If you can request a recruiter, try and get Shawn Ball. Within minutes of applying to a job he reached out and scheduled me to come in the next day. When I met with him he was very professional, friendly, told me about many jobs and talks a little fast but he doesn't waste any time and within 3 hours of me leaving, he had already got me an interview at one of the top hospitals in the area.
