Hotel with parking garage across the street. Kind of aging, but great hotel. Starbucks connected to lobby. Good sized rooms, comfortable beds. Walking distance from plenty of restaurants and the baseball stadium.

Very comfortable bed. Nice view of the sunset over the Cathedral from my room. We had chicken Parmesan for dinner Friday night. This was the best chicken parmesan I've ever had in my life. Very generous portion of tender chicken with tasty diced tomatoes and sauce covered with melted cheese! I complimented the servers on how good it tasted.

Stayed here in April 2018 and really enjoyed the visit. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and were able to check us in early since we had a wedding reception to go to. The room itself was spacious and clean with a nice view of downtown Fort Wayne. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we would definitely stay here again.

Had brunch for Mother's Day here and they handed all of the mother's roses which was very special and appreciated. The food was fresh and really good. I would go back for holidays again!

Really nice place. Downtown Fort Wayne is better than you might think at first. And the hotel is right in the center of it all.

Decent place to stay and within reach of a decent nightlife. Bathrooms are not designed for big people though

Concierge is very nice, room is great. I like the floorplan a lot. Shuttle is super convenient. Construction noise is the reason for a star off.

I made an appointment on Expedia, when I got charged and it said FREE CANCELLATION, I got charged and called the hotel, hotel told me they couldn t give me my money. I had to call expedia, so I did. Expedia had to call hotel to confirm I can have my money back, and the hotel refused. I ve never seen worse customer care.

The hotel was great. Large room and everyone working there was very nice. But, be aware. If you stay there July the 4th and want to get a good night's sleep, you may have a problem. I had to get up at 4:00 to catch an early flight and at 10:00 the fireworks started on top of the building next door. WOW, very loud. But, I should have expected it. My next stay will be much better.

The shuttle drivers are AMAZING,Emily & the girls at the front desk are GREAT! The restaurant staff/ servers are professional,courteous and kind. They work really hard! Ann Marie always helps me choose the best lunch options-The girls in the coffee shop are super, super, super sweet -The General Manager is always in reach and is the epitome of excellence, as each time I return,there is a new component added to compliment the hotel. I can only say that it' is the Perfect Home Away From Home!

The location was excellent and the room was nice for the price. The pool was extremely cramped and crowded. The staff running the included breakfast did not have the correct list of guests to attend. This resulted in multiple questions regarding if we were allowed to be there. I shouldn't be made to feel guilty for attending a breakfast that was part of a paid stay.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and nice. Room service stops at 11 which was a bummer because we didnt get back till a little after midnight, but if given the choice, id stay there again.

Hard to find a cup of coffee in the morning unless you pay for one at Starbucks. For a $139 a night a free cup of coffee could be offered. Small rooms, smaller bathroom. I can put up with the small rooms but the terrible service cannot be forgiven. I will never stay here again and recommend you don't.

A bit of an older Hotel in the center of downtown..

We had a professional convention in the lower meeting rooms. They were clean and we'll organized. Staff kept the water machines flowing and we're very curtious

The room itself was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the walls were paper thin. I could hear everything going on outside the window and outside our walls. Every time people walked by, went to the bathroom, whispered.

The hotel rooms were very clean and nice. The building is near restaurants, the park, as well as other attractions.

Was close to good food. Which is usually hard to find when your staying overnight. And the breakfast buffet was amazing. Was totally worth the entire night. All you can eat amazing bacon. Let me say it again all you can eat perfectly cooked bacon.

Excellent location - within walking distance of a variety of several restaurants. Two double beds to a room big enough for two people each, a fridge, television, and plenty of amenities. Excellent housekeeping. Only issue I've had is a lack of public stairs - as I was at a conference, the three elevators available became overcrowded quite quickly, causing wait times of 10-20 minutes

I can't say anything about the hotel other than it's a nice place to host a Christmas party. The staff who helped us were friendly. There are some great views of downtown and it's within walking distance of a lot of attractions.
