The rudest most disrespectful front security & desk clerk I've ever scene. I was interviewing some very famous artist's that were in town for a concert. The way they talked to us was unbelievable. I'll be calling joke of a security company as well. Both employees should be unemployed by Tuesday

Every thing is fine, I like the food that is tasty and dilishes, with normal price.they had buffet for breakfast, it is great, with many oporchonity.

Only visited the bar and was disappointed in their cocktails. I expected better than drinks made with Pinnacle and Jose Cuervo. The wine list wasn't anything to brag about either. The service was great though.

The initial room assignment required me to move due to remodeling being done two floors lower. On the morning of the third day someone had pooped on the floor in the hallway directly in front of the elevators.

I recently stayed at this Hilton and it was awful. There were dirty men's socks on the floor in my room when I checked in. The lamp shade was stained. The wallpaper was peeling off the wall in the hall. I was shocked. I thought Hiltons held themselves to a higher standard but apparently not.

Make sure there are no children's sport teams staying here when you book. We attended a wedding nearby and used this locatiob as our main hotel. There was a children's wrestling tournament in town and spent all weekend waiting on the elevators as the management did nothing to stop the little unsupervised urchins from playing in the elevators, creating long lines and stops at every floor. We made numerous complaints but management did nothing.

I wasn't there for long, but I've been to many events at the Grand Wayne Center and I've always enjoyed the location. The new renovation to the hotel is gorgeous! It feels expensive. The bar is huge and there's a gorgeous, crystal chandelier in the seating/dining area. One of my favorite parts in the sun area with it's own indoor garden. Very lovely.

The general staff is very nice. They are exceptionally welcoming. However I've stayed here for work several times over the past 2 years and I've seen a decline in the generosity of the hotel. I believe it has switched ownership and the new owners nickel and dime you more and more as time goes on. This very sad to see.

Giving one star for the fact they charge for parking. In a city like Fort Wayne you shouldn t have to pay for parking- hopefully enough poor ratings and they ll figure it out. Other than that hotel is a little outdated but overall fine

We stayed here for a wedding. We stayed on the sixth floor. The king bed in the room was extremely comfortable. It was very convenient since all of the wedding events took place in the building. If we were ever in Fort Wayne again we would stay here.

We loved our room. The bed was very comfy. The city is nice and everyone we met was very friendly. Our one complaint is the 50$ non- refundable charge for our dog. This should be a deposit, only kept if the dog makes a mess. The room was 200$ a night. The cleaning service should be vacuuming the floors anyhow...

Great stay. Will chose this hotel again. Short walk to great taverns and restaurants. There is a full size Starbucks attached to the hotel with access from within. Gold and Platinum members get free appetizer and drink at the bar, and a very nice breakfast. Highly recommended.

Love this hotel and its location near the library. Beautiful city views, comfortable accommodations, nice staff. Have never had a problem other than we always request a refrigerator and have never gotten one. On our recent trip we were told they are upgrading the rooms to come with them in the near future.

Loud! Bring earplugs if noises keep you awake, you can literally hear everything! Cheap/dysfunctional shower head made trying to shower interesting. The shower had two temperatures, scolding or freezing. No scale in the fitness room, and traveling with a wrestler (they did offer to walk us back to the kitchen to use a scale...after we had to explain that we needed to weigh a person, not luggage). Super small pool! Dining was mediocre. Had to wait on drinks and was already halfway done with food before the second round came. However, room cleanliness and comfort of the beds were up to par.

My stay at the Hilton was overall enjoyable, with friendly and well-versed service and a location that gave me access to much of the Fort Wayne area including the place I needed to be. The rooms were clean and warm, and noise levels were relatively low.

Super comfortable beds and good pillows. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was also good. Didn't eat at the hotel but did go to a restaurant within walking distance that was excellent. The staff were friendly and happy to help. I would definitely stay here again .

Love going here, clean hotel rooms, great food, and the events are always amazing

I've been coming for years and have never had a problem. I love the new bar, and it's nice to have a Starbucks on site for a quick hit of caffeine in the morning. The pool is always clean and not too cold, and they have good meeting facilities.

Lobby recently updated. Rooms are outdated. I stay here very regularly for work. Its comfortable. The breakfast is $13 and is not really much more than you would get with a "free"continental breakfast at other hotels.

It was under a major construction project the last time I was here. The staff was phenomenal. Very attentive. In spite of the issues with the construction it was a positive experience. I'll no longer be making trips to Ft. Wayne. However, if I go back to the area this is where I'll stay.

Great friendly staff. Love evening drink and appetizer for diamond members. The breakfast staff were also very pleasant. The facility is clean and easy to navigate. Will definitely stay here again. 3 thumbs up.

Everything was great. Only small things I seen was a sprinkler wall cover thing was dangling out of place and the tub needed some chips in the porcelain repaired. Other than that, bed was super comfy, service was very helpful as like I said it was great.

I've been traveling to Fort Wayne on a frequent basis this year for a project. I usually stick with the Hilton brand for points. Tried a couple of others around Fort Wayne before settling on the Hilton Fort Wayne at the Grand Wayne Convention. The location is my favorite part about this hotel. It's located in the heart of downtown. Easy walk to many really nice restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant and breakfast buffet is nice. The wait staff at the Hub restaurant are nice and service is good. Having a restaurant that's open till 11 is a great plus when you get back to your room late and don't feel like stepping out. The front desk team is what I miss the most compared to Hampton inn. No thanks or recognition for being a hhonors member. No welcome back. Just the basics.. nights, card on file, parking. Parking is in the garage across the street and it's $8 per day. In the evenings, as a bonus for being a gold member, someone from the hotel staff comes to your room to check on you, fix your bed, bottles of waters, etc. That's really nice and I like it here. So after trying different places, the Hilton Fort Wayne is my favorite place to stay in Fort Wayne.

Attended a convention at the center. Great location, beautiful building.

The restaurant was horrible! The food is not worth the price, took them 15 min to bring us a high chair that was dirty, waited 20 minutes to get creamer for coffee, and couldn't remember to bring us straws for our drinks.

Great hotel on the center of the city. Best breakfast in town! Rooms are clean and spacious and amazing experience. I will be back!

The Hilton Ft. Wayne is in the heart of downtown. It would be a great place for a vacation any time of year, although we are always there the weekend with the first Saturday of March. Warmer weather would be even better. There are many places to eat in the area and much to see and do. The architecture of the city is beautiful and there is a baseball park just across the street. The people ar the front desk are very friendly and helpful and the men who drive the shuttle are knowledgeable about the city and have great ideas about what to see and where to eat. Of course, there is a restaurant on premises too.

Everything was very clean. I came for an event along with a few others. No issues were had. Note, we did not stay in a room. Only temporary were there.

Nice downtown location. Otherwise a pretty standard, but decently nice, hotel. Best breakfast option was in the attached Starbucks, no free breakfast.

Stay away during renovation! They started construction at 7 am. I asked if they could stop, they said no. Moved rooms and it didn't help. When I went to the front desk the poor lady had a list of complaints from other rooms, but she couldn't have them stop. For a Hilton I couldn't believe they wouldn't wait until 9 am like every other hotel I've stayed in.
Edit: other than renovation, it's a great hotel.

Recently visited for Ikasucon 2017, have visited in the past for the Hallows convention, each time has been great. Guide staff are helpful, everything is nice and clean, and easy to find. Thanks again for another successful event!

Had a great experience. Only complaint id that it's hard to have friends come up to a room since you need a key to work the elevator.

A little dated but still a nice experience. The staff could probably stand to reminded that this is a Hilton and not a super 8.

It is a nice place well centerlized in downtown and close to several restaurants in the downtown area.

It's a very nice building for being in downtown fort Wayne. Close to the library, theater, and many other areas.

Very nice place, Starbucks attached, they had breakfast for our travel basketball teams, only thing o did not like the pool was small I mean small, and the kids had to walk thru the gym with people working out and a slippery floor.
