Beautiful resort with fantastic service and accommodation!

BEAUTIFUL! This was such a stunning resort. Visited other resorts nearby, and was so thankful that we picked the Kea Lani! It was big, but not so huge that you would get lost, like some of the other nearby resorts. The room was incredible, bigger than any other I had seen. The bed was comfortable. There were hydration stations all over! Bottled water to go, in the room daily, and available to you whenever. The staff, especially Kira, Israel and Nacho, were over the top. Down to earth and helpful. It didn't feel like that were sucking up to you for a tip, but instead enjoyed their jobs. Beach umbrella and lounge chairs at the beach were wonderful! Enjoyed snorkeling and wave riding right at the resort. The only complaint my husband and I had was that the self parking spaces were made for smart car's not jeeps. Most folks have jeeps, so this made the self parking difficult. They had 3 smoking areas, all out of the way but accessible. The pools were great, and we loved that they were available 24 hours a day. Restaurant's on property were fantastic. So yummy! In room dining 24 hours a day was nice too, though we only did that once in the 2 weeks we were there. THE SPA....oh my goodness! We did a couples massage, and it included a poolside cabana for the day. WOW!! That was so woth it! They also have several cultural experiences available. My husband and I were too busy snorkeling and hiking to take advantage of these, but they looked great! Wonderful stay, and I hope to return soon.

Beautiful location. Beach Walk is a great way get around town without a car, or car service takes you up to 5 miles away.

The hotel was amazing! The service was great! Ron at the concierge desk was so helpful to me and my husband (Celso Melo) in helping us plan our adventures - he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! He should get a raise :)

LOVE! The pool is so beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the staff was SO friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

What an absolutely amazing and luxurious place to stay. One of the best and friendliest services I experienced. The staff were knowledgable on places to visit on the island and very friendly, making sure you have everything you need for your day or your trip. Housekeeping was clean and detailed. They'd come again in the evening to get your bed and room ready for a good nights rest. The rooms are spacious and extremely well laid out. If you get the ocean view, it can make in room dining on the balcony a truly remarkable experience - we were able to see whales from a distance. Their pools are 24 hours with one designated adult only pool. Their pool bar has a fun and service oriented staff. Lots of beach chairs around for everyone - at least while we were there.
The restaurants were also great. You can get anything from burgers and fries to a nice steak with prawns or delicious fish. All were made with excellent fresh ingredients and were good portions. We ate at their award winning restaurant Ko quite a bit.
An extremely well managed, clean and friendly hotel. A great place to escape. Truly a gem in paradise. Highly recommend it.

One of the best resorts on the island, everything is done professionally...

Tremendous honeymoon stay. You pay for comfort, but the Fairmont certainly delivers. Our rooms were amazing - refreshed both mid-day and in the evening with their 'turn-down service'. Excellent and polite service throughout the hotel. Will almost certainly be back in the future.

The pool and beachside amenities were super relaxing. Always a selection of chairs to choose from and refreshing pools for a dip.

Amazing food in the nearby towns (we dined off-resort at MonkeyPod, Kihie Caffe, Coconut's, 808 Deli, and Fabiani's - would return to all of them).

Just off the southern highway - quick access to just about anywhere on the island. Great base for shopping and excursions.

We live in Honolulu and love this property! It has tremendous people that work here and tremendous Aloha. From Albany GA to Albany NY, this place is worth visting.

Great location. We walked along the Wailea beach path along all the resorts including the Kea Lani. We haven't stayed there, but friends and family who stayed there all enjoyed the place

A nice oasis in an already idyllic island. Food was delicious and the service was top notch. As expected from any Fairmont.

What we loved:
The slide was a winner with our kids, even my wife enjoyed it. The service was top notch, friendly, and helpful. This was a true stress free stay.

Amazing views, great customer service, a must if you visit Maui

This resort is beautiful. The villas are amazing, 2 master suites, 2 queen bdrm, and a pull out hide a bed. 2 very large bathrooms. The kitchen is nicely stocked including kid friendly dishes that won't break. The beach and pool are a easy walk. Parking lot is far away and valet is expensive. Food is very expensive but delicious. Staff is attentive and friendly. A wonderful experience so far and we get to stay a hole week!

A magical place that will have you remembering her long after you are gone and becogning you back to your next Maui vacation.

A true resort, we were treated extremely well here and it helped us enjoy our first trip out with our baby. The pool is big enough where it doesn't feel crowded, and the adult pool is nice and large and fairly chill. It has access to a small beach, and there's also a walkway that goes North to connect with some of the other resorts. We will definitely go back some day.

The place is really beautiful customer service very good everybody friendly especially front desk miss Tara she was very nice to us and she helped us to switch over room because my wife she was asking for higher Floor room And she was able to help us . And also good breakfast buffet Beautiful beach and awesome water. By the way the rooms are all sweet and very nice layout balconies are huge With a beautiful view.

Our stay at the Fairmont hotel has started off on a bad foot. The place is as busy as Disney World. We are paying a lot of money to sit and enjoy the view of a large scale corporate party :/ Seriously regretting leaving the Four Seasons Resort on O ahu. Every Four Seasons we ve stayed at has exceeeded our expectations.

I arrived at the Fairmont 3 days ago and I have been very impressed with the resort grounds and facilities as well as the service. The staff is very nice helpful and friendly. The concierge desk has helped with everything I need. The resort is beautiful and the food is fantastic. I have nothing but good things to say about the Fairmont!

Absolutely amazing experience start to finish. Rita and David in valet made me feel right at home. The housekeeping staff was on point and the rum runner at Ko was so delicious! This resort has certainly earned its 5 stars. I will have to go back for a run down the waterside!

The Fairmont Kea Lani lives up to its 5+ star status. Lavish facilities, beautiful rooms and impressive dining options. Highly recommend visiting the resort when in Maui.

Fairmont doesn't disappoint. They know that ppl going at peak season are their best clients and they try to do their best to accommodate you. We had an issue with connecting rooms that weren't really connected and they made it good for us by switching us to different rooms after 2 nights. The rooms are clean, good service and great views (ocean view rooms). Pool area is clean with great service at the cabanas. The breakfast could be better, always a 20-25 min wait around 8-9am. I'm assuming it has to do with having the breakfast area under repair so they're using the area of Nick's restaurant. Overall a good experience, we'll be back.

beautiful property with attentive staff in a fantastic location. the pools, bars, and restaurants here are some of the best in the island. check out the secret herb garden and the yoga programming as well!

Food was great as usual but the service was really slow. It took us 2 1/2 hours for dinner with two 4 year olds.

Excellent service, beautiful property, great location. Best part was the canoe experience excursion. You definitely should reserve your spot for that unique experience.

5 star experience all around. Staff will stop and ask you how your stay has been and if there is anything they can do to improve it. Our bellhop Petey spent at least 10 minutes in our room with us detailing all the local spots to check out. Meals are great and the grounds are immaculate. I would recommend staying at the Kea Lani to anyone planning on visiting Maui.

The Fairmont is a wonderful place to stay! The location is on a beautiful beach with tons of amenities. The pools are clean, it is central to everything you need and the staff is always friendly!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed breakfast at Kea Lani. We had great service from Sabrine. I ordered a steak hash which was super tasty if a little small. My boyfriend's had the Moco dish what was large and quite tasty but a little one note on flavor. We had coffee which was great and a mimosa. After eating we had a little look around the lobby area which was beautiful. The koi pond was lovely too!

This place is in a word - superb! We're had a beautiful suite consisting of a small entry way with a vanity containing a fridge and microwave. This opened into a living room area with flatscreen TV, couch and writing desk. Another door opened into our bedroom with a very large bathroom off to the side. There was also a large balcony with an exquisite ocean view. WOW!

Wonderful place to stay, very classy and helpful staff

Large comfortable beautiful rooms. The view is great even when not facing the ocean. Friendly, helpful staff that provide great service. Everyone is so willing to drop what they are doing to take care of you. Resort facilities are immaculate, every place is awesome and functional.

Suites were spacious and clean with doors to separate bedroom and living room. Shower and bath tub with double sinks in the restroom. Microwave and fridge in rooms so it was convenient to bring food back. Helpful staff and guests were also friendly as well.

My wife and I have been at many Fairmont s over our years of travel. We can only say this was the most disappointing experience ever. You would think when you pay $1000 US a night you would get better service. Double beds that couldn t be put together, apparently. A lovely view of a parkade and construction site. A balcony we could sit on as the greasy fumes from below were unbearable. When we asked when we first entered the remove if they could find another room, nothing. And our room was from the 80 s, clearly no upgrades in a long time. When I asked for a late checkout, a whole 1/2 hour bonus. Food was average to poor. So needless to say a completely over priced, non-luxury experience and likely our last Fairmont visit, it s racing downhill. And we are actually not that fussy !! Disappointing!!

Loved the hotel and location. Food options were a little limited and very very pricy even by Maui standards.

We found this nuggets by surprise celebrating our 10th anniversary, the service, staff and amenities is the best we've seen and all the Hawaiian Islands. We ended our 12 day tour across many islands and this was our last days to relax. Thank you Fairmont..

We arrived in the Fairmont yesterday ..we were greeted with a lovely welcome drink and a fresh orchid lei. The staff are just lovely.nothing is too much bother.they go out of their way to please the guests.we have a beautiful suite.the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the bed is great.every where is very clean and we kept.the food in the hotel is delicious.if you are considering Mauu i would recommend this hotel.

Stunningly beautiful property, staff is wonderful- going above and beyond to help. Multiple pools with large water slide. The beach is great with snorkeling equipment, kayaks, & paddle boards available.

Beautiful place...friendly people everywhere. They upgraded us for our anniversary to a full ocean view. Great stay.

Great resort new and modern great activities and childcare

Booked a spa day for wifey and I for her 30th, the staff were fantastic. Willowstream spa continues to be my favourite choice for a fantastic pampering.

LOVED everything about this resort!!! Cannot rate it high enough. We were here for our honeymoon and were treated like Royalty and I get the feeling that this is just how everyone at the Fairmont treats all of their guest.

Breakfast was our favorite part of the day because we loved coming down to see Jojo who greeted us by name and with a smile. Then Jonathan served us almost everyday and shared all of his local knowledge and even took the time to remember what we were doing the day before and ask how it went.

On the first day my wife got stung by a bee at the beach (of course, right?) and the beach attendants not only got us a huge bag of ice but also came and checked on her multiple times to make sure she was fine. Shout out to Donnie and his crew!

AMA was great for dinner or poolside lunches. We loved Brenda and Ally for always remembering us and giving us superior service.

We were looking for a quiet, friendly resort to relax at after the stress of planning a wedding and this fit the bill completely!!! Felt so at home and were completely blown away by all of the staff.

In fact, we split our honeymoon between the Fairmont and the Grand Wailea and our only regret was leaving to go to the Grand Wailea. We missed our Fairmont Ohana as soon as we left.

Mahalo and we will be back!!
