This is a great agency, do not believe any of the negative reviews! I suspect some of those are written by either unprofessional or bitter candidates that the agency can't place. I mean I saw a girl in the lobby waiting to be interviewed with ripped jeans and blue hair... come on people! My experience at Forum was a positive one! I met Shawn Ball who has to be one of the best recruiters I have ever met with. He's professional but also warm, friendly and down to earth. None of that fake Kforce or Robert Half phoniness. Shawn is real! He's also fast and to the point. I told him I was on my lunch hour and he immediately put me at ease and said he knows how stressful it can be while interviewing during a lunch hour so he promised to have me out in 25-30 min and he did. He also introduced me to 2 of his colleagues as well. Between Shawn and the rest of his team I am confident that Forum will place me at my next position. Oh and later that night after hours Shawn emailed me some edits he made to my resume. Does this guy ever sleep? LOL! He took my resume from 6 and made it a 10! I now know that I can rest assured and am in good hands here. Shawn and his the team are doing everything in their power to help with my search. I will 100% refer friends and definitely suggest others work this firm too, they're the real deal!
