Fairmont doesn't disappoint. They know that ppl going at peak season are their best clients and they try to do their best to accommodate you. We had an issue with connecting rooms that weren't really connected and they made it good for us by switching us to different rooms after 2 nights. The rooms are clean, good service and great views (ocean view rooms). Pool area is clean with great service at the cabanas. The breakfast could be better, always a 20-25 min wait around 8-9am. I'm assuming it has to do with having the breakfast area under repair so they're using the area of Nick's restaurant. Overall a good experience, we'll be back.
