Good hotel overall. They remodeled the lobby but the room we were in was not updated. The shower made a high pitched whistling noise. The staff was very nice, but on the first night, the sheets on the bed were not changed (there was a stain on the sheets so it was very obvious they were not changed). The next night I took all the sheets off the bed and placed them by the door to ensure they were switched out. Overall though it was a pleasant stay.

Great location, terrible wifi. There was a mix of great and mediocre staff. Room was clean and quiet. Having to validate parking every time you leave the garage is inconvenient, but the proximity to good restaurants, bars, and coffee can't be beat.

Lady at the desk was very rude upon arrival and then when we got to our room there was towels laying on the floor. Lastly how does a hotel not serve complimentary breakfast?! But they served breakfast to the sports teams. I would never stay here again, if I could give it 0 stars I would.

Everyone that I came in contact with were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean! Room was clean! Bed, pillows and bedding were comfortable. The only drawback is no valet service. But, everything else was a 5 star. Thank you Hilton!

More signage denoting where rooms are would make this convention center excellent. The sky walks are surprisingly cold, but it is still better than walking outside in January. Chairs were nice, if a little close together on some configurations. Never had any problems with technology in smaller rooms. Very nice convention center.

Room was nice. Comfortable bed, good A/C (quiet), roomy shower. Restaurant was very bad. Overpriced breakfast (not included in hotel room price) with sub-par quality items. Some food was not edible and coffee was un-drinkable.

Problems started soon after check in. Where to begin! My family booked a whole block of four rooms for check in and all of us checked in at the same time. The staff saw each of us, and we forgot the room number to my parents room. The staff said we couldn't have the number because of security reasons. We needed to find out some info fast for the wedding we were having the day after. The problem was not the security issues, but they gave the room number to one of my nephews when he asked. So what is the policy? The other issue is the Internet service. Every hotel gives you free internet that's high speed (every hotel I have ever stayed in) but this Hilton expects you to pay $9.95 per day for higher speed internet than the free basic throttled back internet they provide. Not really an issue, but rather annoying when there is no excuse for the price we paid for the rooms to receive low speed internet. The other issue is parking. It's stupid to pay for parking when no one monitors the gates. I went in and out many times and only once was I stopped by a gate attendant. It would be cheaper to pay for that night than for the Hilton to charge you automatically $8 dollars a night. Another issue that I had is the breakfast. $12.95 for breakfast! It was not even that good. I have stayed in many hotels and their free Continental Breakfast is on par with this Hiltons $12.95 breakfast. What next? The little coffee pot in my room was a nice feature had the creamers not been spoiled. Needless to say I had to get coffee at a gas station. Lastly and the most annoying of all. I had to call the front desk twice to get them to send someone up to silence a group of girls (from some high school I guess). The girls were out in the hall talking and laughing loudly. I don't have an issue with young kids having fun, but it was at 12:30am and my two year old was trying to sleep. The doors are paper thin so you can hear everything. Whats amazing to me is they claim when I called a second time to ask them to send someone up to tell the girls to go downstairs in the lobby to talk or in their rooms the staff told me they sent someone up and no one was in the hallway. How could they have sent someone up and not see the group in the hallway? They were right out my door and I could see them though by peephole. The second time I called they said they would send someone again, and they did this time. The only good thing I can say about this place is the rooms are very spacious and clean. The lady at the bar they do have in the lobby was super nice and friendly. Overall a cheaper hotel would offer you much more than this overpriced hotel. The paid for Internet, charged parking regardless if no one is attending the garage, and the expensive subpar breakfast drag the rating down.

Well, you aren't allowed to exercise your second amendment rights in this facility, so I guess we are getting closer to communism. Not only could I (concealed carry permitted, law abiding citizen) not carry my firearm, I was also not able to bring a simple pocket knife. (otherwise know as a tool)

This has been one of the best experiences for me at a US Hilton branded hotel. As a Gold member in Hilton's honors program, I elected for the free breakfast which has been great, they also allow for a free drink and appetizer for each nights stay which is more than I could expect. Honestly aside from the level of breakfast, the service and attentiveness of the staff to frequent guests is on par with stays in Europe and Asia where status is more typically rewarded. Highly recommend if you are attending a convention or other event.

Honestly, I like the hotel I would say 4 stars. However, I come to this hotel often due to being on the road a lot. I need a place to workout and the gym at this location is beyond dissatisfying? For the size of this hotel and the amount of space and room it has is shocking that the only location they can place the gym is in the hallway that leads to the pool area. Every time I try to workout there are masses of people and kids passing through the hallway(gym) to the pool. It's very distracting! In fact just the other day on the treadmill next to me there were kids in swimsuits wet running and playing on the treadmill and elliptical machines. This was not just a one time event, it happens every time I'm here (few times a month). The gym would be better if it was located in a spare bedroom compared to the location it is in now.

Convenient location for downtown Fort Wayne, but there needs to be more convenience stores within walking distance. The food at the conference was great. Staff were friendly a f helpful. Rooms were clean and we'll maintained.

The location was right in the middle of downtown Fort Wayne within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and a riverfront trail for running! The rooms were excellent, and the staff was very accommodating. I accidentally booked a 2 doubles room instead of a king and they quickly and happily found me a new room at no additional charge. Parking was validated across the street for only $8/day and you could take your car in and out as much as you need with no fee. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area.

Great place to stay and (at least when we stayed there) reasonably priced. Especially convenient if you're attending events at Grand Wayne Center. Parking conveniently located across street via skywalk.
