I was recruited by Kimberly Kokal when I was trying to find another job. I was struggling because I needed something less stressful since I am going to school part-time. She immediately asked for my resume and asked for what I was looking for in a new job. The next day she told me that she found a job that she knew I could do well in and an exact fit, but it was not exactly what I was looking for. She knew that I would not be happy due to the scheduling and flexibility. I am glad that she told me that. Kimberly still asks me how I am doing in school too. Most recruiters I had spoken to would keep me feeling out of the loop and were never honest with me.
