The hotel service is great and they tidy up my room twice a day. The staff has been very friendly and helpful.

Basically heaven, literally the nicest place I've ever been on earth. Clean, wonderful staff, great facilities and beautiful location. Truly exceptional.

Overall my experience so far has been amazing. The only negative has been the small size of the kiddie pool.

Had a terrific time there with my wife and son. Extremely relaxing. Super beach. Rooms are great for a family with different bedtimes. Staff couldn't be friendlier.

Had a business dinner. Given the size of the party, service was fast and accurate. Food was on point as well. And the staff went the extra mile. Providing eye drops to a member of the party.

Everything & Everyone was so nice, welcoming. Our suite was great. One of the nicest bath suites we ve enjoyed. The Pool service was great. Can t wait until we return!

A little disjointed to get your rental stuff, such as umbrella and chairs but once you have them it is a great service.

This is a beautiful high end hotel with a slightly stuffy atmosphere. The service is impeccable. I ate at Koh and honestly it was overpriced and the food was mediocre. So avoid this.

Great place for all ages. Adult pool peaceful and the kid pool full of happy energy. Luana lounge is great for drinks and light dinners. Hi to Chris

The hotel, while very expensive, is worth every penny. The staff is thorough, attentive, and extremely friendly. The restaurant choices are very good. The views are amazing if you get beach front. We sat and drank coffee on the balcony while the humpback Whales entertained us.

If you stay here, I think you can enjoy a lot of events and enjoy the hotel.

This place was...indescribable. Every need was met at every moment. The restaurants were excellent, the pools were excellent, the beach was excellent, and the SERVICE above all else was excellent. It's a little too bad that there are things that are included for an unexpectedly steep fee that other hotels include for free - like WiFi and parking. Still, we felt pampered every moment. It's quite an experience!

Beautiful location. The place is definitely a bit dated but the beaches are great. The service is impeccable, and the variety of restaurants was great.

This doesn't look like a Hawaiian Hotel. It looks like a hotel from another country. The rooms all seem to have an ocean view. All the room have a huge attached living room and a large lanai or balcony. The bathroom is definitely on the large size.
They also offer a whole cottage, I believe 3 bedrooms, right near the water. The cottages offer more privacy.

Very beautiful property, feels like a mix of Greece and Hawaii! The drinks were great and the staff was very helpful. The pool was also very cool and enjoyed the slide like a little kid!

Beautiful place, great beach, comfortable suite, soft pillow top beds, great service. Yes it's pricey, but what do you expect....it's no motel 6. You feel like a high roller pulling up and walking the grounds.

Great suite, lovely welcome, fantastic pools for the kids, a little pricey when it comes to food, drink and amenities on site that are not included in the resort fee.

Amazing customer service, gorgeous location and views, spacious rooms, perfect vacation. We really enjoyed our time here. A couple tips, get to the beach early in the morning to get a good chair and umbrella. Snorkel to the right, north, in the morning between 8-10 to see sea turtles. They go in close to shore. Remember to keep your distance and leave them alone.

Service was extremely nice they make you feel like your at home. I will make sure I continue to come to this location year around. Everyone was GREAT. They really go the extra mile to make sure you are 100% happy. I can t wait to return next year.

Absolutely gorgeous resort. Made for an amazing vacation.

I went for quietness and as much as the place was nice, no doubt, the fact that it is a family place, with lots of small kids, it took away what I was looking for. Also, I found that there was little to do after 21:00.
After I gave my three stars, the hotel personnel reached out to me and I really appreciate that. They care and I respect that.
The service was impeccable, I must say.

In my opinion this is one of the best Fairmont properties in North America. The resort is absolutely meticulously maintained. Service is first class and the pools are amazing. It's right on the beach and even has a water slide ! Very family friendly, but still manages to maintain upscale adult feel.
