3rd car from here. Always been a good experience. Usually begin with research online. This last experience beginning the online was bad hence the 4 stars vs 5. If you are not going to reply to your own preset questions online then you should remove them. ie "Get internet price". I knew what I wanted and walked in anyway but not to the online rep. I ended up buying the Jeep from Louise who deserves 5 STARS as well as the buying experience.

Brought our Volvo in for routine service with an appointment. Waited in the line in my car 15 min for someone. Finally went inside to see whats going on. Turned out 2 guys were sitting at their desks expecting the customer to go in their office. Someone should be in the drive to greet customers and check them in or at least post signs with what they expect us to do.

2nd issue was sitting in the lobby for 2 hrs. Waiting before I finally went to check the status. The advisor had this look of surprise. He forgot I told him I would wait and to let me know when it was done. He played it off like they were still working on it.

Poorly set up service dept. Technicians going in and out of the office through customer's in line while they go to the parts dept counter. This Volvo dealer was just entirely remodeled. Why in the world did they think having a parts counter right in front of where the customer's are waiting made sense.

This is why we put off bringing our cars in for service.

BTW, the showroom was nice.

This Automotive Group operates as Empire Nissan. which is located in the Ontario auto center right off the 15 freeway and Jurupa Avenue. Employees are a right on, and the parts place they are very, knowledgeable about all the products that they sell. I would also suggest that buying online a vehicle from this place is a better option than actually walking in and trying to buy car.

I love this dealership. I bought my Subaru here and will probably buy my next one here. The service coordinator is polite and friendly. The service technicians, however, are sloppy and careless in their work. Two visits ago, they caused enough damage that I had to have a front axle replaced. Last visit, had an oil change and the tires rotated. Day later, the front end is vibrating so badly, I had to pull over. Luckily, I was able to jack up the car and found the right front tire loose and close to coming off. Lug nuts were not tightened....could have caused an accident and significant damage and/or injuries.

This is actually EMPIRE NISSAN IN ONTARIO and we are a Nissan Family! So I have only great things to say about Nissan's. As far as Empire Nissan , they are my favorite! Always nice & clean inside & out. Excellent customer service. They go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. And if your there to get your Nissan serviced ask for " Joe Avila ", he will take care of you.

Keep an eye on your warranty. They can't never fin...

Keep an eye on your warranty. They can't never find anything wrong with your vehicle, until the warranty runs out. Then they turn around and give you a list of what's wrong and sure enough the high cost since every takes extra time to fix them what they quote. Let not even mention the non delivered promises from their sales people. They only tell you what you want to hear to get you to sign once you do it turns into a dont remember conversation. Also love how much extra time it takes for them to do anything. Expect for taking your money they are fast at that.

My service advisor, Dana and Rodney the sales manager are the only reason I visit this dealership. I had kind of a rough experience last time due to the service department scratching my car but they assured me they would make it right and I will hold them to that.

I had bought 3 vehicles from here since 2002 my last 2 got them back to back 2008 and 2009 service it has been okay not the greatest but decent but last oil change on my Dodge Nitro was kind of suspicious this car it should go with out doing any oil change for 5000 miles but less than 2500 miles the oil change required msg indicator came on so I don't drive this car every where just local around my house figure how bad can the oil go so I took it for oil change anyway I know the service desk person and he told me it was only one hour wait time waited for 3 hours I feel that is not fair to the customer and the customer should be compensated if they want more business after spending so much time here also the mechanic told the service man they had over fill with oil and extra quart of oil and that was the reason it was taking to long this was after 2 hours waiting so I had to wait 1 more hour not a good thing I'm wondering if this guy are doing it right after this oil change see how long I have for my next oil change
