff had been during the experience. Unbeknownst to me at the time, this kind young man was the President of Fox Mr.
Allan C. Vella. I didn't know this until the end of the show!
I wanted to call this out not only for the fact that he ws so kind to help me, but also to show that it statys at the top! This explains to me why I was treated like royalty from the moment I approached the door. I'm sure that Mr. Vella doesn't remember me as I was just one of hundreds of people that he saw that day, but you can rest assured that I remember him and what he showed and did that day for me!! I will not forget it. Thank you for a wonderful experience with my family at your beautiful Fox Theatre. It was a trip down memory lane for my father as he lived on a block from the Fox back in the '60's,70's and '80's and was a frequent "flyer" there enjoying the upstairs bar. Thank you again and may God bless you, your family and the wonderful Fox!!!!

The history and experience of going to the Fox Theater is just magical. You'll enjoy whatever show or movie you see. Just be sure to find parking or take MARTA because downtown traffic can be terrible.

The Diana Ross concert at the Fox Theatre was OUTSTANDING! Diana's voice was clear and strong (especially for her being 75 years old). The theatre's acoustics were fantastic for the band and singers. The ushers were very polite and helpful. The seats were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and the concessions were reasonable. It was a perfect night at The Fox!

The historic Fox Theatre is one of Atlanta s premiere venues for live entertainment. The Fox s 4,665 seat theatre hosts more than 150 performances a year ranging from Broadway to rock to comedy to movies. In December 2009, Billboard Magazine ranked the Fox Theatre in Atlanta as The #1 non-residency venue worldwide for the decade.

I did not go to the Fox theater for some time and, will not go there in the nearest future for sure. Last Sunday (11/16/19) I left theater very frustrated. People are aloud to bring food and drinks insight of the theater. There were non stop chewing, noises from paper wrap, falling metal/plastic bottles, etc. I do not even want to discuss how theater looked after the show - like movie theater where tickets are sold for $1. Fox theater, please bring your standards up to the world level.

The Fox Theatre is a historical landmark and a very nice working theatre. The interior architecture is classic with floor seating and multiple levels of balcony seats. The theatre is very clean with a helpful and friendly staff. There is a good view of the stage from the 3rd level balcony with comfortable seats. The sound was good. I can't speak to food pricing as we did not get anything.

One cautionary note, the further up the balcony seats you go, it seems the steps get more difficult to climb.

Parking is available via 3rd parties but you can get parking when you buy your theatre tickets online. Marta is another option with a short walk to the theatre from the Marta station.

Great for Broadway plays but there is always a long line to get through for the security check when you first arrive and the concession stand seems to be a little slow so most of the time you don't get to get anything before the play resumes.

Had a wonderful time attending Straight No Chaser One Shot Tour on Friday, November 23rd. It was our first time to take advantage of the Marquee Club, which I highly recommend. The bartenders were spot on and the food was terrific. It made it so much simpler to do some hors d'oeuvres and drinks before the show, desserts at intermission or after the show while traffic dies down. SNC never disappoints especially in the lovely Fox Theater. From the photos, you can see the Marquee Club did a great job of capturing the Art Deco style of the Fox Theater. There is a roof top area as well but it was rainy, windy and cold so it was closed.

It is a beautiful historic theater with elegant and exotic design. It is like being in a middle eastern temple under a night sky. It has a one of a kind atmosphere and is outstanding for concerts. For being in the heart of Atlanta, it has the high class atmosphere one would expect, but also a magnificant beauty that really stands out. Based on it's grand architecture and historic legacy, I would highly recommend it as a standout venue ( among the many in Atlanta) to attend for entertainment.

The Fox Theatre is almost legendary for how stunning it is, and it simply cannot be put into words how great this place is to visit. For adults, they offer some alcoholic beverages, but for the children they have popcorn and candy and stuff like that. The views are great from every seat, and the actors they put on are the best in the south. Les Miserables was amazing to witness, and with the great views, nice staff, and plenty of eating options, it's going to be hard to pass in the south. Absolutely recommend to anyone who wants a more formal night on the town with their family, friend, or lover.
