I was staying here for a convention. The rooms were extremely nice and the service was pleasant. There are many restaurants within walking distance as well as a nice park.

We walked in to use the restroom on the way to the Three Rivers festival Parade. The facilities were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was kind directing us to the restrooms even knowing we were not paying guests.
Room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view from the 6th floor. Front desk was very helpful with a great dinner recommendation.
The lobby looks beautiful from the walk above me were just passing through to the parking garage. Did see some bird poop on the seats - imagine that's difficult to avoid.
Good location, easy access to downtown eventsn, clean rooms, friendly staff.
Waited in lobby while a buddy checked in to his room. Absolutely stunning decor and lively bar. If I'm ever staying in the area I'll definitely try to get a room at this Hilton.
Pleasent atmosphere, Good room service, spacious rooms
They have a Starbucks! The staff here were really nice too.
This hotel is a great place to stay in downtown Fort Wayne. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, and the breakfast is good.
Beautiful atmosphere very friendly helpful service by Jaret/Jared I can not remember which.
It is great having a wonderful hotel and restaurant connect to the convention center.
Had a business meeting there for a week. Went to leave found a busted window missing items and a police report number on my truck. Found out this is a nightly on going issue for several months. They have no video in main garage and offered no assurance that the issue would be handled. I am out alot of money for items stolen and a 300 window replacement. You will never find me on this property again security does not exist.
This Hotel has great selection of rooms and has dining also Starbucks inside and sandwich selections... There is a charge for parking... Service is ok
The Starbucks Lounge is open until 10PM (as of Oct'17)
Worst place ever & never call you back 4 an interview after you keep calling!!!!!! Aholes
This is a pretty nice hotel connected to the convention center downtown Fort Wayne the rooms seem very nice and it is fairly convenient to get to the trade show areas and ballrooms from the guest rooms. The last time I was there I saw Gene Simmons in the lobby he was staying there as he was in town for a private party.
I attended training here. The restrooms are pristine, but the rooms are TOO COLD.
Love this hotel. Friendly staff and good beds. I like the location is Central to downtown as well.
Clean great beds pillows and covers. Toilet makes it feel like you are sitting on floor pool is nice but very small for size of hotel
Hotel room is clean and staff is friendly. Plenty of restraunts to go to in the area. The convention center is an awesome place that can hold multiple events and various sizes. Will definitely stay again.
Very nice hotel to stay in, but I disappointed with the fact that the restaurant was closed and was unable to get breakfast especially after I received an email offering me an upgrade for breakfast for twenty bucks more. I am glad now I didn't do it. There is no place close to walk in the area and eat.
The rooms are nice, friendly staff and very clean! Wish they had some form of a breakfast even if it we muffins and coffee offered for their guests.
The room was decent and clean. Other than that, I will not be shelling out the extra cash for a "nice" hotel any time soon after our experience at the Grand Wayne Hilton. One of the elevators was not working, but that's something I can live with. What was beyond annoying however, was the constant electronic beeping that sounded as if it were a neverending alarm clock, or some kind of machine giving an error code coming from the room below us. This began around 5:30 in the morning and lasted until we checked out at 11:30. It was a series of about a dozen even beeps, then a 9 or 10 second pause followed again by the beeps. The alarm clock in our room had apparently been left armed by the previous occupants or housekeeping as it went off at around 4:30. I had just about fallen back asleep after being jostled awake by this when the beeping began. Checkout is at noon, and on a Sunday morning, most places usually do something along the lines of starting breakfast later, and have it offered longer than it would be during the week. One would think this thought process might also apply to those working for the housekeeping department, but not here. They were banging on the door at 8:30 on a Sunday morning when checkout is at noon. What really took the cake, was when we did go to checkout, I was told I had a charge for their gift shop. I wasn't aware they had a gift shop. The charge was for $29, an alleged purchase of a shirt and two waters. I asked when and how this transaction took place, and they said at 5 a.m. Didn't catch how it was done, was somebody able to just ask to charge it to my room with no ID or verification that the room number they gave was theirs? Again, I'm sure they do have a gift shop somewhere, but unless it were open 24 hours, why is it open at 5 on a Sunday morning? And if it is open all the time, why would I be compelled to buy some random shirt at 5 in the morning, but have it charged to my room somehow? The credit card I used to make the reservation was charged the full price for the room immediately several weeks ago. It is not like I was there and checked in and had some sort of open tab. They said they would refund it, but I will not know for sure until activity is posted. The lady checking out at the desk next to me was also being told she had a mysterious charge for their gift shop. Maybe this is standard practice here? Perhaps they deal with a lot of clients that are using a company card and are not worried about details like being overcharged for their stay since, hey, it ain't their money. If you do stay here, make sure you do not have an unexplained charge from *sundry on your receipt when you check out.
Awful customer service. Wouldn't admit to making a mistake with our bill. Rude front desk staff. Don't waste your time spending money here.
Great hotel and staff. Amazing location right in the heart of downtown. Will definitely be staying here again.
I haven't stayed at this specific hotel, however, in preparation for an upcoming stay I've tried to deal with the staff there to get authorizations on file. What a nightmare! Their fax machine does seem to work right according to one woman. Trying to get hold of a knowledgeable member of staff seems next to impossible.
What a stressful situation to have women and children travelers relying on proper documents reaching the hotel ahead of them. Phone system puts me in a never ending loop of nothingness. If the event wasn't nearing its date I'd cancel and go stay elsewhere. Worst Hilton I've ever tried to work with.
The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, we were able to check in and out very quickly. Our room was gorgeous and the bathroom even had a heating lamp near the shower. The location was great too.
Very nice. It's quite a fancy place. I'd say top class
Staff is helpful, quickly resolved issues with a malfunctioning room key. Hotel is clean and the elevators are quick.
My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. The hotel was very stylish, the room was spacious and well laid out. I was impressed with the fit and finish of everything in the room. Typically hotels seem to cut corners, especially in the bathrooms, but not here. It was a higher quality hotel than your typical hotel.
The check-in staff member asked us what brought us in for the evening. We let her know we were celebrating our 5 year anniversary. Later we found a voucher under our door for a complimentary breakfast buffet fire each of us (normaly $12 per person.) Parking was not free, but it was right in the middle of downtown Ft. Wayne, so I expected that I would have to pay to park.
We had a wonderful experience, and I would gladly stay there again.
Great place to stay. very easy to get in and out of.
I travel often. Jaret who works the front desk at this Hilton is the best front desk receptionist I've met. He deserves a promotion. Jaret thanks for making everything about my trip easier.
This hotel deserves five stars for its great location, great atmosphere, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and good food. Also, thank you for having a full gym. Hope to be back soon.
Nice hotel, but small beds, small rooms and bathrooms, and woke up by fireworks every night from nearby baseball stadium.
Service was friendly, rooms were nice, location convenient
Great staff. Wonderful rooms. Will go back real soon
Breakfast was amazing and so was the dinning area.
Had a problem with the room, and staff was friendly, and resolved issues quickly
Great place to stay. Clean rooms. Great location. Connected to the convention center. Very convenient.
the staff was very helpful and courteous, the establishment wasn't crowded, and the place was very clean.
The location was extremely convenient for attending a event in the convention center. Ease of navigating from convention fluidly into the hotel was very nice.
Older building but nice inside. Restaurant staff was friendly but took a little bit to get a seat when there were plenty available
Great staff, great restaurant and located in the city center near everything Fort Wayne has to offer.
A couple times a year I attend a professional training here. I always enjoy the accommodations and how close several great restaurants are.
I stayed there for a weekend and I had some conferences in there. Thr hotel was very nice, friendly staff and nice, clean locations. And best of all no bedbugs!
Great Location! Love the comfortable beds and pillows, and the breakfast buffet is ALWAYS Great!
Great staff. Great accomodations! Had lots of kids there so the wait for the elevator was quite long but over all it was wonderful!
You hear a lot about Fort Wayne, but nobody really knows anything about it.
Stay was alright, but what really bothered me was that both times I had called before arriving they took 15 minutes to answer the phone. While in the room calling down, it took them another 15 minutes to answer. Why isn't there somebody around to answer ringing phones???
Clean room, quick service, easy location to access and park. Room service was quick and tasty, and the room was clean and has a pretty good view to boot!
This location surpassed my expectations. Get off on the third floor and you get this sweet smell of almond extract. It was amazing. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. My biggest surprise was the turn down service at this property. I didn't know about it and was a little shocked when it happened but it was a nice lite surprise. I will definitely be back when im in the Fort Wayne Area! :)
Thank you!
Great venue for conference. Everything needed was very close.
Great and nice hotel, just would like more than just a pillow for th pull out couch and room service that would answer
The guides assisting to direct guests were great! They assisted daily and offered a wealth of information
We didn't stay ad a quest, but was there for a convention. Everyone was very friendly, and everything was very clean.
