Great people and awesome attitudes with these folks. After what this community and the Hilton has been through it is nice to see they are staying so positive. May God bless them and the people who work there.
Room, restaurant, amenities, service all great. Especially nice staff. Convenient airport shuttle, right in center of nice walking city with many attractions.
Highly recommend.
Nice room, with lots of amenities--safe, fridge, microwave. Pool is warm but small, and it's open 5.30am to 11pm. No hot tub. Nice staff. Weird surcharges on room service. Great breakfast buffet. Convenient to Convention Center and Allen County Public Library. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat, especially now that I know that the no parking signs out front mean only no long-term parking. Hotel parking is across the street. Also a little weird, but okay.
A friend reserved rooms at the Hilton Grand Wayne for a wedding and preparation. The rooms were clean, updated, and very comfortable. I would highly recommend.
Stayed here for the Tri-State Nutrition conference. Had a lovely time. The room was clean, bed was comfortable and they didn't bat an eye at our request for an extra bed. As long as you park in their parking garage they will also validate your parking. Strong free Wi-Fi as well. I would stay here again.
Room was clean, bathroom was nasty like mold in grout, plus corners at floor we're not swept had hair. I took pictures. I will report.
Was very nice ballroom. Service was amazing. Very prompt
Only bad experience was that the skywalk doors entering the hotel from the garage couldn't be opened with my digital key card at night and I had to go back to the garage, go down the stairs and enter the lobby from the ground floor.
Well kept, spacious rooms with plenty of options for restaurants within walking distance
Very nice and clean. Glass walls and doors are a great atmosphere.
Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and centrally located for downtown walking activities.
I was there for a sales event. It was surprisingly spacious and with it being connected to the parking garage and the event center it made it easy to get around.
A room for two under $100. The only down side was the kitchen was closed do to the pandemic including the Starbucks. But maybe next time!
Front desk was accommodating and pleasant. Restaurant staff was dis functional and not attentive. Server was rude and did not apologize nor cleanup spilled orange juice on table.
Pee stains on the bathroom door is not what you want in a hotel
A solid mid-tier hotel. Being from FW, I've only stayed here once. Very clean, very professional, just not the most interesting hotel to stay at.
Was there for a company event. The staff are friendly, but not intrusive. The center is easy to navigate.
Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness center was closed for renovation, and the pool is very small, but otherwise it's a great hotel in a convenient location.
This is a great hotel in the heart of downtown Ft. Wayne. The room was modern and clean and everyone was very friendly. Also, I enjoyed the Starbucks located on the property.
Competed in Fort for Fitness. Went in to get warm. Staff was very nice, let us get warm
Very clean, staff was polite, food and service was great
Great place to just stay a night or more... also has a Starbucks in the hotel so you can get a coffee or tea beverage and great looking, mouth watering baked goods.
Was here for a huge dance workshop and stayed for 3 days. The service was really good, rooms really clean, and I love how they have the catwalk to the parking garage.
Great stay, clean rooms, and friendly staff. Overall a great place
The staff is so kind and accommodating at this hotel. The breakfast is great. The cost of food at the restaurant is very reasonable, and there's a Starbucks inside the hotel.
The hotel is exactly what you would expect for a business hotel in a downtown setting. Prices and offerings are comparable to downtown business hotels in other cities.
Nice clean hotel with well sized rooms and the expected amenities. Location is excellent for work and play, conveniently located to the convention center and ball field. Plenty of restaurants and bars to keep your evenings lively. Staff is efficient and courteous. Even the free WiFi is above the norm. If you need toake a stop in Ft Wayne, don't hesitate to stay with the folks at the Hilton.
Was there for an overnight during company business. Service and rooms were excellent.
Connected to the convention center so its easy to attend events
The room was very nice and cozy. They treated my guest and I with courtesy and made sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this place to many people.
I haven't stayed in a hotel in quite awhile, and I was quite pleased! The bed and bedding was quite comfortable and the room was very nice. Staff was wonderful!
Whoever worked the front desk was absolutely terrible. Apparently, they don't honor reservations. And if you ask them to run your card more than once, they call the police on you. Don't not go here under any circumstances. Absolutely terrible!!!
No continental breakfast. Air conditioning not that cool. Rather pricy for a double room.
Friendly staff. Beautiful decor. Nice places to eat nearby. You must have a Power's Hamburger--to really feel authenic Fort Wayne, IN.
Nice hotel, with spacious rooms, and comfortable beds. Best for conventions, and gatherings. Some of the staff were not the friendliest, but definitely not all.
Parking is a bit weird. The hotel is really nice though. Very fancy.
Attended the 2018 IMEA PDC. Rooms were awesome (soft and warm beds!), breakfast good
Nice hotel I didn't stay there but they security was nice enough to let me wait for my ride to pick me up when it was freezing cold outside.
Good place to stay when you are in town, affordable and courteous atmosphere, hospitality is a must at this hotel, great experience overall,I highly recommend staying at the Hilton in Fort Wayne, Indiana if you're in town, great place for coventions, meeting and gathering with family and friends!!!
Charged my card fraudulently. I didn't make the reservation and they refuse to credit back Priceline, so Priceline cannot refund me either. It was confirmed that nobody stayed in the hotel room, yet they charged me. I will never do business with this hotel. They have no respect for customers.
Very comfy high level pretty room with nice window view but noise from 4 directions from Saturday 10am to Sunday 2am none stopping. Room keys kept having problems. Water is little small in the shower but no problem to me.
Great staff, nice rooms, convenient parking while events are downtown, good food, and restaurants/bars close by. Can t complain!
The hospitality was wonderful. The place was beautiful and the food and drinks were great as well
Great location. Very convenient to stay at Hilton when attending conference held at convention center. Beds are not as comfortable as usual but not horrible. Slightly bare walls, luckily not many loud guests during my stay.
Fantastic venue for a conference, great place to stay the night. Very clean. Great staff.
Staff are nice and helpful. Restaurant/bar has some great food and very reasonable priced.
The hotel is located downtown giving you access within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and even the baseball stadium. The rooms are standard Hilton with comfortable beds.
Super gorgeous hotel. Lots going on and great location. As with most hotels like this, it is overpriced. But I guess that's what happens with a name and location like this! Haha Would only ever stay here if I had money or company was paying for it. Other options in the area provide the same type of things.
Absolutely terrible! They accidently cancelled the bride and grooms room for their wedding night and did nothing to make up for it.
My boyfriend and I had a room here over the weekend. His company Christmas dinner was at the Tincaps Stadium so we booked a room here. After we showered the faucet kept running no matter what we did. In the morning we went to make our coffees and one of the cups had hair and dirt in it when I went to fill the water. We were also bothered twice by housekeeping before noon. I was awake but my boyfriend was trying to rest. It was convenient but we will not be staying here again or possibly any Hilton for that matter.
Clean updated room on the top floor with a nice view of the west side of town. Noon checkout was nice
The Hilton Fort Wayne is a nice hotel. I stayed there twice and the amenities and rooms are exactly what you would expect. The guest rooms have comfortable beds and are clean. The lobby and elevators needs some updating but overall it's a very good hotel. It also has some of the more comfortable beds that I've slept in... But that's just me. I would recommend the Hilton Fort Wayne to anyone needing to stay in the area.
Be VERY wary...Stayed here 1 night for business, paid for parking and parked where I was told--in the garage connected by pedestrian bridge, and within spitting distance from the doors. I went to my room for about 2 hours only to come back to my vehicle to find it had been burglarized and various pieces of electronic equipment stolen from the trunk. I reported this to management and immediately received the 'we are not responsible' reply from the desk clerk. Having a reasonable expectation of security in paying for parking, with no visible signs to the contrary, I made a scene and insisted on management intervention. I was swiftly handed off to their insurance company and promptly told I had no claim...no refund, only HHonors points as some token consolation--until I was out of town. Once out of Ft. Wayne, the attitude changed to belligerence and had to get corporate involved. Do yourself a favor and stay at the local Hampton Inn, where customer service is still alive and the staff actually cares about treating people properly.
Room was not maintained or cleaned well. Do not disturb sign had sticky stuff all over it as if it hadn't been replaced in years. Bathroom counters clearly weren't cleaned. Beds were messily "made" and one had a very noticeable black hair on it. Scuffs and tape all over the walls. I do not think anyone swept or mopped the bathroom floor as there are a few little black piles of hair. There was what looked like snot and a nose hair on one of the hand towels. Overall, room and bathroom does not look or feel clean. It doesn't help that this hotel was not my first choice, however I would expect more from a Hilton.
