We walked in to use the restroom on the way to the Three Rivers festival Parade. The facilities were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was kind directing us to the restrooms even knowing we were not paying guests.

Had a business meeting there for a week. Went to leave found a busted window missing items and a police report number on my truck. Found out this is a nightly on going issue for several months. They have no video in main garage and offered no assurance that the issue would be handled. I am out alot of money for items stolen and a 300 window replacement. You will never find me on this property again security does not exist.

This is a pretty nice hotel connected to the convention center downtown Fort Wayne the rooms seem very nice and it is fairly convenient to get to the trade show areas and ballrooms from the guest rooms. The last time I was there I saw Gene Simmons in the lobby he was staying there as he was in town for a private party.

Hotel room is clean and staff is friendly. Plenty of restraunts to go to in the area. The convention center is an awesome place that can hold multiple events and various sizes. Will definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel to stay in, but I disappointed with the fact that the restaurant was closed and was unable to get breakfast especially after I received an email offering me an upgrade for breakfast for twenty bucks more. I am glad now I didn't do it. There is no place close to walk in the area and eat.

The room was decent and clean. Other than that, I will not be shelling out the extra cash for a "nice" hotel any time soon after our experience at the Grand Wayne Hilton. One of the elevators was not working, but that's something I can live with. What was beyond annoying however, was the constant electronic beeping that sounded as if it were a neverending alarm clock, or some kind of machine giving an error code coming from the room below us. This began around 5:30 in the morning and lasted until we checked out at 11:30. It was a series of about a dozen even beeps, then a 9 or 10 second pause followed again by the beeps. The alarm clock in our room had apparently been left armed by the previous occupants or housekeeping as it went off at around 4:30. I had just about fallen back asleep after being jostled awake by this when the beeping began. Checkout is at noon, and on a Sunday morning, most places usually do something along the lines of starting breakfast later, and have it offered longer than it would be during the week. One would think this thought process might also apply to those working for the housekeeping department, but not here. They were banging on the door at 8:30 on a Sunday morning when checkout is at noon. What really took the cake, was when we did go to checkout, I was told I had a charge for their gift shop. I wasn't aware they had a gift shop. The charge was for $29, an alleged purchase of a shirt and two waters. I asked when and how this transaction took place, and they said at 5 a.m. Didn't catch how it was done, was somebody able to just ask to charge it to my room with no ID or verification that the room number they gave was theirs? Again, I'm sure they do have a gift shop somewhere, but unless it were open 24 hours, why is it open at 5 on a Sunday morning? And if it is open all the time, why would I be compelled to buy some random shirt at 5 in the morning, but have it charged to my room somehow? The credit card I used to make the reservation was charged the full price for the room immediately several weeks ago. It is not like I was there and checked in and had some sort of open tab. They said they would refund it, but I will not know for sure until activity is posted. The lady checking out at the desk next to me was also being told she had a mysterious charge for their gift shop. Maybe this is standard practice here? Perhaps they deal with a lot of clients that are using a company card and are not worried about details like being overcharged for their stay since, hey, it ain't their money. If you do stay here, make sure you do not have an unexplained charge from *sundry on your receipt when you check out.

I haven't stayed at this specific hotel, however, in preparation for an upcoming stay I've tried to deal with the staff there to get authorizations on file. What a nightmare! Their fax machine does seem to work right according to one woman. Trying to get hold of a knowledgeable member of staff seems next to impossible.

What a stressful situation to have women and children travelers relying on proper documents reaching the hotel ahead of them. Phone system puts me in a never ending loop of nothingness. If the event wasn't nearing its date I'd cancel and go stay elsewhere. Worst Hilton I've ever tried to work with.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to check in and out very quickly. Our room was gorgeous and the bathroom even had a heating lamp near the shower. The location was great too.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The hotel was very stylish, the room was spacious and well laid out. I was impressed with the fit and finish of everything in the room. Typically hotels seem to cut corners, especially in the bathrooms, but not here. It was a higher quality hotel than your typical hotel.

The check-in staff member asked us what brought us in for the evening. We let her know we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. Later we found a voucher under our door for a complimentary breakfast buffet fire each of us (normaly $12 per person.) Parking was not free, but it was right in the middle of downtown Ft. Wayne, so I expected that I would have to pay to park.

We had a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay there again.

I travel often. Jaret who works the front desk at this Hilton is the best front desk receptionist I've met. He deserves a promotion. Jaret thanks for making everything about my trip easier.

This hotel deserves five stars for its great location, great atmosphere, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good food. Also, thank you for having a full gym. Hope to be back soon.

Stay was alright, but what really bothered me was that both times I had called before arriving they took 15 minutes to answer the phone. While in the room calling down, it took them another 15 minutes to answer. Why isn't there somebody around to answer ringing phones???

This location surpassed my expectations. Get off on the third floor and you get this sweet smell of almond extract. It was amazing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest surprise was the turn down service at this property. I didn't know about it and was a little shocked when it happened but it was a nice lite surprise. I will definitely be back when im in the Fort Wayne Area! :)

Thank you!
